Stayed here for a Dolphins game. Great location. Took advantage of the shuttle to the game, $30 round trip amd 15 minutes from Hotel! Hotel room was large and clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming!

Property was clean and well maintained. I loved the gym and pool. The wifi worked perfectly with no issues. The free continental breakfast was delicious. Wasn't happy with paying for parking although it was safe and convenient.

Upon check in we were told there was a $10.00 per night charge for parking. We had not seen anything about the up charge when booking and were told they just started to charge in April which is 7 months ago, plenty of time to update their web site.. This is a standard Hampton Inn with a large parking area. The hotel is showing some wear and tear, dated tile and flooring.

I booked this property for two nights and I checked out on the last day got about 50 miles down the road and my credit card dinged I was charged $27 for parking and nobody told me how is it legal for somebody just add charges on your credit card without your knowledge that this doesn’t seem right I would not recommend this. Nobody discussed this with me at check-in. Nobody discuss this with me at checkout. They just took it upon yourself to deduct from my credit card. Sounds like a hell of a scam to me if I was told about it, it would’ve been one thing, but I was not. It was not on the Expedia website. I am trying to get a hold of Debbie the general manager, which was on vacation at the time I still have not received a call back from her yet. Tried to talk to a manager on duty at the property and no manager was on duty and one not going to be available from what I was told still waiting on a callback from Debbie maybe we can resolve this issue until then I would not recommend this property.

The hotel it was only a couple of miles from hard rock stadium they have a shuttle service that takes you and picks you up afterwards. Also they have plenty of places to eat around and Publix is near by as well.

Property is outdated, nothing like the pictures, except the lobby. The rooms are big but there is a wet smell, carpet was dirty and the bathroom has mold. Also there was no hot water for the whole property.

The entrance of the hotel is very nice. However, the hotel is very outdated. The hallways and my room had a very musty smell. In addition, there were roaches in my room. I let staff know upon checking out and she stated should would let her manager know.

Our room was very warm. Never got down to a decent temperature. Woke up sweating several times. The bed was not centered on the room wall. To was to the right all the way so you couldn’t even watch the television because it was attached to a desk and wouldn’t pull out very far. Definitely will stay at another place next time in the area.

When we arrived, I was greeted by Joe. He was on the phone but still acknowledged that I was there. After getting off the phone, he greeted me with a smile and checked me in. We got into our room and it was clean, fresh and we felt very comfortable. Once we checked out, it was easy and the women at the front desk was very nice as well. (Sorry I didn’t get her name)

The Hampton Miramar Hotel was the best n friendliest hotel I've ever stayed. The continental breakfast was very delicious very clean good taste unlike other places. The rooms were very clean n comfortable King Size bed. The best part of the Hampton was registering at the front desk her name is Andrea Rose she made the entire stay a 10 star * stay, from the moment we started 2 talk, same backgrounds same culture 🇯🇲 our weekend stay at the hotel for the Jamaican Jerk Festival in Miramar cud not get any better. Thnx Andrea.

Some staff very friendly and helpful. However, on arrival we waited a long time to check in, there was only one member of staff on reception, he was also answering the phone whilst trying to check people In, this was making the process take longer. We were a party of 6 with 2 rooms, he gave us one room on the 5th floor and the other room on the 2nd floor! I had to then ask for this to be changed. Despite booking 2 rooms in one one name on one booking and with 1 credit card, we had to process these bookings in 2 separate transactions meaning 2 separate transaction fees on the CC. The staff member checking us in didn’t give us any info about check out times, breakfast times or where it was served. I again had to ask for this info. This was not a great first impression after a long drive, especially when we were in a hurry to get changed and get out again to get to the Dolphins game. When we then got in the room the phones wouldn’t connect to the WiFi despite me being an Honours member. The room however was always clean and tidy and the housekeeping team were brilliant and friendly. Breakfast was ok, staff generally helpful. Check out was a better experience. We did return later the same day for a further booking after a tour took longer than expected. The second stay check in process was fine.

The room was great. Just the check in rep seemed to have an attitude. I've visited Hampton numerous times and haven't actually had an unpleasant check front desk rep until now. No greeting, no smile or even a responses after me saying "Hello & How are you" .

The entire staff was extremely helpful and very polite. Its refreshing to see an establishment where manners are still being used. The staff's politeness in mannerisms were so amazing that it spread to all the guest as well. Every guest was polite and well mannered and every one was in a happy mood. I loved staying here with my family.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights for the Raiders game against the Dolphins. The location is absolutely perfect. You are close to everything, including Hard Rock Stadium. There are also tons of restaurants in the area, so this definitely was a plus to the location. The hotel was clean, modern and very well maintained. Our room was perfect and super clean. The free breakfast in the mornings is a huge plus, they have something for everyone. The staff are super friendly and attentive.

Easy access to turnpike. Traffic was very busy. Alot of dining options in the area. The room was very spacious. Staff professional and very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good wuth ample choice.

Great business hotel, but not really set up to be a family weekend sort of place. The room was very clean, and the staff was great, but it lacks the capacity to serve breakfast to a bunch of people at once. We ended up leaving without breakfast since we couldn't wait.

Comfortable and clean, with employees who are very pleasant. Nice patio area in back. My only complaints are that Hampton Inn no longer provides complimentary bottles of water to guests, and they ran out of bananas at breakfast early in our stay and never got any more! Other than that, breakfast was good.
