People need to be aware that the upper set of rooms are only accessible by narrow stairs, so not very good for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility problems. Also you don't get much in the way of facilities, you're basically paying for the view which is admittedly fairly spectacular.

This hotel is a hidden gem! If you like old school Florida motels that have been refurbished and are super clean, palm tree swaying by the immaculate swimming pool, and being right on the water, you'll love this one! Fishing is allowed from their dock and snook is plentiful. I love the old-fashioned entrances on ground level so that you can bring in a cooler without dragging it through a lobby. The upstairs rooms (201-25) offer excellent water views. The grounds are kept extremely neat and tidy. Their ice machine works great. The mattresses are not the most absolute comfortable, but are definitely adequate. Naydu at the desk was friendly and professional!

Quiet area to relax; enjoy the pool, fish off the pier- open access to the inlet and sand bar nice if you have paddle boards or kayaks. They offer coffee, tea and fresh towels, umbrellas and chairs for the beach which is 10 minutes or less. No stove just microwave and refrigerator. Cute gift shop and tiki bars in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Rub drain was broken/clogged and moldy. I can’t believe I had to spend $350 to stay here. Glorified motel on the water.

Rooms and property as a whole were very clean. Someone was out cleaning the pool area early in the mornings. Beds were comfortable, unusually comfortable for a hotel. Front desk staff extremely friendly. I’ll be staying here again.

What a surprise! Lived in the area for years drove by but never stayed. Had an opportunity and took it!! Property is immaculate the rooms are a bit dated but nostalgic. What struck me most was how very clean everything was. Whoever is on this staff and manages this property is a model for any hotel let alone a smaller property such as this one. I highly recommend a stay here!!!

This is the perfect hotel for a quick weekend getaway. I have stayed at dozens of hotels; this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The property shined I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff are extremely pleasant and helpful.

Only water view was out on balcony look down an aisleway to pool and water. When asked for room change with view was told booking thru Expedia was cheaper so couldn't do that. SO MISLEADING PEOMISE ON WEBSITE, at least forme. Some rooms definately are waterview tho.

The room had too much humidity, you can smell it. The floor stays slippery all the time due to the humidity. The room was not water view, even though they advertise Waterview Suite. Wifi has extremely poor connection. False advertisement on breakfast, they do not offer breakfast, only coffee.

The property overall is excellent. Good location, quiet area and easy to access. The Internet was hit or miss and poor quality, this would be an opportunity for improvement. The Maids leaving the doors open while cleaning allowed mosquitoes to enter the room, I would recommend closing the doors due to the problems with mosquito born illnesses.

It was nice, front desk people were fabulous. Room is kinda layed out weird, with bed being diagonal, but no biggie. Everything was nice, really only complaint is room was damp. Like couch, bed quilt, everything feels damp. Hung beach towel up for two days, didn’t dry. Cardboard box was bendy after 3 days. It didn’t smell musty ir anything, was weird though.

We had a room with a beautiful view of the water. Unfortunately there was a very bright light just outside the window on the wall that lit up the room all night. On top of the room not being dark enough to sleep the air conditioner was so loud every time it turned on. Difficult to sleep.

My second time here was rather disappointing. The WiFi wasn’t working all night. Which makes a difference for me. The refrigerator was making noises off and on all night. The couple up stairs were loud talkers into the early morning. The tv would work and then it wouldn’t work. The landscapers started at 8AM. Loud mowers, weed eaters and blowers for over an hour. Just little annoyances that just added up. Still a nice place.

AMAZING customer service. Gorgeous views, great coffee, such a cute place I will be staying here from now on for business trips. Close to everything and I found out it is also dog friendly with a fee so I can bring my dog! Super friendly staff, I was blown away by the friendliness and cleanliness of the property. Impeccable EVERYTHING!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The hotel has stunning views, large rooms, close to magnificent beaches and fun activities. Abundant dining options. The hotel will lend you towels, beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. There is a pool overlooking the intercoastal. Clean and well maintained. You will love it here.

I’ve been there previously and liked it fine. This time, however, we booked 3 months in advance but ultimately couldn’t make it due to a very recent death in the family. The hotel applied their zero tolerance cancellation policy (inside prohibited Cancellation window), even though I’d offered to provide the obit & cert of death of our parent. Our inability to leave the newly widowed wife (our mom), who has her own very significant health issues, 3 hrs away wasn’t convincing either. Too bad our crystal ball (and all of Dad’s doctors) didn’t reveal date of Dad’s premature death to us earlier.

We arrived around 8:00 PM and Nick checked us in. He let us know we had a first-floor room and offered to move us a room on the second floor. We stayed with the first floor. He gave us our keys and some information about the amenities, the pool and coffee in the morning. Our room had a slider that opened to the pool area. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. In the morning we watched a beautiful sunrise from the pool area, which overlooks the water. The pool area and the grounds are well maintained and clean. Our room was clean, had 2 queen beds, a refrigerator, microwave and flat screen TV. It was also very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and won't hesitate to stay there again.

Everyone was so nice. Sonia was great, she was very accommodating in helping us switch rooms because the first room although lovely had a few issues. The second room she gave us was really nice!! Dayana was super nice and friendly. We will absolutely return to this location!! Looking forward to our next visit.

What a gem! This small inn is meticulously maintained and beautifully situated on the waterway. Every room has a lovely view. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Truly one of the best hotel stays ever! We will return as we truly hated to leave!

Staff is outstanding! Jose helped us print out boarding passes and was so friendly every time we interacted with him. The housekeeping staff was also very polite and helpful. Rooms are fine and the view is lovely. I'll definitely be back.

The location is great since we like to go hiking at Jonathan Dickinson State Park and the Blue Point restaurant is very close. The room was spotless and the pier was cool to walk out on.

Friendly and helpful staff. Every room has a balcony that overlooks the pool and river. Pool is heated, shower and hose to wash off the sand from the wonderful beaches especially the no leash Jupiter beach, went twice a day. Reasonable priced restaurants close by and can walk to souvenir shop right next door to the Inn. Awesome relaxing experience. 10 stars all around.

The staff was wonderful, gave dinner options and was super nice! The beds and pillows were so comfy and the ac super cold! Loved hanging out by the pool and the balcony off our room with a gorgeous view of the water. Great location to the major parks and beaches.

Beautiful, waterfront view; simple but nicely maintained facility & grounds. Coffee & tea in lobby are good. However the lack of even pre-packaged muffins, simple frozen danish, apples or bananas would be such an easy fix to upgrade the experience from good to great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay! The Inn is adorable with an amazing view. All rooms have a nice size patio or balcony overlooking the pool and the waterway. Although there is no dining onsite, the rooms have a nice size kitchenette with a sink, fridge and microwave. Bonus - the Blue Point bar and grill is within walking distance or they will come pick you up on their golf cart!! It’s affordable and the staff at the Inn are friendly and the grounds are meticulously maintained! Such a cute little place! Also recommend taking a peek in the cute little shell shop, Sea Treasures, just out front for souvenirs! We will definitely be back!! The only suggestion I would have for improvement, is to add little coffee makers in the room.

The Inn is beautifully located on waterfront. Nice pool and well maintained landscaping. They offer NO continental breakfast. They only offer coffee in the lobby area. NO coffee pot/essentials in the rooms. Very disappointing. The room is arranged awkwardly where the sofa is literally next to TV so you can’t comfortably see the TV (the room is arranged wierd). The toilets are extremely low to the floor, about a foot off the ground and the toilet wiggles (not secure to the floor). And the bed is so firm, my back ached all day. Not comfortable.

I liked staying here and would probably stay here the next time. I only had 2 small complaints ….The mattress was not very comfortable and internet associated with the tv was not good at all. I wasn’t able to get anything to stay on without buffering so that was pretty disappointing. But over all a nice place to stay with a great location.
