Air conditioner not working properly but the staff tried their best, great service

This is a great location. Easy to walk to beach or the Ave. It’s just a little lacking for a4 star rating. As a guest it’s hard to get dinner reservations. They almost tick all the boxes but fall a little short. Getting a seat at the pool is always a challenge. I like that there’s laundry but it’s work to get the change you need. Valet is very friendly. Front desk is just ok

Room was pretty small. Very loud where our room was, doors slamming people running, wall thin you can hear the other rooms. Thought it would be better. Had to move to a different hotel.

It was a beautiful hotel! The staff were so attentive, friendly, helpful & gracious!
