Trump International Beach Resort - Sunny Isles Beach

We stayed in the room between 2 families with small kids and noises, screaming, crying was from 11pm till 1:30am until we reported front desk. There is no sound isolation and they should do better job to manage guests placement. In the morning one manager promised to move us. But then they lied about family with kids checking out and next 2 days we were through same fun because another manager didn't want to help or do anything at all. Definitely will choose different hotel next time.

Overall excellent experience. Rooms are a little old and some of our lights didn’t work but still was a great experience. I would definitely come back

Hotel was nice, everything was great, no complaints. Only little bit of criticism is that when we wanted to check in at 4 they made us wait until 4:30-5....
