Pros: front desk Sharron- excellent. Others- not so much. Room clean, bed comfy, pool area nice. Proximity to airport, 4 min drive, or leave your car at hotel, pay $5 per night (vs airport prices!) and take free shuttle to airport. Breakfast: variety is good Cons: front desk staff, except for Sharron somewhat snarky, not friendly, not engaging, seemed bothered with questions, interrupting their conversations… eggs: dry, weird texture, tasteless- powdered? This hotel was absolutely great. Friendly staff , super clean pool and hot tub area . The public restrooms were modern and clean. Our room was perfect. 3rd floor. No noise , comfy bed and pillows . The bathroom the same. Great high pressured shower . In the am we ate breakfast. That was super. Good hot coffee , biscuits and gravy with sausage links , scrambled eggs. Waffles! Juice and other stuff. Check out easy peezy. I was visiting my son for thanksgiving and this place was great to relax after a busy day.

The best thing about this hotel is the pool/hot tub area. Really nice and it stays open until 11 PM, which is later than most places I’ve stayed. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The main problem for me was that the elevator wasn’t working in the morning when I left so I had to carry all my stuff down three flights of stairs. Also, the breakfast wasn’t very good. They had sausage, eggs, and biscuits, but all three of those things were pretty terrible. Just not cooked properly. The coffee also had kind of a strange taste to it. Overall, while I did feel this hotel was a good place to stay, it doesn’t deserve the extremely high rating that it currently has on hotels.com.

I stayed one night at this hotel and woke up covered in small red bites all over my body. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly indicates poor hygiene or a bedbug issue. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Found a bedbug in the first room. Front desk was unavailable for periods of time because she was forced to do shuttle runs. They tried to move me to a new room, but I just wasnt feeling comfortable. Hotels.com customer service was awful.

Nothing in the room was damaged or broken, mattress in good condition with no lumps or broken springs, air conditioner runs continuously and is easy to sleep to, shower had hot water and did not make crazy sounds. The office chair could have been better but could have been far worse. Wifi is unfortunately slow but even the Hilton I was meeting at had problems. Definitely would check in again.

The hotel and our room were clean and smelled great, but the pool and hottub were not clean. The room was loud, very close to airport. The pipes in our room would bang after the air went off and there was something in the bathroom ceiling that made noise too. Not much space to store folded things, only 1 drawer and small closet. The wifi was very slow too. Breakfast waa good but not many choices and after 4 days we were tired of it.

Clean room, friendly staff (Reagan and Pam are great at the front desk; all the cleaners are wonderful especially Dalia and Paulina). Breakfast was great and fresh coffee all day and night. I stayed here for weeks and it was a nice place to work remote Wifi could be better (10 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload). My cellphone data was much faster 450 Mbps Download and 10 Mbps. Not strong enough for video conferencing if you need to share your video.

Great staff is what makes this place stand out. I actually got a phone call from a HUMAN the morning we were expected to arrive -- checking that everything was going ok. Then our plane was an hour late, but we called the inn and Jarrett came to get us with the shuttle bus. Totally impressed by the staff -- congratulations to management and the employees.

Good motel for the price point. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Service was great, only issue is the poor clerk had to do double duty and work the desk plus drive the shuttle. Took about 15 minutes to check-in but still over all a great place.

I was a little unsure when I first walked in because the lady behind the counter told me she had to leave to go pick up someone at the airport. But she quickly checked and there was a room available so she did check me in. The room was very clean, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had at a hotel. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Desk was rude when I was trying to extend my trip to stay another night they made me check out at 11 even though I had an extended checkout at 12 and wouldn’t let me stay they said I had to leave an come check back in. Also, it’s been over a week and I still have not received my deposit back

I was very happy with my stay until check out and I was running behind because of a business issue arose and I was on a call trying to resolve it when house keep knocked on my door announcing loudly that its check-out time. I told her I was preparing to leave in a few minutes. She walked away, yelling rudely that check- out is 11:00a.I was running late by 30 minutes. A minute laterI received a call from front desk telling me check out time is 11:00p. I explained that I was leaving momentarily, and that I'd never experienced this type of harassment from any other hotel, and I would be calling corporate to advise them. I'm a rewards member and felt that the was over kill and hung up and left.

The room was clean but it had a definite odor. Perhaps that’s why the AC was set to 61 when I came in, to try to cover it? Check in staff was helpful and moved me to a room further from the elevators when I requested a quieter location. It is right at the back of the airport so you could hear the planes if the room was very quiet, but it’s not a busy airport and it didn’t bother my sleep at all. Just spending the night before flying out in the am, so location is perfect for that.

Plus: relatively quiet except for occasional strange noises. Clean and neat Room cleaners daily were excellent. Pool and other amenities were available Cons: very soft bed mattresses. It was cold but room hvac stuck at 68 so no heat until you complained and then was given small space heater. Water had chemical taste so needed bottled water. Breakfast food was not were warm or tasty. WORST tasting coffee I’ve ever had bitter!

We stayed for 1 night. The room was excellent! It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. The parking is a pain if there is not enough room to park out front. The breakfast was terrible and not edible. The eggs and sausage were so dried out and looked so bad we didn’t even try. The biscuits were like bricks. MacDonalds was a much better option for breakfast.

Fabulous, comfy beds, lots of channels on TV, Fantastic breakfast: make your own waffles, it had countless items, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, bagels, muffins, 2 kinds cereal, bread to toast, hard boiled eggs, 4 kinds of juices, tea bags, plus other items.
