Booked 3 nights online arrived at property with elevator broken place was disgusting dirty even person at desk admitted that they would not stay there. Because of the late arrival decision was to spend 1 night. Checked out next morning and clerk said refund would take 2 days been 5 still no refund. Traveler be advised find different hotel.

King room with suite was a great size. Comfy bed. Great water pressure. Sugar ants all in bathroom though. Hallways were kinda smelly. 90% of Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our favorite part was the pool. The size reminded me of a pool at someone's home but was perfect minus the constant debris in pool and no net to clean. This didn't stop us though we were at pool each day. Great location, tons of food options. Breakfast was better than most stays too. Would rebook.

Dirty pool, not cleaned in days. Greensih tint with lots of bugs in it. Very limited breakfast and most of the time not stocked. Room and hotel was hot. Someone is not readily available at front desk. You have to ring the bell and wait for someone to eventually come up.

Place is disgusting. Pool was drained, hotel entire hotel smelled like weed, people were not pleasant to be around, noisy as heck. My wife and I will not be back!! However, this may be the place for you!! You can have it!

The floor and carpet were filthy, dirty socks left in drawers, stains on pillows and no pillow covers, small roaches in the room and microwave, dirty rag in the shower with used soap, and the pool was green. Horrible experience. Still waiting on a refund!

FIRE-HAZARD AND UNSAFE. To start the toilet seat in the room was unclean with pee and poo on the lid itself. I used the hairdryer on low heat had it on for 2 minutes and the motor inside CAUGHT ON FIRE orange sparks were flying out of it and smoke was barreling out. Thank god I caught it and didn’t get injured. The microwave was dirty and inside literally was rusted through where you could see the wall on the other side. I was amazed that the staff had it plugged in as if you could use it. The tub had rust on the drain and the water quality was terrible. Orange and black flakes would occasionally come out of the faucet while using it in both the sink and shower. This room is unfit for guest use this hotel needs to be throughly investigated this was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Thank god I was only there for 1 night.

Check in was easy. The elevator sounded like in was going to fall apart. The lobby was very musty, smelled bad, smelled like an ash tray and dirty air. The room was suppose to be a non smoking room but smelled like someone just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in there, thick musty dirty air. Sheets didn’t seem clean at all. Half the lights didn’t work.

Very dirty. Room said it slept 5 but only had two beds. Also said it had roll away beds, but they did not. We were given two dirty cushions for my child to sleep on the floor with since no other rooms were available. Breakfast area was not clean. The gravy kettle was not wiped down and the crusty drips just got worse. They barely put out any food. My husband asked for fresh coffee as it was out and two hours later there was still no coffee.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The room reeked of a foul odor the moment I walked in. Dust was everywhere, like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. To make matters worse, there were roaches crawling around — completely unacceptable and beyond gross. I couldn’t even feel comfortable staying here. Save yourself the money and the headache and book somewhere else.

There was blood on the shower head in our bathroom and the room was messy with trash in the drawers and some kind of scum in the tub. We heard people coming and going all night outside our doors. Overall was a terrible experience. The staff were okay though.

Staff are very nice and facility is average. Bed is sunken in and super soft and our room had a hand held shower head only that hung in a corner so you could not stand under it and had to try to hold in and wash off at the same time.

Not a bad place for the price. The rooms are clean enough but well worn. The price was about $80 less than other hotels in the area. We were there long enough to (try to) sleep for 7 hours and then back on the road. Walls are thin and getting to sleep was difficult.

We loved the queen suite with kitchenette. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't find much of interest in the free breakfast but that's okay. Our only complaint, and it's a big one, is that we could hear every footstep and shift in bed of the person staying in room above. This made it very difficult to sleep.

Checking in front desk attendant gave no customer service, he was only concerned with payment being received. It would have taken just a moment to ask for ID to see that we were from out of town had never been to the area. Never asked for ID. This location can really use a remodeling I will include the pictures of a very for lack of better words, unsanitized bed. There was human hair left in the bed, which makes me wonder if any of the beds sheets were changed

There was no kitchen. Only a small refrigerator and microwave. Nothing else. I must say that the staff was EXCEPTIONAL. Called me by my name. Very courteous. From the front desk to the house keeping. I was very impressed.

Easy on/off I-10; about 5 min from downtown, 10 from the college, 15 from the state park. AC is loud but, apart from that, the room is very quiet even on first floor, little to no traffic or guest noise (it is slow season). There are multiple breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, plus ice-cream, within a few hundred feet, some across a busy road, so you may still want to drive. Very helpful and friendly desk staff.

The employees were very good. The room had an old smell to it. The king suites were booked over top of our booking so we were downgraded to double beds. The breakfast was lacking and there was no waffle iron. Nothing hot on the breakfast.

Shady people here. The smell of weed was so pungent. The room above us must have had a crew of football players or misbehaved adolescents as the thumping and crashing to the floor (the ceiling) didn't stop until at least midnight. The bed was comfortable. I will NOT be staying here again. EVER. The breakfast???? WHAT BREAKFAST??? Maybe a bagel and coffee and toast. That's it. Definately not worth the money spent.

The hotel and service was average. The free breakfast was not that great but manageable. The room that was issued to me was very smelly it was the smell of urine. Although, I must say that the bed, bathroom, and floors were clean. And, they did give us a 3/4 can of air freshener! lol
