Stayed here during the hurricane recently, there was some confusion when we checked in with not having our reservation. It was sorted out and seamless from that point moving forward, the location was perfect for what we needed/wanted at the time! The pool area was lovely and relaxing and comfortable, we would stay here again for sure!

It is a nice property but they charge you $15 a day parking. This is a suburban location with a big lot around it and you park yourself. If you check their “about” page you find that they charge this bit it is not apparent at all. Especially on Expedia where they say this is “all you will pay”. So the room should be listed as $15 higher where it is the same price as most of the other hotels in the area. It just puts a bad taste in your mouth when you check in

I love this location & I always add breakfast when reserving our room, such a good breakfast buffet & cheaper to add it beforehand! There’s waffles or pancakes, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, cubed breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, an assortment of fresh fruits, yogurt, boiled eggs, an assortment of breads (sliced bread, bagels, croissants, pastries) .. they have coffee, water, orange juice, apple juice, white or chocolate milk .. something everyone will enjoy! - I do think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they charge to park now. We’ve been staying here periodically for the last year when we come down to go to the beach. At first, we were not charged for parking.. but by the 4th time we stayed, they started charging $15/night PER CAR! So they charged us an extra $90 to stay at their hotel!! Please make this make sense!! WHY AM I PAYING TO PARK WHERE I’M ALREADY PAYING TO SLEEP?? I doubt I’ll be back because of this. It’s not that good of a hotel to be paying this much!

Great pool area, and we loved the pool! Felt like a tropical paradise instead of a chain hotel by the interstate. Hot tub was no warmer than the pool, so that was disappointing. My room was obviously a little dated and had a musty smell but otherwise clean and comfortable. Price for Thanksgiving week was hard to beat!

No towels at the pool. One hardworking man at the bar making drinks, taking orders, serving tables and packing to go orders.. no other staff came to help him. The outside pool bathrooms were horribly dirty. I had breakfast included and I was charged and had to go to the front desk multiple times to get the error fixed. There were empty cups, water bottles and other trash around the pool deck. Piles of lawn, tree debris piled in parking spots around the lot. Some of the tables outside the bar patio were dirty and had cups on them. There was a homeless man laying on the pool deck lounge chairs, I watched him sneak in behind a person entering the hotel and reported it to a staff member and nothing was done, I later saw him sleeping in a chair on the bar patio. Standards have really fallen below par. I was not impressed and customer service was lacking for a brand name , beautiful hotel. Also $15 to self park was ridiculous. I requested a refund for that but haven’t seen it yet.

The bathroom showers are filled with black mildew and smell, the tracks and base along shower, disgusting. My awful room was changed, second shower was better, but still mildew and crud around frame. Unacceptable. Will not stay there again. A health hazard

The property is located in a very convenient area. Easy to walk to restaurants, a food store, a CVS. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My only issue is that the property is worn. My bathroom had grout missing from the tiles as an example. The room had an odor. I was surprised about this since the Expedia rating was quite high.

Rooms are spacious, beds feel good. We also had a small balcony. Soundproofing isn't very good, the outside traffic on the highway is very clearly heard inside the room. That's a reason for us not to return here, we do like a more quiet room. But if you don't mind the noise the hotel is great.

This property is definitely on the older side. It is rundown. The air conditioner is extremely loud! Stains on the carpet. The Wiifi did not work the entire time the first day from the moment we checked in until we went to sleep after 11:30 PM. The hotel had no response for it and no timeline for when it would be available. Was not able to get any work done the entire first day we were at the hotel. Hotspot did not work either because it was not able to penetrate the building for some reason.

Easy access to I95 and the turnpike. Room was large and very clean. A/C worked great and was happy to have a balcony. Grounds of the hotel were very nice. Good Breakfast and Evening Bar. Staff was very nice.

The pictures online don’t show the true state of the rooms. As you are pulling up the place looks extremely nice and the lobby is fantastic. Rooms need some maintenance.

The person at front desk was so rude. Terrible. I felt so bad there. I hope never come back. And i don't recommend. Also they asked me pet fee 50 dls and charged 75 i don't know why. We left everything so clean, no trash, no pee. This is not pet friendly please remove on the list for pet friendly. Thank u And i think the recepcionist are racist.

While a comfortable hotel, they have no control over extremely disruptive guests. I had to call to the front desk 4 times due to a disruptive group of youth. They had no security to deal with the situation. This went on for several hours and of course I had an early appointment the following day. This occurred during a weekday night. Do not recommend this hotel if you are counting on a good nights sleep.

Extremely disappointed. From check-in where the room was not ready as promised to failure of housekeeping to make the room, supplies in the bathroom empty. Rude and insulting people at the front desk. The property is worn and tired and poorly maintained.

Our cars battery died in the parking lot. I asked the front desk for help…jumper cables and to use one of the shuttle vans to help jump start maybe. He said he had no cables and no vans available…even though there were two vans in the parking lot. Customer service was less than ideal.

I walked into the hotel and met a man and a woman behind the counter and no one greeted me. The lady stood there whatever she was doing finishing whatever then was going to move on to do something else; no one but me is waiting to be helped the man turned to the female and told her to help me after I waited like 10:00 minutes. The card for the room couldn’t open the room so I had to walked back from the 5th floor to the 1st floor to inform them that the keys wasn’t opening the door. They gave me another sets of keys walked back up again still the keys didn’t work again…. Had to come back downstairs again to inform them again those keys still wasn’t working…. she then decided to put us in a different room, and finally that key worked. The place was smelly and coming back down into the elevator I sawed a roach inside the elevator. This hotel is poorly run and seems like it is infested with roach and smells like stale animal pee. Worst experience, I’ve ever had in a hotel. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I couldn’t even spend the night there, I had to leave after maybe 3 or 4 hours. I really give this hotel 1/2 stars.

Very nice , We arrived late do your flight check in at 1pm the young lady at the counter was very helpful and very polite . We didn’t like our view in our room and young lady at the counter actually change our room to a pool view and it was very nice. We are very happy

It was a very nice facility. Grounds were beautiful, building was in very good shape. Our room probably hadn't been used for a while, because it had a musty smell when we checked in, but this disappeared once we turned on the cooling system. Room was in good shape, not perfect, but good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Our room faced the highway--lots of road noise. We liked the balcony, but the noise made it not so nice to sit out there.

Stayed here for a long anniversary weekend. Great clean pool open 6 am to 10p another plus! No towels at the pool. I would also suggest putting in a different color light in pool and Jacuzzi. The light is yellow and I could not thoroughly relax as it appeared I was in a urine induced bubble bath Breakfast was amazing! 20$ p person buffet and even had asiago cheese bagels. Waitress Terri was wonderful very pleasant and went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable! Rooms come with a balcony, refrigerator and microwave. No closet! Bed and pillows were comfortable. Dated rugs should be removed. Great location! Has a 24 hour Cvs in same parking lot and Publix was I believe across the street with several restaurants close by . I would stay here again!

Overall stay was good. We arrived late and check in was easy. We were told that there was a free continental breakfast which we were then told there wasn’t. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Very disturbing this day and age that there is an air vent IN the physical shower that did not appear to be functional but was open and made me very uncomfortable that someone could have a camera up there. No fans for humidity, that I’ve ever seen, have EVER been IN the physical shower itself. Unsettling and would make me not stay in that location again unfortunately

The hotel front desk was very friendly. We had breakfast and it was very nice, clean, well stocked. Service was excellent. Hotel was clean and well located. We got a room facing the street so it was a bit too noisy.
