Location location location. 10 minutes or less from everything downtown, heights, river oaks, midtown. Very clean, very quiet. Absolutely perfect!

The place is very clean and there is ample space in every floor. All amenities are available and the location in great. The host is very responsive and polite. We had to call him late night for questions and he helped us. The Houston skyline view from the terrace is worth it!
