Advertised as breakfast included, no eggs, no fruit, no meat, nothing warm. all store bought packaged sugar muffins frozen waffles granola bars. The whole property was trashy and dirty, beer cap inside the bedroom. The whole property had so much paper trash, plastic bottles beer cans. inside pool area was really bad also

The room does not have a pleasant smell, the breakfast is terrible, they do not offer anything hot, eggs, burgers. The ice dispensers are almost all broken, you have to go out to get ice.

The place looks run down, the furniture was old, the tv kept freezing, the pillows had stains, and there was a guy that kept watching us. The other staff members were very pleasant and polite, but the picture on the site are not up to date and I didn’t really feel too comfortable. Honestly the only thing that was nice was their pool.

You get what you pay for. The outside was dirty and garbage overflowing everywhere. But elevators are provided which is nice when you’re on the 4th floor. Beds were average hotel beds. Workers were very nice. Overall, we will probably stay there again next time we are in Gainesville.

The room was dirty, paint peeling, bathroom nasty and falling apart, dead bugs everywhere, (no bed bugs tho), floor nasty, the picture online looked nothing like the real room. the breakfast was a joke, not even worth mentioning in the listing ad.

I only gave this 1 star bc the staff was super nice and the pool was nice. the room smelled like mold coming from the air conditioning, the entire carpet was wet for some reason, and the bathroom door was falling apart and wouldn’t even close. there’s ample choices nearby to stay at, i wouldn’t recommend staying here

After a/c which was my fault everything was good. The room could use some updating. Paint on ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and around the baseboards could use some paint.

Staff was very kind and helpful. It was the room, toilet was dirty upon arrival, very worn out on the carpet, had stains as well as the chairs. Did not feel very clean. I know it is well used as lots of Gator games and fans, but the whole place could use a facelift.

I usually don’t complain but this one wasn’t ideal. First the there was a damp wet smell to the room. The towels were dirty,They were hung up in the bathroom like normal but were completely dirty. The bathtub had lots of rust and the handle on the hot water knob was broken. Last thing was the old food left in the refrigerator . The bed and pillows were good . I was thankful for that.

The people were nice. The room was clean. It took me a while to figure out the toilet handle was broken as the water wouldn’t stop running, and I woke up in the morning, stepped down on the carpet to find the carpet was soaking wet. The air conditioner had leaked all of my carpet. It had a really bad, wet dog smell.

It was okay! Shower had to hold the shower head to get wet! Hotel can use an upgrade. I heard a dog barking next door a couple of times. Front desk was awesome. Great Customer service. Bed was very comfortable. Furniture very old. But good place to sleep one night.

No frills hotel could have been kept up better. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, broken coffee machine, air conditioner that smelled moldy are a few of the issues we had. Also, there should be grip handles to help getting in and out of shower. We had no cleaning service during our stay so had to empty our own trash and reuse the few towels we had. No Kleenex in the room may be a small thing but expected. There was no decaffeinated coffee in the lobby but a very nice gentleman that worked there helped my physically challenged dad get a cup by using a pod used for the coffee machines in the rooms after we informed him our coffee machine was broken. We appreciated his help. I don’t believe the hotel was the worse but for what we paid, I expected it to be in better condition.

The neighborhood feels safe. We were there three nights and I loved that housekeeping left us alone, went to them once for coffee. Our room smelled of dog and didn’t feel the door was keeping anyone out. Overall for the price 👌

If you need a “just to place to lay your head” this is fine. It’s cheap. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. The room just felt dirty, it was muggy and moldy. Staff was very nice and there’s water pressure!!!! It was a last min booking but won’t stay again. Just felt dirty

The staff was very nice during check in and out. The room was very dingy, the sink only turned to cold water, the water for the shower was warm enough to bathe but not hot, and the outside needs new paint. Was able to get through or 2 night stay for a softball tournament, but def would not stay again.

I will say the photographer was very talented. . . The room was pretty run down, especially caulk, etc in bathroom. There was garbage around the area, primarily as guests seemed to hang around the parking lot. Breakfast was pretty sparse. Sink drain was clogged. TV remote didn't work (but they replaced it). Very convenient location, beds were comfortable, AC worked well, so it was fine as a place to crash, if you don't mind the other stuff.

So It was really dirty, it smelled so bad and bedding smelled and it felt so dirty. The carpet smelled so loud and bathroom was filthy floor was filthy white towels filthy I mean they looked like dirty cleaning rags… Not a cleaning cart in sight…I called front desk to naturally let them know and they offered me another room that was worse than the one I already had but at least they tried and gave me cleaner bedding. I have no complaint about front desk staff but Never ever again. They need a serious upgrade ASAP

We went to check in to the property and we immediately took a detour to another property. The motel is run down and photos of the property falsely advertise. When attempting to speak to a manager on the phone I was rudely greeted and basically hung up on.

Loud, dirty and not safe. Doors are exterior and exposed directly to parking. I heard loud music, doors slamming, car doors slamming and talking all night. Also you can hear Interstate 75. I never had anyone check to see if I needed housekeeping and I was told they don’t service every room every day. They also pressure washed the walkway and water flooded under my door into my hotel room. Cigarette butts and trash were all over the outside. Carpet was dirty, blow dryer caught fire in my room and the sheets were very thin. I got bit by critters in the bed. I was very unhappy but had a non refundable reservation or I would have canceled.

Perfectly located; felt safe traveling alone. Staff was extremely helpful in making my visit to Gainesville a treat. Housekeeping double checked the room to make sure that it was all ship shape right before I checked in.

I’ve stayed up several days inn’s I was extremely disappointed with this location the room is not as clean as I would’ve expected and everything looked very rundown. There was fighting/arguing in the parking lot by our room in the middle of the night and had to call the front desk and was informed that they have no security on property. The breakfast was more like a small continental style with not many options it was the bare minimum the waffles looked as if they were frozen and placed in a small Fridge for you to toast them. Next time I’ll drive further away but will not be staying at this location again

First, the cost was 3 1/2 times the normal charge because it was a football weekend. The main reason for my disappointing review is that they only clean the rooms once every three days. That is totally unacceptable, especially since they don't tell you that up front.

When I pulled in the motel looked nothing like the pics. It was dark And dirty outside. There were two men in the parking lot they were acting sketchy one gave the other money and he got a bag. I have no idea what was happening but I would never stay there or have a daughter and baby stay there. Went next door to laqinta inn. They have us a beautiful clean room .so I had to pay twice for a decent place.

Nothing. I tried to recieved a refund but they never wants to do it. Manager went to the room 4 times interrumping my stay. The reason he gave was that they were looking for something in the room. They interrupted me even when I was handing them what they asked for. Very unsafe place and a bad place to stay.

It was close to oak mall for the eye clinic that we had surgery scheduled. The bed was more firm that we perfer The breakfast was limited compared to other hotels. Premade waffles, oatmeal and biscuits. No ceral or juice.The staff was friendly and helpful . The handicap shower needs to have anti slip stripping put in it. we perfer.

For a older hotel it has bit of charm. Checking in/out was pleasant, staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the area. Room was clean, quiet and comfy. Mr. Han restaurant across the street "wonderful dining.".
