All you need available. Staff absolutely helpful and adorable. Downside is gym opens at 6am and the laundry machines are expensive and terrible. My clothes were smelling wet dog and all the soap I added to the dispenser was still there by the end of the cycle.

The location of the hotel is just off the I-95 Highway, and south of PGA Bvld - close, but yet far away enough to be away from the traffic and noise. The staff we interacted with were all wonderful, friendly and efficient. The accommodation was nice and the bed was super cozy. The hotel offers a great breakfast with different hot food choices every day. Onsite parking is easy (included), and there's a swimming pool, small gym, tuck shop, etc. The room has a small fridge, microwave and coffee machine. All good!

Shower had was so full of rust barely any water came out couldnt even properly wash soap off we came here for pool but the pool was absolutely disgusting had a film of white slim over the whole top and sheets and blanket didnt look clean we used the 1 in closet

Please do a deeper clean in the bathroom, specifically the vents. Ours seemed to have quite a buildup of dust (and potential mildew) and it strongly affected our allergies just being in bathroom. The bedroom had the same issue with the AC, but it wasn’t as bad. Stains could be seen on sheets and towels as well.

Didn't like the outdated furniture in the rooms. The coach and the rugs were horrible. There's rooms smelled like mold. There's wears a musty smell in the air . They need safes in the rooms as well. Lastly, please add new pillows. Apart from that it's a nice place .

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. I rented a king suite, which was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The area felt very safe, parking was plentiful, and every staff member I had contact with was pleasant and seemed to enjoy working at this hotel. I will stay there again the next time I am in the area.

Most of the electric outlets in room 217 were faulty. Either very loose or not working at all. I woke up in the morning and went straight to shower to go to a professional meeting. Bad news when the bathroom electrical outlet didn’t not work. I tried the one in the hallway next to the closet mirror. It was too loose and it did not works. The lighting in the roo Was not great, and I had to dry my hair ina very poor lighting. Very disappointing! Also disappointing was the coffee in the morning. It was more like a tea than a coffee. They should name it “Teaffee”.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, big issue is the shower was a joke, absolutely no water pressure at all. I told them at the desk but only got a "Im Sorry" there are plenty of hotels to use, this one is off the list.

Hampton Inn at Palm Beach Gardens was a great choice and conveniently located. Sharon from the front desk was very friendly and helped check me in immediately upon my arrival. I didn’t know the area and needed a diversion so she recommended to check out the infamous Loggerhead marine center, and gave me tourist Map with other ideas. The desk and other staff were very friendly, and the rooms were very comfortable.

I had a really great experience at Hampton Inn Palm Beach Gardens, and I’m especially grateful to Alex at the front desk. After picking up my luggage, I accidentally left my wallet behind without even noticing. Thankfully, Alex found it and managed to contact me using the phone number I had left earlier. I’m so lucky she was the one on duty — she was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and went the extra mile to make sure I got my wallet back. Really appreciate her help!

The front desk service is top notch. While waiting to check-in, I listened to Mathew assist a foreigner with driving directions. He was patient and very precise to ensured the female guest was comfortable before her excursion. Each day when we passed Mathew, he was welcoming and warm to each guest. Rare to find someone young taking time to be pleasant to customers. Thank you!

Terrible customer service at the front desk, especially at the check-out. Asked for receipt, the lady did not want to give me one, this was a business trip so I needed it for expense report. She was with a lot of bad attitude and terrible manner towards me. The toilet flooded, found cockroach in the bathroom. Not a good experience, never will be back.

My stay at the Hampton Inn Palm Beach Gardens was very nice!! It started with my first night check-in with Jaleen. She put me in the perfect room with a great view and convenient to the lobby. The remaining multiple nights of my stay were excellent as each day Alex, Ethan, and Rich made sure my stay was super comfortable. The very courteous lady that prepared the breakfast each day also did a great job! Champion Team at that location.

we got there a little early and we used Trivago and they made us wait in the lobby for 2 hours saying that our room ws not ready as they continued to check in other guests and then after 2 hours they gave us a handicapp room......NEVER AGAIN

Wonderful Stay. Short stay, location was very convenient to medical center. Cose to mall and shopping. All staff were friendly and helpful. Older hotel but nicely refurbished. Large rooms. Typical included breakfast. Lovely pool and patio fountain with lots of birds and wildlife in creek behind. Would definitely stay again if need to return to the area.

Very happy with this hotel. My only complaints are: the breakfast is sub-par and the coffee is terrible and lukewarm (every single day). Room is large and comfy but absolutely NO light fixtures are by the fridge/microwave/coffee bar area so we had to use the flashlight on our phone. Outdoor area could use more frequent tidying up.
