Property was clean, fit the bill. However, a bit expensive. The business center was not operational. Wanted some print outs. Lady on the front desk told me the printer in not working, Good Luck, instead of helping. Next Day, Brandon Helped me out with printing and Copying some documents. Kris in the evening, who checked me in was very helpful. Thank you !

The hotel is older and not fancy. If you expect perfection, probably not where you'd stay. Save the staff from your complaining. However...we had everything we needed in terms of amenities and the room was clean and comfortable. We utilized the pool, which was pleasantly warm. We also ate the breakfast, which had a good variety compared to other places we've stayed. Most importantly, the desk staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. If I were in the area again, I'd gladly book another stay.

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. A nice variety of offerings! The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to use the pool, but having that available was nice. The location is also great for our needs.

Room was smelly, very noticable going from hallway into room. Dated decor and fixtures, in need of renovations. Lots of people not staying at hotel either hanging around in parking lot, or stopping in briefly for whatever reasons. Stay elsewhere if you have to spend a few more $. There's a Fairfield close by

1st night the desk person was terrible . I was out in a filthy filthy filthy room . Carpet was soiled and stained and even the sofa was disgusting. I asked for different room she put me in another disgusting filthy room . She was on a FaceTime call the entire time . The next morning the new desk person got me on the next floor and decent room . The next night someone snuck a dog in and in the middle of the night was going off like a bottle rocket . All kinds of commotion . I’ll never stay there again .

We stayed in 301. The tub faucet ran constantly. The room was musty and we discovered a fair amount of black mold on the ceiling of our room. Nobody should have been booked in this room. However, it was quiet, and the breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts we have had.

Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast decent, room clean. Our room was OK , smelly when we first got there but we carry air purifiers and used them. Bathtub was filthy inside and outside of tub. Didn’t complain to staff because too tired & busy to change rooms.

This property needs an upgrade. Ihad to change rooms for the last night of my 3 night stay. The door lock didn't work and it took 10-15 minute open the door, even for a staff member. In the new room it took a dozen tries to open the door. In the 1st room the facet in the bathtub at first dripped and the next day poured waterand wouldn't shut off. The extraction fan in the bathrook clunked. when off. When I was checking out another guest came to the desk to inform them of a broken pipe in the ceiling heavily leaking into the breakfast dining area. At $135/night they should be able to maintain the facilities better!

The staff was friendly and professional. The location was very convenient. The room was very clear and had a microwave and a small refrigerator. I was unlucky with the AC unit in the room. When it would turn on, it would rumble in a loud manner during the compressor cooling cycle. The noise made it difficult to fall asleep, but not impossible.

We were there for two nights, and although the first night was nice and quiet, the second night had two idiots next door with the TV so loud you could hear it six doors down when you exited the elevator. I went to the desk to see if we could move, and they graciously accommodated that request. The first room was a connected room with a locked door between the rooms, which unfortunately allows lots of noise between rooms. When I booked the room through Expedia I always insist on a room that is not adjoining. The hotel is not obligated to do a room change for third-party booking agents, like Expedia, but they still did. Good hotel and very good staff!

Taylor at the front desk was awesome!! I temporarily lost my cell phone and she helped me get a ride share so I could recover my phone and catch a flight. Taylor went out of her way to connect me with ride share to make my flight on time. She's the best.

We were in town for a wedding. Of the 3 days we were there, our room key did not work (4) times. Everytime I had to go down to the front desk to get a new key. I was told this happens sometimes. Then the night of the wedding we came back to the hotel late and of course our key did not work, I went down to the front desk to be told they could not give me a new key without ID. My bad was in the room because I did not take my bag to the wedding with me. I was given a very hard time by the front desk, even tho this was the 4th time now, so you would think they would know. After about 10 minutes they finally gave me a key. Not a very friendly atmosphere here

I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my life. When we arrived the woman looked at me and didn’t say anything. I asked her if we could check in and she continued to sit down and barely acknowledge me. I will never stay here again. The tub and sink are in disrepair and the phone charger is broken. I will stay next door if I come back.

This was a safe convenient area to where I needed to be for a business meeting that I had recently. It is not far from I-95. They have a breakfast and there is a McDs in the parking lot. Room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed here for a family trip to Jupiter. Staff was very friendly. Location convenient for all our schedules activities (marina, beach, putt putt). Lots of nearby dining options. Breakfast buffet had many upgrades from typical ones I've seen. Room was way quieter than I was expecting! Located off busy road but never heard road noise even in room at end of hotel. Yes carpet and some fixtures outdated. There were noticeable stains on older carpet but everything was clean. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel and rooms had a musty over perfumed smell. Everything was old and run down. The elevator certificate was expired. The breakfast was terrible: biscuits were dry and tasted stale, the selection was super minimal compared to other hotel breakfast. The place was clean and the staff was very nice. Would i stay here again? Not by choice, but in a pinch it would be acceptable. Will try the Fairfield next door next time we are in town for the swim meet.
