Property was beautiful very nice rooms. The pools were clean only thing that we didn’t love for the hours for the tiki bar. They closed fairly early in the evening.

The rooms and property are beautiful. Balconies have view of the ocean. Every guest has access to beach and pool towels and 3 chairs and umbrella on the beach. At the pool there are pool floats provided, pool bar for drinks and a lovely atmosphere.

Our room was wonderful! Super clean and comfortable. Charming with full kitchen, living area and balcony that overlooked the ocean. Separate bedroom for us - with comfortable pullout for kids. Loved the convenience of the washer / dryer in the room. It’s bright and light and loved the happy wall art. The beach guys with chair set up were really good - fun and professional. We utilized the little store in the lobby a lot for quick snacks. Pool area with bar and was good too. The bartenders were nice. The only drawbacks (and I think it was because we were there a week before Spring Break really kicked off) - was we were told several times wait staff would be on the beach to take drink orders but there was never any food or drink service out there. But the bar was close by - next to the pool - don’t was ok. Also - there is no restaurant at the hotel other than burgers at the pool bar. But it was fine because there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Bonus - free shuttle and little buses to take you around the area to shop or dine. Overall a really great hotel.

Great place to stay for a family. Room was spacious with kitchen etc. Large balcony overlooking the ocean, resort offers a shuttle, very helpful staff. There a great gym at the Don Cesar Hotel which is a short walk up the beach.

The overall facilities are fantastic. The towel situation at pool wasn’t great when we stayed as they kept running out of towels. Also, very limited on-site food options unless you order room service from main hotel which we did and the Cuban Sandwich was very disappointing after having ate at the main hotel previously.

Lovely private and safe resort on the beach. One drawback was pools and jacuzzi closed at dusk because lighting there still not restored after hurricane. Otherwise, a very relaxing experience.

Fabulous 4th of July weekend stay at the Beach House Suites! Property has been upgraded since we stayed 2 years ago. Loved having complimentary umbrella & lounge chairs set up on the beach. Donnie was great at check in & helped get us a blender to use in our suite. Mgr Anthony was very polite & helpful. Chris was wonderful at the beach bar. Loved taking shuttle to the Don CeSar. It was wonderful!

This is a great hotel with great facilities BUT the housekeeping service was considerably below standard. I have stayed here on many happy occasions before and never had a problem- but on this visit housekeeping was poor. Attention to detail like actually turning up to clean the room, replace towels, provide toilet rolls soaps and other consumables didn’t happen.unless you went to the front desk reception where the staff were excellent. Something has changed in the housekeeping department in the last year that is t working together standards previously experienced Please address this to regain the standard and attention to detail

Since night one we had bugs. Called and someone came with their “magic” spray as they called it. Called again because there were more bugs, ants, roaches and some other kind of bug no one came. Went to the front desk and they said all they can do is send someone with their “magic” spray. We paid close to $600 a night for a bug infested room and nothing was done or taken care of. Completely unacceptable!

He did not communicate well I charge a resort fee on the bill and also they charge a night to park Overall the facilities was nice and clean, except for the shower had mold in it.

Stay was ok. But the property needs some love and updating. Our room wasn’t clean. Looked like they just freshened the sheets and put clean towels out. The floors were dirty. Everything needed wiped off. Thankfully I bring Clorox wipes to clean everything. There were visible stains on couch. Bed and sleeping pillows were not comfortable. The washer and dryer in the unit didn’t even wash correctly. There was something gummy in the dryer so it left stains on our clothes. The only thing that stood out as five stars was Alex which was apart of the beach staff. He was great with getting us our beach chairs and umbrellas!

This property has what a family with small kids needs - pool, easy beach access, a kitchen, easy access to the room. However, our room was not clean. The front desk did tell me that they were short on cleaning staff but the room was gross (thick dust, stains on walls, dirty dishes, stained linens). The Don needs to step it up and bring this property up to date like the main hotel.

Overall was a good trip. Pool was nice, rooms were big and spacious, bed was a little hard, and fridge was one of the smaller personal ones. Staff was excellent, both accommodating and professional along with great attitudes. Just be aware, after paying through expedia, you still owe daily resort charges and tax to the hotel at the end of your stay. And if you drive there, you have a daily parking charge as well. This amounted to between $60-$70 a day that we had to pay on checkout.

We stayed one night this weekend at the Don CeSar Beach Suites, and it was a great experience. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with access to all the amenities of the main hotel. Very close to the beach, literally steps away. The balconies are unique. They are rather large and jet out. If you’re not comfortable with “ neighbors” it can be a bit intrusive. Certain balconies you can view into the next door room from the balcony though the sliding glass doors. If your family is next door it could be delightful if you have annoying neighbors it could be uncomfortable. The bar is nice, pool is adequate, not real huge, atmosphere is family depending on guests on premise. Clean, friendly, friendly staff. Little more laid back then the Don Cesar Hotel. Great location, easy walk to most places for dining, shops, etc. a bit pricey as compared to adjacent accommodations.

The suite room worked nicely for us. Gorgeous view of the gulf. Beautiful courtyard with warm pool, bar and seating areas. Some furniture needs to be replaced; broken down and worn out. No oven, dorm-sized fridge, minimal kitchen supplies. Overpriced and not fair to charge resort fees in the winter months when it’s not warm enough for water craft or siting on the beach.

I liked the common grounds around the bar and pool. Very clean and fun. I also really enjoyed the view from the balcony. However, the sitting furniture in the living area of the unit was rather uncomfortable. In particular, the unit only provides the guests with a stiff love seat and a rigid wicker chair. If two people want to kick back and relax in their living area after a day on the beach, they cannot since the love seat is rather uncomfortable and the rigid wicker chair is not suited for extended periods of sitting. This is frankly unacceptable for a high price property, in my opinion. The lack of comfortable living area furniture to accommodate two people will likely prevent me from staying at the Beach House Suites again. This is unfortunate, because I liked many of its other aspects.

Truly awful experience from the start. Communication with reservation “specialist” was a complete disconnect. Food was terrible and outrageously priced. Servers and staff were not helpful and most were just plain rude. If there were other places with availability we would have left after the first day

Highly recommend the Beach House Suites! The staff have excellent customer service skills. The room was spacious and clean. They are currently improving the entry way of the property and it will make it more inviting and easier to get to the office. Alex, Ray and McKay were fabulous!

Overall, this was a very pleasant day. All of the accommodations were amazing! My only drawback was that I know that the room was available sooner but the representative at the front desk refused to let us go back until 4 PM when the schedule check-in is knowing that we had been there The entire afternoon waiting she could've let us go back a little bit sooner.

Outstanding property. We interacted with several front desk staff and all of them were absolutely top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. Our room was awesome with a great view of the beach. We loved our balcony, easy access to the beach and use of the pool. We loved being able to reserve chairs and an umbrella with Fabian down on the beach. We loved that the staff doesn't allow people to reserve the lounge chairs around the pool thus allowing people actually at the pool to use them. This was especially appreciated by the folks that had small kids. Chris at the bar was great and served up the best drinks. Publix, Walgreens, CVS, and great restaurants are all close by. We walked along the beach to eat dinner at Crabby Bill's which was delicious and then walked back to our suite while collecting some great seashells. The water was very clear and we saw lots of fish every day. Our suite was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The king bed was very comfortable and it was nice having the pull out sofa bed in the living room. Water pressure in the showers were great. Yes...showers...our room had 2 bathrooms which made it especially convenient when family came to visit us. Parking was never an issue. There was parking in the shade underneath the building as well as uncovered parking. We didn't realize parking was extra so expect to pay $28/night for that. We had such a great time during our 5 night stay that we plan to come back to BHS later this year!

Nice suites and was a great property right on the beach. Only complaint was that we never knew when the cleaning staff would be in your room to clean. There was no consistency from day today, even after we asked for a specific time.

This was an awesome place to stay. The staff... just excellent. Fabian who works the beach cabanas, chairs etc. was totally awesome as well. Works his butt off making sure people are taking care of on the beach!! I fully recommend this place to stay

My family and I had a great time at Beach House Suites by the Don CeSar! We enjoyed the convenience of the 10 min beach walk to Don CeSar, while we had the comfort of a one bedroom suite with its own bedroom, kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, balcony and awesome view of the beach! Great customer service! Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend Beach House Suites by the Don CeSar!

This place was exceptional. Clean. Friendly. Great amenities and location. Room was quiet, clean confortable and made for easy stay. Only downfall was room service. I ordered a breakfast and being pricey i assumed the quality woukd be better. The Don Cesar has great reputation but this breakfast wasa basic mom n pop cooked meal. Served cold in a clamshell with packets of ketchip, butter n plastic silverware. I did expect a little more. Overall it was a great experience i just went out for breakfast the 2nd morning. Great room, great views, excellent value.

Lovely property, enjoyed everything about it. Beach chairs and towels included with stay, which was a pleasant surprise. Free shuttle transportation to nearby restaurants, so no need for ride share. Quiet, family friendly, close to everything you need for a great stay!

Room was great… so called beach bar was a food truck that the bartender had to keep running to to grab orders. Not great food. No other place to eat on premises. Toilet paper was the cheap sandpaper stuff. For a 4 star hotel they can do better. No hand soap in bathrooms.had to use the face soap bars they provided. Beach service kids were great. Friendly attentive. Umbrellas were old and tattered. Served their purpose. Bartender at beach bar little rude. Said something that should not have been said to a guest. Views were great . Beach is beautiful
