We booked this last minute for a staycation, and we couldn’t have been happier! From the start, the staff was incredibly sweet on the phone and even arranged an early check-in for us. The room was perfect for our group — two moms and four kids — spacious and more than we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that on Wednesdays, they offer a complimentary social hour with dinner, beer, and wine. The chef even made a special pasta dish just for the kids, which was such a thoughtful touch! The pool was great, and the putt-putt area added extra fun for the kids. They even accommodated a late check-out so the kids could swim one more time before we left — such a nice gesture! It was the perfect little staycation, and we’ll definitely be back!

Staff was great and very helpful. Everything was great, I took off a star because I tried to use the tub option to wash my baby but the drain was full of so much hair that the plug couldn't go in. It was kind of gross, please clean out the tub drain!

I liked how the rooms were like many apartments. A full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and instant coffee maker with included coffee. And even a small dining table. This place had a living room with a couch and TV and ottoman. The room was quiet, cool, and for the most part felt clean. The only complaint with the room was there was long pieces of hair on the bathroom floor. Who wants to get out of the shower and then step on somebody’s hair. Also, the instant coffee maker was dusty on top of it and needed to be cleaned the inside as well. The evening clerk who checked me in, by the name of Wolf, couldn’t have been friendlier. They served a complementary breakfast that included bagels and cereals, coffee and juices. Two types of eggs, sausage, and you can make your own waffles. What more could you ask for? The food, juices, and plates were all low when I got there. But I was impressed how quickly the staff restocked the items that were needed. There was multiple workers there, and all of them were friendly. Thank you

Great overall stay, greeted warmly at the front desk upon entering. Nice hotel in a quiet area, lots of amenities nearby. I highly recommend Dragon foot spa next door for a relaxing massage. We noticed some of the dishes were still dirty, and a few hairs in the shower. Despite this I would still stay again because overall the room was clean and it was a great stay. If you are picky about pillows, I would suggest to bring your own. They are made of down feathers and flattened out making it quite uncomfortable.

The listing said ‘renovated rooms’ but didnt mention it was probably renovated 20 years ago or more. The shower was old, wallpaper peeling off the walls. For $300 a night you would think the rooms would be nicer

Stay was good overall. There was some confusion about our room being ready when we arrived at 4:00, but they quickly handled the matter and got us to our room. My only complaint would be the water pressure. It was not good at all. A normal shower that takes 10 minutes, turned into about 15 minutes because of the pressure. We would stay here again. The place was nice and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Uncomfortable beds. I wanted to give this place high marks but we had a rough night. It felt like we slept on a piece of cheesecake; squishy, shaky and had a dip. Our suite had 2 Queen beds and a King bed - none were comfortable. The bedding was bad also. I had to wake up and remake both beds in the middle of the night. The sheets kept coming undone and wrinkling under us. My 11 year old was uncomfortable and woke up in the middle of the night. The staff is great and friendly. Receptionist even gave us an upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite. It was spacious and clean. But in reality we just needed comfortable beds. We are from out of town and my son was taking a standardized test at a local school. He did not get the rest he needed. If sleep is a priority I would not recommend this hotel. If space and cleanliness are more important then you can stay here.

Hotel is great but noise level super bad. I am writing this laying in room wishing everyone wasn’t screaming in hallway and constantly in elevators. I put cushions all atound door to buffer sound…but not working. Its great if you dont care if you sleep:/. Great staff…clean…comfy beds.

Everything was amazing. Milly who helped us at the front desk was awesome. One critique is that the worker that was working the breakfast in the morning was rude and a bit racist. I encounter 2 Guests that said the same thing while I was talking to mg family about it. He was only nice and smiling to caucasians. It was pretty simple and easy check in. The breakfast was great. Eggs were great, packed with onions, peppers, and tomatoes. My kids don’t like it but I thought great. As I was checking out the nasty little bearded guy at front desk Sunday Nov 24 was a nuisance with his condescending, rude, and disrespectful attitude as we were leaving. Hopefully I’ll never have to deal with that little troll again. Other than that it was middle of the road, very simple, good location

We checked in on Saturday night, 11pm, when we were greeted well. The lady at the front desk explained everything. The room was clean but the inside looked aged compared to the reception area. The beds were uncomfortable and made a lot of noise (springs). The AC was very loud and it disturbed our sleep throughout the night. They had signs about fire alarm drill for Monday, supposed to be a short one lasting 15-30min. Instead they started the drill at 9:30am and it was loud and the fire alarms were going off every 5-10min. So much loud noise that we couldn’t stay in the room. We came back at 3pm and the fire alarms were going off again. We went to the reception where the manager was there. The manager was very rude and told us that the fire drill should stop by 4-4:30pm. We asked how they could reserve the rooms if they was going to be an all day drill. She told us to deal with it, provided ear plugs. When we complained, she told us to leave and there were many hotels vacant. The manager gave us 15mins to pack up our luggage as they have to get it ready for the incoming guests. I don’t think we will come back to this hotel after this experience. The breakfast was good but the chef was also rude. He would not refill the muffins even after asking multiple times. Overall it was a really bad experience probably the worst stay for us at any hotel. Chose this location as it was close to FAU campus.

Every single staff seemed to pick up any undone affair regardless of whose task. For exame, building maintenance guy would fill milk jug for coffee or at least would take it to kitchen. The front desk staff would mop floor of a mom had spilled juice for kid. It ran like a well oiled machine/team. Front desk staff, welcoming and cordial. Breakfast and kitchen staff were stellar. I would stay again and would recommend.

This hotel was wonderful. New, clean, and very spacious rooms. It is located directly 10 min down the road from Juno Beach. Staff were great, breakfast had everything you would want. Will definitely stay again.
