Best Western Intracoastal Inn

Pool was dirty need to clean it.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is close to everything, even the riverwalk is right behind it, breakfast was good, but it was a bit of a small area where to sit specially when it was busy and everyone wanted breakfast at the same time. Also the vending machines need an upgrade to one that takes credit cards and apple pay, not everyone carries cash anymore. Other than that great little hotel.

Elevator was not working Should have been inform ahead of time

The location was great, excellent views of the intercoastal. Plenty of parking and free breakfast every morning. Only drawback was the elevator stopped working the next day. We had to lug our luggage up and down the stairs. The man on front desk kept on yelling at us because we told him our room key stopped working blaming us for the issue when a different guy was able to fix it by giving us a new card.

For a Best Western it was as good as you can get. the jupiter yacht club is next door with a separate walking path/promenade. Breakfast option were great. The only negative is that the pool needed cleaning and updating.

The pool could have been cleaned of leaves. Other than that it was good.

Staff was great. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants and beach. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool is small

I asked for an additional towel because there was 4 of us in the room and only 3 towels, he told me that he does not have any and I have to wait til morning. There is no gym or laundry facilities either…The rooms and bathroom were clean,

The staff is fabulous, breakfast is average but at least it comes with hotel price. Rooms are clean. Hotel its self is at a good location with a nice walking options. No frills. The soda/water machine only takes dollars no credit/debit cards which is so antiquated. They could have a little snack bar area like other basic/moderate hotels do.

It was a convenient location. First room given smelled terrible. Thankfully they had another room. The breakfast was good. The bathroom remodel was nice and the beds comfortable. The vending machine was very inconvenient, only took ones and was on the second floor.

For the price we paid, the popcorn ceiling was flaking , the smoke detector was mulfunctioning, the sink faucet was leaking, and the towels looked like old rags. The front desk staff was less than friendly. The breakfast was average. We would not stay here again!

Our first room had a terrible smell but the front desk was good to give us another room however that room the bathroom door was broken and didn't close properly.

Loved the bed and bedding, super comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Right on the Riverwalk too You won't be disappointed!

We enjoyed the location on the walkway. The pool was nice but not heated. The only complaint would be the room smelled musty. I thought it would go away after having the air condition on but it lasted for our entire stay.

Rooms very comfortable and clean. Bed a little too firm for me but still comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Comfortable chairs and big refrigerator. Breakfast decent with lots of choices. We will likely return again!

Nice hotel though it seems a bit worn - hallways definitely need vacuuming. Desk clerk was somewhat welcoming but certainly didn’t offer any extra information about the hotel or the area. Room is nice, pillows adequate. Great water pressure in shower. No workout facilities though there is a beautiful river walk behind the hotel that we discovered on our own. Breakfast is offered but we haven’t had it yet so cannot comment. Very pricey for a best western, possibly due to the area.

Rooms are somewhat dated. Breakfast was good and the location is great.

Good clean and newly renovated hotel

The hotel was right on the inter coastal and Bill at the front desk was wonderful about getting us a room with a view. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay there again

Fun get away. Room clean and property maintained. Nice pool and cabanas for shade. Parking was also plenty. Internet down most of the stay which means TV out.

Our room was very comfortable. In fact the bed was so great, I didn't wake up until it was time to checkout. A/C worked good. Love the shower head.

Overall hotel was pretty good. Nice little pool in the back and great location to all the local shops, restaurants, & beach. The wifi basically didn’t work at all during my stay. If you plan on working remote while on vacation or work travel stay away for this hotel.

Everything was great except the room was noisy. Upstairs flushed the toilet and it sounded like a water line break. Hallway noise easily came in the room and my room was close to the front desk traffic. I would stay again but ask for an upstairs room away from the desk and elevator etc. Beautiful view of the pool and intercostal .

I was a frustrated with this Best Western after booking through Expedia. The check-in took an hr, nobody else in line, it just took way too long. They tried to put the hold on my credit card way before check-in, after telling me that I would pay at the property, at checkout. They insisted, on 2 separate occasions, that I read my credit card information over the phone. I guess the mistake was they wanted to use the credit card I had put on Expedia but I was using a different card. They charged the full amount on the second morning of my 3-day stay. In addition to the unprofessionalism of reading all of my personal financial info over the phone, she asked if it was going to be in my name. Just really awkward and unbusiness-like. The property itself was nice, despite the stained carpet. I was really looking forward to breakfast, that's why I always choose Best Western. The waffle cups were too small so you can't make a full size waffle, they come out kind of gnarly looking. The potatoes that they use are seasoned with some kind of cayenne pepper, maybe a buffalo sauce. It's not just black pepper, my mouth hurt for multiple hours. The egg patties seem to have all been put out at first, and were dried out by the time we had our breakfast around 9. The next day they had scrambled eggs, they were just awful. Tasted very watery like they had been boiled. It was like dehydrated egg pie. One of the drawers in our room was broken/off track and a microwave would've been nice

Very strange check in. The older gentleman at the front wrote my credit card number down on a piece of paper he printed out for me to sign and initial. When asked why he was writing my cc # on this paper, the reply was “for reference”. Later, as I was at dinner, I received a notification that my card had declined a $10 charge at the best western. When I got back, I asked this older clerk if my card was declined and whh $10 was charged. He said yes,, but he was trying to put a hold on the card. Why? He admitted I paid in advance through Expedia and that my card flagged this charge was fraud. He said , “don’t worry. You’ve done nothing wrong and you’re paid in advance”. I’m going to be addressing this with whomever is at the desk tomorrow. There are no items to purchase in this hotel. For water, we had to buy it out of a machine on the 2nd floor. Why would he try to make a charge for incidentals on my card when there are no incidentals available at this hotel? Very sketch.

Front desk person was disengaged from interactions, even when doing the check in.

Man at the front desk was rude when I called them 2 times within about an hour. Asked me, ‘What do you want now?’ He called me back and I proceeded to give him my info to extend my stay. Then when I went to the front desk the next morning, they didn’t see where reservation was extended. I left for a different hotel.

The staff was incredible.. went out of there way to get ahold of me when i left my wallet in the room. Was returned with EVERYTHING still in it. So honest!

Staff worked hard keeping up with the busyness of hotel. It was very convenient to get around area. Breakfast provided was good, coffee was exceptional. Lovely surroundings for a long or short walk. Would definitely come again.

The hotel had a great free breakfast. The pool area was nice. We were right on the water with views of the Intracoastal. There were lots of restaurants and attractions nearby.

Stayed here several times. Perfect location to visit the beach.

We have spent vacation time at this Best Western many times and we always love it. It is close to everything including less than a mile from great beaches.

This property isn't very large and it feels quite personal and cozy, and I liked that very much. Also, you can walk to the beach and restaurants if you wish. The staff is very welcoming, and it is very clean and comfortable.

This hotel is in a surprisingly fun location. The walkway to the marina was a delightful little discovery.

We especially liked the location on the Intracoastal and the access to the walking path. The delicious breakfast had many options.

Nice hotel in a great location. Just what we needed for our trip. We could do a morning jog around the marina. There were dinner options there as well. Nice walking trail on the pier and sidewalk. Felt very safe with the kids. Pool was great and the tiki huts were perfect to keep if you cool if needed.

Great value ! very comfortable and good breakfast

The room was ok for 1 night stay at the price being charged. We were told that there was a full breakfast included. The eggs were fake, the potatoes were fake and the sausage was inedible. We basically had a yogurt and toast. Very disappointing

The property is very well maintained. Breakfast is what is generally served. Breakfast area is very small. Parking is great.

Good breakfast

Arriving very late at night after a long haul flight, the staff had everything ready for us so we could get to our room quickly. The self serve breakfast in the morning was easy to prepare and tasty. We stopped here on our way up to Orlando and will definitely return on our next visit to Florida.
