I had a wonderful stay! We needed a place for 16 nights while waiting for our apartment to be ready, and this was the perfect spot. upon leaving noticed a car that was parked next to me that had all 4 tires removed and the car left on bricks! Apparently during the night someone stole all the tires… Security in parking lot is required!

EXCELLENT ROOM, BREAKFAST PRO's Big Suite with full kitchen, sofa Clean Location safe and easy access, free parking Good breakfast, with wide variety, I liked selections of healthy oatmeal w/ lot of toppings (not starchy instant oatmeal that is unhealthy), scrambled eggs (with salsa), good brand of yogurt, real half&half for coffee (not coffemate) but coffee was tasteless, fresh oranges and bagels. CON's -Breakfast could use more healthy choices like bananas, bran cereal or bran multigrain bread. -Check-in/reception staff a little curt/unfrendly

Multiple false fire alarm woke everyone up in the middle of the night. Queen bed is actually a sofa bed not comfortable at all. People are keeping trash outside the room. Parking lot always full hard to find a place closer.

This was stop 2 of 4 (1 wk ea) of our month in Fla. Pros: Friendly staff, good breakfast, good exercise room. Cons: ants in bathroom, pool small, only 6 lounge chairs, and cold, dirty, not maintained...algae growth, needed vacuuming the entire week. Website incorrect..says pool is heated. Had to pay for parking, had to pay for laundry (only 1 of the 4 places we had to pay for these. Noisy- remodeling workers woke us at 4:30AM one day to finish flooring. No tub. Channel that carried Super Bowl wasn't available on the TV. We didn't know this until we called the front desk after the game started. This was the most expensive of the four and easily the worst. We WILL NOT be including a Marriott property in our trip next year.

The pool is open from sunrise to sunset! which my 5-year-old loved and took FULL advantage of. I forgot my MAC AIR laptop in the pool bathroom and had no idea. when I called the front desk 2 days later, it was there!!! MUCH to my surprise. The staff was very patient and you didn't even notice they were there!

Unsatisfactory. Most likely would not come back. Could not communicate with some Of the staff members due to language barriers. The room cleaning was beyond terrible. Dust everywhere. I pulled out the mattress, I wonder if they ever clean behind there. The pillows smell horrible. we are no longer in Covid times why are the hotels only doing light cleaning (only empty the trash or if you lucky they change the bed linens). The front office staffs were very nice and courteous.

Everything was clean, but the refrigerator had a bad smell, and they should provide body lotion and a toiletries kit including a shower cap, cotton swabs, etc. It's a reputable hotel, and for the price per night, I think they should pay more attention to those details. The room was very nice, and the staff were very friendly and attentive to everyone.

Overall a good stay, room was comfortable, breakfast was great, the cleanliness wasn’t 100% up to my standards and had to ask around a couple of extra times for dish soap and extra towels and too much smoking by the pool, all types of smoking. Made it hard to breathe comfortably and enjoy it.

I chose to stay here, because looking at the pictures on the website showed a great workstation found in the suite. However, there was no Internet available for my laptop and I could not get work done as planned. this made my trip unnecessarily challenging for my business meeting the next day with building officials.

It was ok. There was a dirty plate and fork in the sink, only had decaf coffee. Pillows are horrible. It appeared clean but worried with the dish in the sink if it truly was clean. It is quiet. Close to where I needed to be for work.

The staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind. We’ve stayed at the hotel 3-4 times and it’s been great every time. The rooms are a good size, the beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms have been recently renivated and are well thought out. The kitchenette has everything you need for a nice stay. The only downfall is that if you decide to sleep in a bit you’ll miss out in breakfast as it is not replenished and items do run out fast.

I reported that my shower was draining slowly, and was assured that someone was coming to address the issue. When we got back later in the evening, the problem was indeed fixed. I was immensely pleased. Housekeeping also promptly responded to our requests. The grounds are clean with ample parking. My room was clean, no complaints. (Thank you, Peni, awesome job!) I always enjoy my stay here and will continue to be a repeat guest.

When I contacted the front desk to report the issue, I was surprised to be handed a plunger and told to fix it myself. Our stay at the Residence Inn in Miramar, FL was…adequate. The hotel is slightly dated, but clean and mostly functional. The breakfast, however, was atrocious. Watery eggs, dry-tasteless sausage, and stale bread. The power went out and got stuck in the elevator. I got out quickly, but still, no back-up generator? The water pressure was terrible, meaning there was no water pressure when taking a shower. The location is commercial with no walkable restaurants.
