It was a nice place for a great price

“Breakfast included” means burnt coffee and 3 baskets of expired honey buns and muffins. Shame on you calling it “breakfast” to lure business.

Clean room, nice staff. Limited breakfast choices. Internet was intermittent. TV had poor sound quality.

There were roaches in the room. The desk clerk did her job but was not very friendly. At checkout there was no one at the desk and therefore I never received any of my paperwork for my room. The internet was not consistent and kept needing to be refreshed. At 7:00 AM the fire alarm went off and I had to evacuate the room until it could be reset . The free breakfast advertised was either a small muffin, a container of yogurt, an apple, and either coffee, tea, or packaged hot chocolate. A snack maybe but definitely not a breakfast. Not a happy experience.

Parking was fine. There are fast food places nearby and a vet nice grocery store. The big problem with this motel was roaches.
