My door to one room would not shut without slamming it be the door frame was all messed up. My second room was not adjoining which would have been nice and the door was left wide open prior to our check in. The exterior doors had no handle just taped spots where they used to have handles so no security whatsoever on the interior doors to the halls.

When I booked this motel, I intended to stay 2 nights in order to view the Christmas lights in St Augustine. I had no idea there was all of this road construction at Exit 318 off I 95. The traffic was horrible, and I sat in traffic over one (1) hour trying to get to the motel. Overall the room was clean and the shower was good. The breakfast was minimal, and the dining area was too small.

Hallway needs to be cleaned, railing had a lot of dust and hallway walls are in dire need of help. The room bedding was new but the rest of the room was tired( photos did justice) deadbolt not working, no vent in bathroom and balcony door bad shape. The rate was fare and front desk Kim made stay and would be the main reason I consider returning. Rooms need more then just new bed covers and pictures.

Kim at the front desk was awesome, very pleasant and professional. She didnt skip a beat. I am a Facilities Director over Maintenance and housekeeping for an ALF Community and these are the Things that I came across in my stay: 1.Pool was shut down for 3 days during my stay there with my family, which was very disappointing expecially when my 1 year old enjoys getting in the water. 2. Apparently housekeeping must be overworked because, they would forget the yellow slip and fall signs in the middle of the hallway next to my room every night. 3. I should have READ THE FINE PRINT! The breakfast that this Hotel provides are morning snacks! Should not be called breakfast. Everything is packaged and needs to be microwaved to be cooked. No biggie, IHOP is directly in front. 4. The laundry room that is supposed to be included in amenities was completely inoperable. Non of the machines worked. 5. Bathrooms were nice but, no exhaust or air circulation to vent out the humidity. So taking hot showers meant you had to leave the door open to vent it out and allow the PTAC AC unit to recirculate that himidity, making all furniture feel sticky. We got what we paid for. We needed a room inexpensive, and this is what we got. No I dont recommend, and will not be staying at this Wyndham or any other.

The handles to the doors to the hotel and hallways to the rooms were all missing. We literally put our hands into a hole in the metal door to get in. Turned on the lights in our room and lots of bugs went scurrying to walls and under the bed. The lock on the sliding glass door to the parking lot did not work, the room smelled like smoke and the furnace never kicked on the 15 minutes we were in the room working on finding somewhere else and getting a refund! YUCK!

Property was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. I liked the fact it was taken care of and kept clean. Being on vacation and the weather sporadic the beach wasn’t always an option.

We checked in to a no smoking room that smelled like cigarettes and had a roach chillin on the ceiling. The front desk moved us to a different room it was cleaner on both counts. Would not recommend glad I only stayed for one night.

Had to change rooms at 3AM because a cockroach crawled out of the unfinished floor space between the bathroom and main room. I was visited in the second room by a beetle I've never seen before. Found out it's called a spittle bug. I've seen 3 rooms inside this hotel now, none of them are being cleaned properly. There is significant dust and debris surrounding any fixture not immediately sweepable. No one cares to shift the furniture slightly to sweep. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbor's entire conversation without trying. There is a patio, however, the door is difficult to open for the strong and probably impossible for the weak. Breakfast is coffee and stale prepackaged muffins. Staff were nice.

All was good; clean room, good staff and all things electrical worked. It would only get better if they mailed my 3 belts to me. I left 3 belts in a bag; forgot to pack them. Totally my mistake.

This place had an off odor that you notice immediately when entering, the floor in the halls had a film that showed foot prints, the room itself had various signs of lack of thorough cleaning, and I did get sick a day and a half later. I will not stay here again.

The room looked fantastic for a motel but the stench (think armpit area of a from the air conditioner was intolerable. Also the room was so humid with the AC running that I was surprised it wasn’t raining in the room. Unbearable. Had to turn off the AC unit so that I could breath a less moldy, drier air burning course that warmed up the room.

TERRIBLE!! I have stayed in quite a few super eight, but this is by far the worst one that I have ever stayed. I don’t even know where to begin. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist acted as like he was doing me a favor. When I got to my room, I realized that that Eiding door leading outside was broken and they had installed a security bar to keep it safe. The lock was obviously broken into at some point and you could actually see the street from the gap that was one time the lock. The room was decently clean, but you could tell that someone had smoked in it recently. We went out for the evening at Saint Augustine with my wife and when we came back at around 11 PM, thinking that we are going to go to bed we found out that the people from upstairs were having a party until at least 1 AM and they were on the balcony exactly above our room and the front lawn, smoking drinking, and having conversation Furthermore, the ice machine, which is on the corridor that connects every single room on the first floor was extremely loud, but even more troublesome was the fact that until 3:30 AM several tenants would go and use the ice machine with metal buckets that literally made a deafening sound. At 5:30 AM, three guys decided to empty the ice machine into several buckets making the same deafening sound for at least 40 minutes Of course, I went outside to ask them to be more considerate, and they just told me to get back into my room Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The Housekeeping Staff was amazing! Coming from over 25 years of high end hospitality, I have to say the staff was not only polite, accommodating and professional, but went out of their way to assist without me asking. Bridget the Housekeeping Supervisor was super friendly and great with my kids and requests. She runs a tight crew! Thank you Bridget!!!! Your long hours and hard work is recognized! The only comments I have is the pool gate needs to be fixed. Thank you for a super 8 (my first) experience 😉

we stayed 5 days altogether. not once did the cleaning crew ask if we needed anything. but the last night we waa staying i left to pick my mom up from the hospital. my husband said i couldnt have been out of the parking lot yet when someone comes into our room. No knock or accouncement of entrance. when he seen my husband was still there he froze and asked you need any towels. after he left my husband looked out the door and there was no maid cart. so why was he coming in our room??

I was unable to come because I have cancer and was too sick to travel and they will not refund the amount. We go to the hospital and it was another 50 miles to the hotel I called them at 10:30 am to cancel and was informed to cancel through your site and then then what refund a dying woman’s request. I need this money for treatment and they are uncaring. Uncompassionate and unwilling to help me when I am weak and frail and sick I am ashamed of them and their maager

From the time of Checking to the Check Out it was an exceptional experience. The cleanliness and service was superb. Although the building is old the staff goes over the top to make sure the guest are happy.

For the price it is a good place to stay. Clean and easy access to outlet mall, short drive to historical sites. Free breakfast was disappointing as all they give is juice, coffee and honey buns/muffins. The nearby McDonald’s was really great though and the best I’ve been to.

(Some) staff very nice, friendly and professional. Good bbq place just steps away. Outlet mall is just around the corner. Easy access to I-95. Parking right outside my window. Forget about the free 6 a.m. breakfast, nothing fancy and no restocking juice or most of the food items. Better off going to Wendy's two doors down. Perfect for budget business travel on I-95.

Because I needed as a emergency and cheap I booked a night here. But it was very noisy, breakfast supposedly included but only coffee and bread. And there is construction around so it is hard to drive in. Placed overpriced for what actually is.

Well first off it was not what I had expected. Pictures of the hotel were not what I saw when we arrived room was not the best and breakfast was not what I have had at other places. Noise from next room was awful.

I was unable to get in with my room key, went back and forth to the office but the entrance door was not working but that was not a big deal. The funny part is that the hotel advertises free breakfast that's why I considered it. When I came for the breakfast all the had was coffee and small cake and that was a misrepresentation big time. Overall the room was clean and spacious
