This Inn was very clean. The staff are very friendly and caring. Parking was easy as there is plenty available for guests. Located at the base of the Lion bridge you can walk, bike or drive to downtown St. Augustine and St. george street.

Stayed on a pleasure visit to St. Augustine. Motel in on main island road just over the bridge from the downtown area. Relatively short walk to all downtown amenities, the fort, shopping, dining, and historical places. That saved on expensive parking in downtown. The place is clean and quiet with convenient parking. Rooms are good size with everything one needs. Quiet AC/heater which kept a comfortable temperature. Plenty of room to hang clothes in closet or put away in drawers, roomy vanity in sink area, mini-fridge, microwave, and flatscreen tv. Plenty of towels in bathroom and vanity area. Only issue I had was with what seemed to be a plastic covering over the mattress. Every time I sat or shifted on it one could hear the crunching of plastic. Not a pleasant sound. Also it appears bed covering and blanket may not be washed after every visitor so I wouldn’t use them for cover. Early checkout time (10 am) but they were nice enough to allow me to keep my car parked there after checkout while we walked the downtown area and had lunch. Left about 3:00 pm. I would recommend this motel for its reasonable prices, features, and proximity to downtown.

No bells and whistles, but very affordable, always thoroughly clean, quiet, and comfortable. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Parking can be a bit tight if at full occupancy, but is easy to access and your vehicle is in view from any room. Within a five minute or less walk to multiple restaurant options, as well as bars and entertainment venues. Short drive to the beach and a scenic 10 minute walk to the historic district.

Friendly customer service. Great price for room. The room we had (hubby and I) was more like a suite than a room. Very quiet, no night disturbance from traffic, etc. Within walking distance to everything, keeping their guests healthy. Didn’t use the pool but it was cute, small. We have stayed at much more expensive places and had dirtier rooms and unfriendly staff. We would definitely stay here again.

When you come to check in and the receptionist is unfriendly and unwelcoming while wearing a stained Dunkin’ Donuts shirt it does not make the rest of the stay enjoyable. Of course the cockroach in the room didn’t help.

It is an old building but has been kept up. Our problem was when we started to go to bed the sheets on both beds were filthy with fresh stains and hair all over. The manager acted like it was our fault for not waiting for her to come and change the sheets.

The staff was awesome but there were a couple of issues. The floor was dirty. It was swept but when I walked around barefooted, which I normally do, the bottom of my feet were filthy. They need to mop the floors more often. I had to put socks on every time I got up to go to the bathroom. We also had to buy our own coffee because the coffee packs fit a 1 cup coffeemaker but the coffeemaker had a 5 cup pot. But other than that we were very pleased. They were really nice people.

The rooms are pretty blah. No extra blankets or pillows. The AC/Heat unit is very loud and hard to sleep if it is on and wakes you up when it turns on. The beds were super hard. Definitely not worth the price they charge!

We enjoyed our short stay. The Inn is in a great location. The rooms are spacious and have a microwave and fridge. The Inn could use some updates, especially bedding and linens, but for a short stay it was fine and we would stay again.

I booked the hotel for one night. The desk clerk was friendly. It was okay, but don't think I'd stay more than one night. The bed was comfortable, but there was an issue with the shower/tub. I wanted to take a bath, but the shower drizzled the whole time. Then, I noticed that the water in the tub was discolored. When I let the water out, there was a residue of a black substance. Very strange as the tub looked clean when I started filling it up.

The beds and bed linens really need to be updated. The carpet in room was a bit dusty again carpet update would be nice. Vacuum under the bed would help. Convenient as for walking to lighthouse and over Lions Bridge that was great.

Impressed by the cleanliness and it’s a great location for getting to the downtown within minutes but the cleaning lady needs training. We forgot to leave the do not disturb sign outside the door, yet when she tried to open the door we said we were still in the room and asked if she could leave it for the following day but she still came in. We left the do not disturb sign outside after that, but she tried to come in again. On the day we left, she could see I was taking bags to my car and tried to come in again, clearly knowing we had not left. It’s an invasion of privacy.

Very quiet hotel that’s only a mile to all of the action in downtown St Augustine. Loved the short walk across the Bridge of Lions and short drive to Anastasia State Park. Plenty of dining and drinking options around the hotel.

My husband and I go to St Augustine frequently and we really just like a clean place to sleep at night that is easy to walk into town. Simple rooms, reasonably priced, and clean, the bed was very comfortable, walking distance to historic downtown. Check in was very easy and parking was no problem. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location south of the Bridge of Lions. Several eating and drinking options minutes of less away. Not the best condition, but a good budget choice if you don't plan on being in your room much, which is the case for most people visiting St. Augustine for leisure.

Place needs lots of work. towels were stained and old. Room hasn't been updated in a long time. I guess you get what you pay for. At $175 a night I would expect more. Said free breakfast if you like stale fruit loops and cold coffee. Ac would work intermittently. Parking for one car per room which is fine but came baqck late and was no parking left. Wont stay here again

The room was clean and comfortable. It did have a pool, but the weather didn't allow its use. The location was very good--close to the beaches and the heart of St. Augustine. There were dining options within easy walking distance. The office wasn't open until after 7:30 a.m. which was rather inconvenient.

Read reviews before trip. More pros than cons. Our trip was very positive. Location. Location. Location of inn was great. Property was well maintained. We particularly did not want a chain hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. We felt safe. On site staff. Adequate supply of clean towels. Impressed with the continental breakfasts. Interacted with other guests. No complaints from anyone. Would absolutely stay here again. Less than $400 for a 4 day/3 night stay.

It was great to be close to venue. Right over the bride, a nice taco gig and beers and wine/ brewery. We basically need e somewhere to sleep. The free coffee and oh was great. Very nice host. Early 10 am check out, they extended it to 11.
