Hotel was great. Located right in the heart of shopping and dining. Very walkable. King Suite was large and spacious. Clean hotel. Staff very friendly. I would stay again. Didn't use the pool and the gym was closed.

I tried to contact multiple times the Manager and she avoided me. She sent me a generic emai. Very rude. The property only offers valet parking and in the website they advertise as Parking Available and only tells you about the valet parking fee. Parking in this area is Extremely inconvenient and Expensive. Be careful.

This is a very old property and its age shows. It’s a solid 3 star hotel not 4. However even at 3 star hotels I haven’t had the same general comfort issues this hotel has. To start the humidity in our room approached 90%. That is well above the 50% average level. 60% is max. Fortunately the hotel has a small arsenal of dehumidifiers knowing this is an issue. I’m over 50 and I don’t think I’ve ever had to dehumidify a hotel room. I have emptied gallons upon gallons of water during my stay. The caulking in the bathroom is worn and in some cases mold is forming in the corners. The fixtures in many places are rusting -prob bc of the humidity. The couch in our suite reminds me of my college dorm room and the top cushions are contorted downward after years of heavy use. There is a nice terrace in our suite; however there is a 1/2 inch gap due to deteriorated weather stripping that allows outside air to easily enter the room. During heavy wind and thunderstorms the wind gusted through this gap. The gym is awesome with top of the line equipment. The concierge is very helpful.

I had high hopes for this property, Hotel Colloande. It looked great on the Expedia website. And parts of it were great, mostly the decor. But so many small and medium things led to a big disappointment. The front desk took 20 minutes to pull my reservation off of Expedia, after saying the dreaded, “I don’t see your reservation and we are completely full.” In fairness, they upgraded my room to make up for that, so let’s call that a wash. The fitness center is ridiculously small and poorly equipped. The pool is a joke in terms of size and cleanliness. The pool deck was so filthy it left the bottoms of my feet black. The shower water pressure was lame. Our first meal at the lobby bar was poor, including most notably, extremely underdone chicken. We are talking half the chicken was raw. All these issues reflect poor management and a lack of sense of ownership on the part of the staff. Speaking of staff, the housekeeping team seemed to be oblivious to how disturbing it was at 7:00 AM to yell to each other up and down the hall. I speak Spanish so I know they were discussing housekeeping issues. Walkie talkies maybe? C’mon Hotel Collonade, get it together. Your location and building offer so much potential. But you are overpriced for the quality and I will not be coming back.

The staff was rude. The pool was closed for unexplainable reasons. No sign was posted but had yellow tape all around the pool not allowing access. The game room was also closed due to a wedding being held. Our children had no activities to do. My reservation was also lost on the system as per the staff despite me providing a deposit. Terrible service.

The mattress is soft and old very difficult to get good sleep AC was noise it . The pool are and the pool needs an upgrade, as well as the pump of the water fountain by the pool does not work and we can hear the noise from the 5th flloor

Great location. Are struggling a bit with staff like other hotels. Room was clean but there was a dust and hair ball on the floor. Stained linen. Had minor issue with additional charges which they finally resolved. Hotel however is excellent in general.

Start by saying the airport soap and toilet paper were better than what was provided at the hotel. The bathrooms were motel level maintained. Trying to turn on the shower resulted in almost pulling the bathtub faucet out of the wall. The water took 10 minutes to heat up everytime you needed it. Water pressure was low. The room we were in had warped floor boards and the beds slept extremely hot. The room was never swept the entire time we were there and bathrooms were dirty. Constant events going on in the hotel did not provide a relaxing atmosphere. Could hear everything in the hallway what was going on in hotel rooms. Not sure how this place is deemed family friendly. No ease of parking access to/from hotel. Only plus, staff were friendly and mostly responsive. For the price, would not recommend to anyone.

We had a quick weekend trip as a family. The check-in process was smooth and easy. We booked the duplex family suite. Everything was wonderful except for the following: 1. There was a mild moldy smell that I noticed. 2. the bunkbed was very wobbly and I was actually afraid to have my 11 year old son sleep on the top bunk - the pull out bed was very uncomfortable for my 14 year old daughter. 3. there was only decaf coffee by the coffee maker. The breakfast was wonderful, the pool was clean and warm I could not find clean lounge chair towels only beach towels when I tried to replace the dirty towels that were on the chairs.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Colonnade! The room was great, exactly as pictured with the loft and spiral staircase so my kids were thrilled. The service was outstanding, check in was a breeze and we received a complimentary bottle of champagne. The food for breakfast was excellent as was the service. We can't wait to come back!

We were delighted with Hotel Collonade, an Autograph Collection hotel. It was huge. Our double room was spacious and cozy. It felt like a city apartment. The gym and rooftop pool area also met expectations. There are many dining options inside and nearby. As a Bonvoy member we received credits for dining and drinks. Breakfast was included in the small quiet hotel restaurant. Pets friendly.

The bright lights came in early as the blackout curtains didn't work and we had flowers going there for delivery to my room that never came up since the front desk "never saw my name" on package which was right there when I showed them; ruined surprise for valentines -also, we had another package that they (a different person) couldn't not find as they said no package was there with our names on it, despite us calling and another person the day before said it was there, so we went out for dinner then on return, another front desk person as there who found it -I don't know what is the problem with all staff reading our names that were both times there in black and white that they still insisted were not there until I showed them

The service in the cafe was horrible. I kept having to get up from my table to find a server and ask I what I needed. Did that twice and their attitudes were not good. I called for an extra blanket and I was told that I had to go to the front desk to get it. Called the front desk a few times, was put on hold and operator never returned. I had to go to the front desk. Valet was very good, Dustin and Humberto were very pleasant. I would say the service given to the guests needs improvement big time.

Humberto went out of his way as a concierge to arrange a car for us! He handled our check in and made life easy. The reception and check in people are so valuable! They are great to work with! Excellent hotel value, convenience, and staff made this a great stop, we will try to do this again.

Our check in staff Olises and Bernie, went out of their way to accommodate our family after arriving late close to midnight from the airport. Can’t thank them enough for making us feel special and going the extra steps to make sure we had a Great stay!! Highly recommend this hotel and will come again in the future.

I was disappointed that after spending the night in ATL due to the Crowdstrike fiasco, I finally arrived at the hotel tired, only for the front desk clerk to tell me that, although I had prepaid my two nights stay I couldn’t check in because It was canceled and her manager who needed to approve the Correction was on their lunch break and they could not interrupt them…. So I waited for half an hour for the manager to finish their lunch break, The manager was very accommodating and resolved my issue immediately but why did I have to wait half an hour for that to happen?

The hotel was inviting and the staff were friendly from the front desk Michelle to Concierge Huberto to the valet and cleaning service. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. U M family weekend was great! My suggestion to the hotel is the breakfast area can be updated with more aesthetic furnishing that is conducive for dining in a rush society. The omelet station was a must

This beautiful hotel is perfectly located along the Miracle Mile. The Autograph collection of hotels from Marriott do not disappoint. The properties are unique and are often repurposed buildings with a wonderful history. A very quick trip to the airport is another bonus.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Colonnade! The room was great, exactly as pictured with the loft and spiral staircase so my kids were thrilled. Definitely use valet instead of self-parking. The Executive Suite was excellent and highly recommended for the extra cost. And definitely get the breakfast option. Breakfast was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly, location was excellent. There is nothing negative to say.

Still beautifully decorated for Christmas during my stay. Beautiful property. Only disappointment was the cafe closed an hour earlier than what the sign and web site said (2p instead of 3p). We tried to grab a late lunch around 2:20 and it was closed.

Love this property! Perfect location in Coral Gables. It’s close to great restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel was very clean! Restaurant for breakfast was very tasty, especially the cappuccino! Hotel and service lacked luster. Dated/worn out elements in furnishings and room. Sofa was stained so impossible to sit on. Reception staff appeared annoyed when asked questions about the folio - responsive but not welcoming. Was offered a $10 gift voucher for the small gift shop - which was nice. The gift shop was sparse and unwelcoming - almost no selection. In room dining - nice idea re the code scanning menu. Fast service. Indicated 3 times in the order (and even called to confirm) that I am gluten free - yet, received bread with the items ordered.
