Nice place for a great rate. Close to many things. Staff was very pleasant. The pool didnt filter well and there were many bugs in the water. Gym was small amd had the necessities but nothing worked except stationary bike. I managed to get a good sweat with the 3 set sof weights they had since room had no AC.

Hotel is in a good location. Place is kept nice and clean. Breakfast was good with variety. Self parking is great and plenty. Rooms are clean but I felt bathroom was very small. Our king mattress was very uncomfortable, sinking in the center. Definitely needs replacing. Room has coffee machine, small fridge and microwave. No safe in the room. Gym consists of 1 treadmill which was out of order, 1 elliptical which was out of order and a stationary bike. Highly recommend they fix those would make the stay so much better. Overall a good stay.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Elevator was a little questionable. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time. We were on the fourth floor and it had a funky smell. Maybe water damage? Mildew? Not sure. Parking was definitely an issue. There's a pothole/sinkhole in the front. And in back of the hotel where there's extra parking it was like a lake. When I asked staff about it they said it's always there like that. we ended up having to park in Cracker Barrel.

The hotel rooms, elevators and halls all need updated! The parking is HORRIBLE!!! Tons of guests, including us, had to park our cars overnight in other local amenities parking lots!!! Not enough secure parking for guests. We will not stay here again.

I usually don't like to say anything negative, but this property was definitely a disappointment. When I go to hotels having a gym is very important to me. This gym is in an outside building. There is carpet on the floor that is stained there's three pieces of cardio equipment one of them makes a horrific noise so couldn't be used. The universal weight machine was out of service and there were six free weights. In the smell that assaulted you when you open the door was awful. The room itself was fine. It seemed clean again when you open the door your hit with a very musty smell. It seems like the hotel is trying to renovate and modernize, but it has not reached the bathroom shower area yet The breakfast was good.

Convenient location to UF. Nice breakfast at no charge. Have it 4 stars instead of 5 bc the elevator was not working properly and the portion of the parking lot was taped off due to construction.

The A/C was set to 68 when we arrived. We turned it to 71. When we woke up the whole room was wet. Not a little wet. More like it had rained in the room overnight. We were slipping on the floors and all of our clothes were moist. We told the front desk who promptly moved us but also told us we could not turn our air conditioning to about 68 or it would happen again. The new room smelled, had a chair that appeared to have black mold all over it. We would have left right then if we were not moving our son in to college and there were any other places to stay. The front desk did not sound surprised by any of our complaints. The breakfast was scary. The waffle irons looked rusty and dirty. Stay away. Unless you like black lung from mold.

The room was filthy. There was dirt in every corner. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Roaches came out at night and got everywhere. They covered the floor and walls and in our bags. I checked out after one night because it’s not safe to have my kids in that room. Disgusting.

They have ROACHES!! I booked 2 rooms for my husband, son and teammates for a basketball tournament in the area. The check in was fine but the hotel was musty and stunk of mold. There was visible water damage in the rooms and on the second night my husband found roaches in the room! My husband complained to the front desk and they moved him to another room. There were roaches and termites in that room. He checked out and went to another hotel. The staff were seemingly helpful and understanding. Offered us a refund for the second night on both rooms but only gave it for one room. When I contacted Expedia about the refund and they called the hotel, the front desk agent offered us a $20 refund! $20 is insulting! Especially since we had to book another hotel in the middle of the night!

Staff was great. Shower curtain was to short which flooded bathroom every shower. Reported issue and told it was be fixed. It was not. Not dirty, but the cleanest. Only cleaned 1/2 room and did not restock towels.

The room was damp which made the tiled areas slippery, and sheets felt synthetic and cheap. The bathroom door dragged on the floor and made an awful noise when opening and closing. There was quite a bit of noise from I-75, especially when semis were using engine braking.

My stay was fine. I have stayed here before, with no issues, but this time my room (#227) had a strong musty smell that seemed to come from the a/c unit. And the TV signal kept freezing up and displayed a message about being possibly caused by weather and/or to contact the front desk. It was an uncomfortable stay, and I notified the desk manager when I checked out.

In many ways it was a nice motel. I chose it due to low prices and great reviews. Room was clean, I liked that there wasn’t carpet. There was a microwave and the refrigerator was good sized with a freezer. Unfortunately, there was a strong mildew smell when the ac was on and the wi-fi had a very weak signal. Tv was mediocre with regular cable channels and 2 hbo channels. But lacked YouTube, Netflix etc and the wifi wasn’t good enough for me to consistently get them on my ipad. This may not be a priority for some but every other motel or hotel on my trip had good WiFi and modern tv options. Staff was friendly.

My review is very mixed. The staff have been amazing! I woke up to a huge bug in my room and staff tried to get it and immediately offered me a new room which I accepted. All staff was wonderful frok front desk, to other staff members who helped me immensely (when they didn’t have to.) dog friendly hotel which is the reason I chose it. So while I’m unhappy about the the bugs, the rest of it was good.

Tried to check in at 4 and the room was not ready. The front desk staff said it might take as long as an hour. They would call me. I went for a walk and came back at 5. STILL not ready. I asked if ANY rooms were available for me. They had a 2 Queen room available. I was finally in my room by 5:18pm.

When I arrived at 11:30pm there was no one behind the desk. The guy working the desk told a guest in the lobby to tell people that he went on break and he’d be back in 30 minutes!!! I was NOT HAPPY! A few minutes later he came back in and saw me and someone else at the counter and said, “Oh, I guess I won’t be going on break.” So glad he came back but it sure wasn’t the nicest way to be greeted. :(

Desk staff were great! Expedia screwed up again: the Indian customer agent totally misunderstood when she was rebooking the booking you took away (because of double booking in Tallahassee I guess), and booked me and my husband for 2 room, not one for two people. HOM canceled the 2nd one, and I am assuming I will get a refund for it from you, but no telling how much trouble it will take to get it done. The hotel was very nice. Good rooms, nice lobby and great breakfast. Good location. I would book with them again. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

The stay was very nice. The only problem I had was my room was supposed to have a sofa in the room for my 2 grandsons to sleep on. They gave me a double queen room for the 6 of us. I called and explained this to them. They said it was an oversight. They quickly provided me a cot for the boys. The breakfast was great every morning. The room was very clean. I would definitely stay again!! The staff was very nice and friendly!!

For the price this is a great property. It was clean and they are in the process of renovating. It is not a luxury property but it gets the job done. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The fourth floor is still under construction. It was damp so we asked if we could switch to a lower floor that was completed. The young man at the front desk met us at our new room so that we did not have to walk all the way back downstairs and get keys after going upstairs to retrieve our items from the room, we were switching out of. The pictures don’t show it but they do offer cereal and a hot breakfast option. The breakfast attendant was very friendly. Overall satisfied with our stay.

The location was near the interstate, restaurants, and in a safe area. We were checked in a mere minute or two, and the room was clean and comfortable. Nicest hotel on our trip, by far! One problem with our shower was taken care of very quickly. On the downside, as we found out after staying four nights, the breakfast selection has no variety. It was the same thing every morning. The eggs were very bland, day after day.
