Stayed 1 night

Very old and run down hotel. I only stayed 1 night, thankfully. The linens were in decent shape but the bathroom was in rough shape with all the metals rusted, cracked caulking, water stains on ceiling etc. The carpet in the room was pretty gross too. I have definitely stayed in worse hotels but if your just looking for somewhere to crash for a few hours it will work

Stayed 2 nights

Stayed for two nights while dropping off our daughter at UF. No breakfast included like nearby properties. Property out side and lobby area was clean. Check in/out staff was friendly and professional. Elevator floor was carpet and a bit dirty. We stayed on floor two, room 206. Hallway to the room had a humid smell the first day, the second day not so much. Our room was clean but had a musty, humid smell. AC worked fine. Room and bathroom was clean, linens and towels as well. Note: our towels and bed were not changed or made from one day to the next. But we were fine with that. The room (and hotel ) need a makeover and does not have many amenities. However, if you need to stay one or two nights only to sleep, the place will do.

Stayed 2 nights

The room was in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition and had a strong mold-like odor. I have a sensitivity to mold, so I was unable to stay in the room due to the potential health concerns. Upon opening the room, I immediately noticed the strong odor and stepped back outside. I also observed significant dust and a condom wrapper next to the bed, which raised serious concerns about whether the room had been properly cleaned and sanitized prior to my arrival. I immediately went to the front desk to check out and explained the situation to the front desk representative. I was advised that I would not be charged for the room. However, I am still seeing a charge on my credit card. Given the condition of the room and the fact that I did not stay in or use the room, I kindly request that the charge be fully reversed. I would appreciate written confirmation once the refund has been processed.
