Front Desk personal is been very kind letting our family make an early check in and late check out according to our flight and cruise schedule. Theres a shuttle to the port for only $10 per person.

This hotel was nice and clean! Staff was friendly ! Pool was very clean and sparkling blue! We loved it! Bring back bacon to breakfast please (which is all hotels anymore) overall our stay was wonderful!

Nice location to beach, nice pool, friendly staff. Shared amenities with the hotel next door. Both had very nice pools. Pool towels provided, pools area had nice and new furniture. The room needed updating, the mirror and part of bathroom vanity not clean. I would have called front desk but after a long travel day I used my own wipes to clean it.

Beautiful views, clean hotel, friendly staff Our room wasn’t cleaned while we were there for some reason. I called the front desk for replenishment of towels and coffee and they brought it quickly. The A/C does not work very well. Kept the room decent, but not cool enough. It ran constantly when we set it on 70. Don’t think it ever made it there. The breakfast was great. Perfect beach access.

I went down to the concierge to complain and their response was “ok thanks for letting us know”. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. PUBIC HAIR ALL OVER TUB AND SHOWER WALLS DRIED BLOOD ON PILLOW CASE AND SHEETS BROKEN BED FILTHY ROOM Disgusting! I will never stay here again! I had two children with me and they got very sick from this hotel! DISGUSTING FILTHY!!!

For the money, nice partial ocean/city view. Rooms are dated outside of the smart TV. Had few baby roaches entering in as the front and rear doors aren't fully sealed from outside. Staff was really nice.

The toilet in our room was leaking, there were dead bugs in the bathroom light fixture and there was black mold on the bathroom wall. The staff was not alarmed and told me it was probably just mildew. The "free" breakfast was less that average.

Nice room for family of 4. Sea view balcony was lovely. Room was clean and modern enough. Pool was fine, could do with more chairs for busier days. Can also use Marriott pool too. Perfect for the beach and walkable to shops etc. Breakfast is fine, nothing special. Breakfast could fill baskets of food quicker. They don’t smile either. Rest of staff were great.

The beach was so far to walk to, the ocean “view” is so far you can barely see, the advertisement was very deceiving. I never could get the wifi to work- it said the certificate was for 114 days in the future and the connection was unsafe so my mac wouldn’t connect. I asked for it to be fixed but no one could help me. Very disappointing stay. I won’t stay there again.

We stayed for 1 night. We were headed to a cruise in the morning. The stay was cheap, I was staying for 1 night. I would not stay here for longer than 1 night however. The beds were uncomfortable and itchy.

Our room was in need of renovations, the bed frame was broken and dangerous for kids to be around. The were major hot water and water pressure issues. Multiple times me and my family could only get luke warm water with almost no water pressure. Other times it was scalding or icey no in between. Staff were awesome despite seeming like they could use more hands.

Property was very short walking distance to beach, the breakfast was wonderful, staff were wonderful! The room was old and needs a good update, fridge was not cold enough and very small, microwave had a turntable knob for timer and sofa bed was hard! We actually stayed an extra night due to nice weather and close to beach! We had a nice stay! A bit pricey for outdated room!

From the minute we walked in and met Abdullah at the front desk, we knew that this was a special place. He was genuinely interested in our comfort and hospitality. He made great recommendations and overall greeted us whenever we passed by the front desk during his Sunday afternoon shift. Abdullah helped make this short getaway for my wife and I truly memorable.

When we arrived I asked the person at the front desk if I could check in early because I was there at 3 and check in was at 4. I guess it tripped over my worlds a little and then he mocked me for miss speaking so that was a great start. Then he asked me if I was 21 and I said no I’m 20 and he said that I wasn’t able to check in and it was my fault for not knowing that in Florida you have to be 21 to check into a hotel. I asked if there was any way I could check in or if I could just get a refund. He just kind of looked at me and said “I guess I could get my manager if you want”. I said yes please and the manager came back saying she could check us in. My issue is that the guy was so rude like you work in customer service and you suck at customer service. We also had the alarm clock in our room brake so it wouldn’t stop going off at like 6am but the maintenance guy was super nice and helpful. The property is nice and the beach being walking distance is amazing.

Staff was great! We stayed there to get on a cruise the next day. They gave us an extended check out checkout since we couldn’t get didn’t get on the ship until 1:30 which I thought was awesome! And this was offered to us without even asking. Very accommodating!

On our last day, was not water in the hotel. When I called the front desk to find out what was happening, the receptionist was rude about it saying that she is busy to notify everyone because she is by herself. We went downstairs for breakfast and was not serving because the water issue and somebody on the lobby let us know that we can go to the courtyard. We did and was nothing available to eat except for cereal. Very disappointed for the poor communication and trying to resolve the issue.

Stayed for an extra day after a cruise and it was perfect. There is another large building between this one and the ocean, so it’s not super close or direct, but you can still see it. Bees were comfy, room was big and nice. Breakfast is slightly above average with waffle irons, eggs, potatoes and plenty of bread and cold options. 24hr coffee and tea in the lobby is a nice perk. Pool is nice and a relatively short walk to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas for rent. Only downside is that you’re not really close to restaurants and uber/can service is spotty at best.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful breakfast but the outdoor pool bar was not really a bar. 2 chairs no real music. You have to go next door to a separate hotel for the restaurant which was more like a diner so we didn’t eat or drink at the hotel which I feel they lost out on not just us.

It was self serve breakfast it starts at 6-10am and it was pretty delicious they got variety of things including cereal it’s a good quick breakfast! And the room was very clean and staff was nice best part was there was a balcony. The room was a nice size only issue was one bed was taller than the other and the shorter bed was bouncier and softer and the other was firmer. Other than that it was a really nice stay and will do again!

Stayed there for the 4th year for SpaceCoast MARATHON. The breakfast is free..the waffle maker is a big hit. We didn't need maid services..but getting xtra towels for race day was easy and the beds are comfortable. The room clean with a small.fridge and microwave.
