The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was clean and all needs were met. We did not go to the pool, so I can't speak to the quality. We enjoyed the patio area and bar in the evenings.

When we arrived no elevators were working but were being repaired.No fault of theirs. One worked the rest of the stay. It was slow and kind of clanked when moving. Other than that this place is amazing!!!!!!!! Best mixed drinks at happy hour! Free parking!!!

The location is perfect. You are guaranteed to have an ocean view regardless of which room you receive. It’s always clean and smells good. My only complaint is that the jets in the hot are Never turned on.

Hot tub jets did not work, pool area dirty and run down, anyone can walk onto the property and hotel-the gates surrounding do not lock and keep out non guests, huge roach in our room- staff blew it off

The property was standard for a beach hotel facility. There was a HEATED POOL associated with the hotel which was unusual but a nice amenity that many used. There were problems with the hotel during my stay I need to mention such as the ELEVATORS being down for service and BOTH elevators were down. Guests had to walk up and down stairs and I was on the fourth floor and it turned into an exercise routine. There is no way someone with disabilities or problems with stair climbing could handle this for too long. It went on for a few days! I was very surprised that at least ONE ELEVATOR wasn't working at all times. This definitely affected my stay.

The view was the only thing I was truly happy with. When you first walk in, a wave of strong men’s cologne slaps you in the face and permeates the entire lobby. The room itself was a nice size for a Jr. Suite but the state of the furniture was pretty worn and multiple places were not cleaned well - sticky tables and a spill stain on the white bed. Paint was missing on the walls and there was odd piece of random tape above the bed. Disappointing for the price.

Ocean view was great. Bed was comfortable. Second lock on patio broke-actually didn’t exist, couch had moldy smell, roaches in bathroom. Breakfast was what most hotels had for free. We ate breakfast at a local restaurant.It was very good at half the cost.

Room that I stayed in was not deep cleaned and was definitely in need of updating. I stayed previous year and had a nicer room. I feel for the price of my stay it needs some updates and more attention to detail on cleaning service. I might return for convenience but might check other hotels next time. Not a horrible stay over all.

Staff was friendly, but this felt more like a budget hotel. We had at least one used towel when we arrived. Water damage to the bathroom ceiling and walls (more than what is normal for Florida humidity). Restaurant was more like what you expect with a free continental breakfast, minus the free part. Significant homeless issues around the hotel (no fault of the hotel). Not at all what we expected and/or paid for.

Location was excellent. Plenty of walkable stores and restaurants. Close to fishing pier which we visited. Pool and jacuzzi area on the small side. Only one broken umbrella under the brutal sun. Room was "roomy", it felt like a junior suite. Only complaint, when you flushed the toilet, there was a horrible noise coming through the walls, including vibrations. But overall , it was excellent!

Wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. Very spacious room. Very comfortable beds. They also provide beach towels. The listing says that beach umbrellas and chairs are available. Which is true, however, they use an independent company where you can rent these items, as well as surf lessons, paddle boards, etc. Great experience overall.

Hotel was great, view is amazing. Suite was very nice, and would be great for a longer stay (we were only there for 1 night). Access to the beach is super easy, and the whole reason we stayed. There are some minor comet things that should be fixed (rust on light plate, old holes in tile shower), but overall, I was impressed with this hotel. We were able to check in early, which was amazing.

Perfect view from the balcony. Clean. Pillows aren't the best but the bed was so comfortable. The young guy that checked us in was friendly and quick to get us checked in which we greatly appreciated since we had our daughter with us, who was just discharged from the hospital and was just ready to rest. The room was perfect!

There are many good qualities. The beds were comfortable. The view is nice. It’s very close to the beach. But the sliding doors out to the balcony were rusted, and the doors were extremely hard to open because it was so filled with dirt and debris when the air conditioning came on, it was extremely loud.

The nicest staff I have ever encountered. They welcomed me and my dog like family, and continued to make us feel that way our entire stay. Perfect beach access, and a super clean property. Looking forward to our next visit there.

I booked this hotel from experience at a different location; however, this stay was subpar. It started on my wrong side when I asked for help with the baggage cart's locked wheel while in the parking lot, and the 20-something male clerk came and kicked it off and walked off instead of helping an older adult push the trolley inside! Thank you for listening! We were there 5 days and had the bed made x1 and towels exchanged x1. Nothing else was done. We left our room twice every day and gave them plenty of time for service if they were so inclined. I asked for room service one time, and the kitchen said I would have to come and get it myself! This was my first vacation since my husband's cancer treatments and surgery and I wanted it to be good for both of us!

Our stay was fantastic. This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The first was for business and this last stay was with my family. The location is unbeatable as it is right on the beach and the views from the ovine view suites are gorgeous. There are 2 things that I haven’t been happy with both times I’ve stayed and that is that the hotel could use some updates and some of the front desk staff are not very friendly. Other than that, I would stay here again!

The hotel is situated right on the beach and convenient to most everything. The hotel has some wear and tear but overall is in a good condition. The room and bed was very comfortable and I loved the balcony. It was so relaxing to sit and listen to the waves. The property was quiet and felt very safe. The pool and hot tub were lovely and a great amenity to our stay. It was a pleasant experience.

The property was decent. The hallway smelled a bit like smoke but the room was clean and nicely presented with a wonderful view of the beach. The boardwalk is immediately by the back of the hotel. Comfortable stay and front desk staff was kind and helpful.

This was our second time at this hotel, so that should tell you something. We love that you literally walk out to the beach and that the rooms are all suites. Unreal view of the beach and pier. And towels available throughout the day at the front desk for the beach. Would be back a third time if we go back to Jax Beach. Just can’t beat the location.

Everything was wonderful. Only bad thing was the construction on the beach ( pipe line ). Had the majority of the beach closed off but that’s not the hotels fault i know.

This a very nice hotel and the staff is outstanding. The pillows are awful (making sleep almost impossible). They are way too thin and worn out. The breakfast "buffet" staff is wonderful but the "buffet" is way overpriced and is offered as a complimentary perk at most hotels in this chain's lower tier properties. I realize this is a beach destination but the price is too high for what you get. I expected much more.

Weliked the pier and beach access...we did not like finding out the breakfast was not complimentary..we did not mind paying but after traveling the world and staying in hotel and resorts all over I felt cheated, especially for the price of the room....their were a few minor issues with the cleaning of the room on the last night and elevators but that was expected....food in the area was just ok, i did expect big things in the culinary sense...I was sort of let down in that arena....I would suggest that the staff answering customers questions be more familiar with the area....thank you all for the stay...I wish yall the best in the future.

Está muy bonito y limpio el hotel , el personal muy amable, lo único que no me gustó fue que tuvimos que pagar el desayuno independiente el cual supuestamente era buffet y cuando fuimos era un desayuno continental como el de cualquier otro hotel, el cual siempre viene incluido en las reservas y mas después de pagar una habitación de $400.00 la noche. Pero en general y quitando ese detalle es muy bueno
