First problem is that their outdoor pool and patio area is damage. It appears it will not be repaired anytime soon. They advertise the outdoor pool and patio area with pics with no mention on the website that its not usable, kind of deceiving. When you arrive there is a daily resort fee. We have two kids and would have picked another hotel if we knew the outdoor pool was badly damage and not usable. Just be honest....stop ripping people off.

Second stay. Luckily the pool is up and running. Lazy river and lots of chairs. Loungers and umbrellas on the beach. Readily available parking. Luckily the fridge had an ice making function as the ice machine was out of order. Ramp to the beach needs repaired and is closed. There are about 6 steps down to the beach. Great restaurant across the street and Publix nearby.

I was disappointed the outside pool was not open. And beach access was only at the north tower and we were in the south tower. Not a good scenario for a handicap individual or someone with disabilities.

The view was nice, however property is under construction and it shows. Inside pool was absolutely filthy! Outdoor pool has construction around it and the pool itself is in need of major repairs. It should be noted when booking that they are undergoing construction.

We really enjoyed our stay! The suite was beautiful. Everything was clean with all the comforts of home plus some. Our family loved the pool with the lazy river and on the one end basketball. The hot tub was awesome. Excellent experience! We normally like to try different places when we vacation but when we go back to Ormond Beach we will be staying there again

We stayed for a two night weekend and found the location good. The room was nice, could see it would be a good option for a longer stay - bedsit type set up with combo kitchen, sitting and bedroom. Bed was comfy and shower was good. Only issue was a big cockroach stuck on the sheer curtain. I asked at the front desk if someone could remove it but no-one did. Not really shocked about the cockroach - it’s Florida, but it would have been nice if the request had been met. I mentioned it again when I was checking out and the staff went up immediately to take care of it then. Nice restaurant, Stonewood Grill, just across the street was good. Pool area was nice. Would stay again.

Overall hotel was acceptable for the price we paid. Full disclosure it is not what I would consider Hilton quality. Service was excellent, room was clean. Carpet in the halls smelled bad and was old. As petty as this may sound our room smelled strongly of a nursing home.

Custom service was wonderful! We were able to check in early and all of our needs were met. They brought us air freshener when asked. They even had feminine products when we realized we didn't. The hotel itself was great, but the room could've been better. Hotel was a great location and nice amenities. We really enjoyed the beach access and hot tub. The room itself had a really weird smell that wouldn't go away. The AC was also SUPER loud. Aside from that the room was nice. Overall, it was a nice hotel/stay and we will be back.

This hotel is amazing! Well worth the stay! The rooms are beautiful. The views are outstanding. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. And I can't forget the lazy river and spa that sets right on the beach! Wonderful!

Wonderful 2 room kitchenette with balcony and ocean view. Very nicely furnished. TV in bedroom too was great. Definitely a classy place, thoroughly enjoyed it!!

We came into the front desk without a reservation and was welcomed by someone who helped us book a room. It was really early and we knew we might have an issue checking in that early… he made it really simple by taking our number and texting us when it was. We were amazed at how nice and big the room was. The ceiling fans were excellent, the couch was soft. We are already talking about coming back to this location next year. Well done and the only complaint was thw noise , but that isn’t something you can control and we were aware of the construction still going on from Milton. So all that is understanding and won’t keep us from coming back. Thank you

We did like the beach front property, but the layout of the room was very weird. It was definitely not laid out well. No room in the bedroom or bathroom. The couch was placed at a position that you could not see the TV.

The rooms are very nice, large bathrooms. Much nicer than I expected. Super nice GE appliances. Fast elevator. Very nice and helpful staff. Great location, across the street from Stonewood Restaurant and within walking distance to Outback Steakhouse. My only beef is that the pool (which is a lazy river) is really made for children and not so easy to swim in because it is very shallow. The shower could use a shower grab bar. I enjoyed my stay.

Front desk awesome. Changed our room easily. South tower,Condo 705b was fantastic. All new everything,best we have stayed at. View incredible,water pressure in shower great,mattress real comfortable,quiet,safe. Would love to get that unit every time we go to Cove. No complaints at all!

Only item we did not like was our room did not match the picture when we reserved it, picture should more of a ocean front and we could barely see the ocean and always shaded to where we could not even enjoy the balcony, otherwise everything else was great

Asked a few times for coffee pot repair- once when we check in because it leaked and the second time when “maintenance” was breaking into our room to fix something that wasn’t our coffee pot. Regardless we leave tomorrow- coffee pot still broke. Not the end of the world, but for a woman on vacation a huge inconvenience. Just say no- don’t lead me to believe you’ll fix it. Especially don’t wake me up breaking into my room before coffee and then STILL don’t fix it?!?

Hotel is great! They couldn’t find my reservation when checking in so it did take longer than expected, but they managed to get it settled without much hassle. Having to get the parking pass from another desk in order to try to book me for a timeshare presentation is the only downside. I know the employees are just doing their jobs, but I’m only here for one night, so I don’t think I’d be the candidate to try to schedule for it.

We had this trip booked for a couple of months. We got there early to see if we could do early check in. The room was not available so they said they would call/text when it became available. At 430 we still were not notified so we went up to the desk and it was ready. Also, one of the ladies was very pushy about doing a timeshare. After 20 minutes of saying we were not interested she still tried to push it. We had our kids with us and they were ready to go to the pool. She also called while we were at dinner and still tried to pursued on the phone for 10 minutes while I was at dinner with my family.

The staff was amazing, kind, helpful, the front desk Sasha was amazing and the young lady who was the head of security was so helpful, extremely kind-I did forget her name but they both were amazing. You just don’t find people that are so caring like that anywhere, therefore it mad my stay a memorable one to say the least.

My suite was in the South Tower, and I was pleasantly surprised upon check-in as everything appeared to be recently updated. The furnishings looked new and everything was very clean. I had a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa and tv, a small dining table, a spacious bedroom (with another tv) and a good sized bathroom with a deep tub. The balcony was small but afforded a view of the ocean. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. I texted to ask for a late checkout and was given an extra hour, which was much appreciated. There were 2 pools; one for little kids and one that had a lazy river. Neither were large, and they did tend to be quite crowded. Steps beyond the pool was a wooden walkway down to the beach. The hotel provided chairs and umbrellas for their guests on a FCFS basis. This beach allows cars to drive on it, which was a new experience for me. I walked North for a few minutes and came upon a more residential area with no cars and hardly any people, which was nice. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe and secure in this location. I was well away from the chaos that is Daytona Beach. Ormond Beach has lots of great restaurants, mini golf places, a bowling alley, shops and drugstores- perfect for a low-key Florida vacation. I really enjoyed my stay!

We enjoyed the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and large kitchen which was fully equipped for daily cooking. Also liked the balcony, seeing the ocean on the side yet primarily looking down on the parking lot. No onsite restaurant or coffee bar.

Our family loves this property. The clean rooms are so spacious and comfortable. With a full kitchen you can cook some of your own meals. If you don’t want to cook there are plenty of nearby dining options. The outdoor grilling area is awesome as well. The kids ( and the adults!) love the pool area. A few steps and you are on the beach. The staff is friendly and very communicative. They text you throughout the stay to make sure you have everything you need. This property is definitely a favorite for us. I highly recommend for your next beach vacation.

We were greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk and check in was a breeze. The room was great, it was a one bedroom condo with a full kitchen which was great to have. The room had a decent view of the ocean and was great to have easy access to the beach. The pool is like a lazy river. It’s close to places to eat if you wanna get some great seafood go to Hulls Seafood, it’s the best! I will stay here again in the future when I’m in Ormond Beach.
