Very clean, comfortable beds, excellent hot breakfast, amazing location and the staff was excellent. Sabrina checked us in and was incredibly helpful with all our questions. They are a location for trolley pickup too. We came for the Night of Lights so it was a solid place for not a lot of $$.

I was very pleased with the way. The lady at the front desk handled me when I got there. Unfortunately, my knee was badly messed up and I’m walking with a cane for the first time in my life. Without having to ask a lady at the front desk change my room from upstairs to downstairs, especially since the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. Lastly, because of my knee I asked for a late check out at 1 PM as getting up in the morning and getting mobile is a little more difficult at this time and they allowed a 1 PM late check out. Staff were very friendly and courteous.

The property is lovely for single travelers, family and couples plus pet friendly and less of a fee. Many restaurants and gas stations near by if anything. Overall a great experience with the staff and plus there is a dryer and washer if clothes need to be done. But quarters only and you can ask the front desk for some.

Very nice staff. Room was clean and had no smell. No bugs. Breakfast was good and there was plenty to eat all the way up until the conclusion of breakfast. Sometimes, hotels don’t restock breakfast during the duration of breakfast hours, but that was not the case with this hotel! Will definitely stay again.

There was a roach and hair in the bed when we got there. We told the person at the front desk they did offer to move us, but we were already unpacked and settled in but they did not apologize for it. Breakfast was OK and the pool was clean but small. The girl at the front desk was very nice, I think her name was Sabrina. My sister-in-law also stayed at the same hotel at the same time and said there was hair in the shower and on the towels.

Checked into our room and checked the sheets as I always do when we check into any hotel and found the sheets to be unclean with blood on them and the mattress cover was filthy with stains etc! Called the hotel desk and they brought clean sheets and she was very nice and apologetic! Said she would report it to housekeeping manager.

When we got to the room there was a dirty pair of boxers on the floor. It was evident that they did not clean the room because there were stains on the floor and the bathroom was also dirty. The staff working were polite and came to clean up the mess. He had also said that when we checked out to speak with the manager who was made aware of the situation. Upon checkout they said I would receive compensation since the room was dirty upon arrival. I have yet to receive any compensation.

Location of property was good. Complementary breakfast could be improved with maybe additional offered items. The room itself seemed fine but realized walls were paper thin, so had a hard time sleeping with cars passing by and the adjoining room next door person was blaring their tv all night. The toilet didn't flush and water almost overflowed the edge, which i let front desk know about. The shower worked, but the showerhead height seems too low, since the shower head was barely higher than my armpit.

Older motel that was clean plenty of towels. The gravy for breakfast was not bad. The bed was old spring mattress that squeaked every time he moved if you are over 130 pounds you will feel the springs while sleeping.

The hotel was wonderfully. The staff was fantastic especially Sabrina. She had great recommendations for places to eat. Very friendly and eager to help. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Not much selection but what they had was good. Definitly would stay again. The only complaint was the construction around there. Which is out of their control. Nade rush hour traffic brutal.

Property cancelled our reservation without any communication directly with us. When we called for late arrival, the person that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and informed us that they cancelled our reservation and that they no longer had any vacancy. I do not recommend this property!

This hotel hired a lot incompetent employees. FDC, charged my CC twice and started to argue with me. Now I call to get my final bill emailed to me and this ignorant told just told he can’t do it. I’ve been calling this hotel every day since Sunday 12/11/2022 to get my money refunded but they keep lying to me saying they will call me back and never done so. Gm, front desk supervisor and front desk agents are not qualified to work for choice. They have by 10 am today 12/21/2022 to contact and refund me my money or I’ll take legal actions against them for stealing my money. The worst hotel experience that ever experienced. I’ve been traveling for over 22 years now.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Check in was very smooth. The property is clean and well maintained but is a little “ tired” in terms of age and amenities. The property is on a busy thoroughfare and can be a little noisy.

The rooms were solid although the bathrooms were really small with the sink outside the bathrooms. The TV worked great. Continental breakfast was good, but the hot food options are always the same - biscuits, gravy, and breakfast potatoes.

For the low price, we were quite pleased overall. No frills hotel but clean, lite bfast, hot coffee cold juice biscuits n gravy or waffle. Fruit toast etc. Would definitely return. Great place to lay your head after sightseeing and shopping
