Overall the room was relatively comfortable. The front office was not the friendliest. The hallways smelled musty, and the hotel itself can use a renovation, especially the hallway rugs. The elevator didn’t work for the first two days we were there. You can smell marijuana everywhere. The breakfast was a plus, but overall the room rate for this accommodation is well overpriced.

The staff was absolutely tremendous, the facility gorgeous, however; there is absolutely no lighting in the parking lot and no security cameras. Our first night there the wheels on our rental were stolen, same with another car, and another entire car was stolen as well. They can't be held liable due to the "park at your own risk" signs everywhere, however there is no lighted secure parking close by, and with two children under 3, I was not going to walk in the dark next to an extremely busy road. If they can't do lights, they should at least get cameras.

Parking lot lights did not work; the parking lot was very dark at nights. Only one elevator is working. I do not like the idea that this is a pet friendly hotel. To know that a pet may have been in the room I stayed is quite disgusting.

Our room had fleas, wife and children's ankles were eaten up and they had to take antihistamine's for the itching. Staff did the best they could, but after one night my wife was unable to stomach staying there another night. Were it not for that flea issue I think the stay would have been perfectly fine.

This property was undergoing renovations when I visited, but that wasn't the issue. The room was musty, the sofa was old & uncomfortable with cushions that were compressed beyond usability. The hot water was warm-to-hot at best, which I understand may be a safety feature, but what about it running out in the shower after less than 10 minutes? Even that could've been overlooked, but they have a serious ant problem. I had a room with a kitchenette, and I stay in these suites at many different hotels, and have never seen ants so bad, indicative of a serious cleanliness issue. Ants on the kitchen counter, the table, the sofa. I've stayed in many suites in warm weather climates & never seen an ant issue like that. I won't stay there again.

1. Checked in late night. Room initially provided to us smelled of pee. 2. The night staff on duty Bill was excellent and helped as much as he could to make things better for us. 3. Alternate room offered here had hair on the bed. Obviously housekeeping did not bother to change bedsheets after the previous guest. 4. Third room offered had crumpled bedsheets - looked slept in and sheets not changed. 5. Fourth room offered had stained carpets however was ok to sleep in as we were unable to find any alternate hotels at 12:30 am. 6. We had planned to stay two nights here and opted to move elsewhere after the first night. 7. Corridors/carpets looks dated and dingy.

The pictures looked much better than the actual property. The shower head was broken, so water was coming out of everywhere. The carpet in the room looked dirty and the room smelled humid/moldy. The people in the reception looked more focus on their phone, then helping the clients. Whenever you asked for something, they sounded and responded like I was bothering them. If you need place for a quick stop, this is the place. If you need a place to enjoy with the family a relaxing weekend, this is not the place.

Well it is dated. The halls are dark, the pull out bed was overly uncomfortable, there were multiple roaches in the bathroom, hairs on the sheets, and the shower had no pressure. The size of the rooms were a plus and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

I got a newly renovated room. Very nice clean and modern. Good clean bathroom grouting, a pet peeve of mine. Here on business and would definitely stay here again. Great Italian restaurant less than a mile away.

When I checked in the lady at the front desk said I'm incorrect and they have no rooms there. I said I have an itinerary. She said it doesn't matter call him back because they don't have any rooms. Then she went on the computer and found out I did indeed have a room. Woman is rude. Luckily I need this room badly. Today. I will not be staying here again.

Upon arrival we were informed our reserved prepaid room was not available, that they were sold out of two bedroom suites but would offer us, 2 one bedroom suites across the hall from each other. Traveling with a small child this was less than ideal and not what we reserved. It was an evening check in so we took the two, one bedroom suites and were told we could speak with management the next day. We got Expedia involved as well. We were informed from the manager that the reserved room was under maintenance and not rentable. Their solution was to offer points for a future stay and Expedia offered a travel credit. They also said if anyone canceled from a two bedroom we could move. This was all terribly disappointing to not have the selected room available that we had paid for in advanced. Really put a damper on the trip and reason for not giving higher rating. The pros: very good breakfast and Carolyn is very helpful in running breakfast The pool is nicely heated The hotel is quiet Most staff we encountered in the halls were very friendly and helpful So please if you select this property and need a certain room type, call to verify you will actually get your reserved choice.

The property is very convenient to the airport and all beaches. I was very disappointed in the Housekeeping, I was told every other day and it never came. I spoke to multiple front desk workers and the ball was dropped multiple times.

It was ok. We stayed 4 nights and got one day of housekeeping, because we asked for, and the person at the front desk didn’t liked it. Breakfast was ok, staff was polite, but some at the front desk were rude (the ones that stayed at night were very kind, thought).

Check-in at 2am due to flight delayed and took more than 10mins because they couldn’t find our reservation. Hotel is big, with very long hallways. It is in a convenient location, with restaurants and shops nearby. Room was very clean and very spacious. The sofa bed and small kitchen were convenient. Breakfast was better than the usual hotel breakfast. The personnel was friendly and helpfull. Pool was warm but the water has a lot of leaves from the plants and trees around. I will stay again and definitely recommend.

My husband and I spent 6 nights at the hotel with our 3 month old baby and two dogs. Breakfast: Typical breakfast for a hotel. They offered pork and non- pork meat options during our stay. Nothing great stood out about the breakfast nor did anything bad. Pet experience: There is a small area designated for your dog to handle their business. Nothing special, but it gets the job done for a short stay. Cons: Our bathroom tub clogged up. The location is somewhat far from the beach and local stores such as Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree, etc. However, there is a Publix right across the street from hotel. Overall the hotel was great! This was my first time traveling with a new young baby and as a first time mom, I couldn't ask for a better experience. The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained.

Although we didn’t spend much time at the hotel because we were out and about most of our stay, the hotel was decent. Our room was a little smaller than we expected but It was clean, quiet and the staff was very helpful. Carol/Carolynn (not sure of the correct spelling) was super nice and helpful during breakfast! She greeted everyone and made sure we were all comfortable and had everything we needed. She also offered to help with any and everything…. Super sweet woman.
