The elevator was not working. It has been out of order for the last several months. Never had a problem until I had a second story room. It needs to be fixed.

There was no attendant at the front desk at check in. It was a video attendant not on property. Beds were rock hard. Very run down and dingy.

Absolutely the biggest dog turd place ever! They have a problem with bed bugs, cockroaches and worse! The pictures on here are a complete lie!!! The. Reviews are “bought” as well! The health department needs to close the place, as well as the fire marshal! The rooms are just filthy!

Check in wa awful. Hotel employee rude and not accomodating. (Nick). Vurtual check in was inefficient.and he was on the premises but would not come out to check in guests. He said he was too busy with more important things to come out.-what is more important than a guest???
