Loved this place! I enjoy vacationing in Florida. I always move around to different areas. However after a 2 night stay with just my husband and I, we booked again to bring the entire family down in a couple of months. The staff were wonderful. I have seen a few reviews of them being rude (which the complaints seem to be along the lines of we did whatever we wanted and they got angry). It's simple, follow the rules and everyone gets along. The unit was huge and extremely clean. The downstairs consisted of a livingroom, kitchen, and full bath. Upstairs was another full bath, one bedroom with a king bed, and one bedroom with 2 queen beds. I even took a bath one evening which I would rarely ever do in a hotel. They let you use their pool towels to take to the beach. They even let us take them to the beach for the day after we had checked out. The price was great for the size of the unit and proximity to the beach. The owner is even giving us a great discount for our returning trip. Don't hesitate to book here. You won't regret it. This isn't a party hotel. This is a nice couple / family hotel. If you're looking to party and trash the place, this isn't for you though.

The kitchen had just what you needed for simple meals. Pots, pans, utensils, plates and bowls. We even had access to a grill. Pool was warm and clean and had plenty of seating to enjoy the sun.

Great little hotel close to the beach, but not so close as to be over-priced. Easy 15 min walk to a public beach access in one direction and 10 min walk to several restaurants/groceries in the other direction. Very clean and updated room with a full size refrigerator and small kitchen. The pool was the best part. Comfortable chairs and never crowded.

I think that this place was highly overpriced! Had no breakfast, three outdoor grills for possibly 75 suites, had no safe for valuables. Shower tub fills with water, takes hours to drain. But, not totally bad. The pool was heated and clean. And it did feel like a safe environment.

Amazing value for the price. Probably the best service experience we have had in a long time. Can’t wait to go back! The pool was immaculate, the room was spotless. I have stayed in Siesta Key many times but this room exceeded my expectations. It had every thing we needed to do our own cooking. No dishwasher but state of the art induction 2 element as well as convention oven/microwave unit. Full size fridge much appreciated. Loved that there is some at front desk 24/7. They don’t tell u but they also offer beach gear such as chairs, noodles, umbrellas on a first come first serve basis.

Great stay at Hibiscus suites. Highly recommend. Property and rooms were clean. Great location as it was close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Stay would have been better if we would have rented a car however they have a a shuttle bus that will take you around if needed (free however work on tips only). Pool was nice and small but clean and towels were always available. Will be back.

Location is great..Crescent Beach within a reasonable walking distance. The suite was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The pool is a nice feature. Extra amenities like beach towels, chairs , umbrellas, grills to cook on were nice. Only negative was that the street is busy so the traffic is a little loud by the pool or if you are sitting outside your room. Inside it is not a bother.This is my second time here... I would come back.

Good location, close to the island. The bathroom had been re-caulked and it was a sloppy and messy job. The bathroom looked dirty and unkempt. The bathmat was threadbare and had holes in it. The full length mirror was not attached to the wall and just leaning there. Unsafe.

The hotel is very clean, and the grounds are very well maintained, and the pool area is nice. We felt very safe. The employees were friendly, and very accommodating for any requests we had. Very convenient location to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The suites are well sized as well.

Very clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced! We had a wonderful weekend here with our dog Pepsi. We enjoyed the free coffee in the mornings, the kitchenette so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal, and everything is very close by. We had our car, but they offer a free “Frog Hop” transportation service — you just tip the driver — for those who need a ride somewhere. This was the perfect long weekend getaway. Thank you, Hibiscus Suites, for a great stay!

What I liked about the property was that is was in close proximity to the beach and Siesta Key Village. People at the Resort were very friendly. What I was disappointed in, was that they were having trouble with the cable from a prior storm and had no TV service

Adorable property!! A block away from the bridge to cross over to Siesta Key beach. 7-Eleven 4 minutes away to get ice, beach necessities. Didn't use the pool, but there is parking in front of the rooms. The room itself very comfortable, full kitchen you can cook and it has all items needed to make and serve a meal, full size fridge, good hvac unit to cool the room. Sleeper couch in living room and queen size bed. Super cozy, cute and very comfortable. Would love to return next time we are visiting Siesta Key.

Great location for beach town life. We stayed in a single bedroom king suite with oven and hot plate small kitchen, enough for two. Everything was clean, friendly staff, very helpful . The mattress bed in my opinion was too hard. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Excellent convenient location 2 miles to the beach close to Publix. Front desk agent at checkin nice. Very clean and spacious motel room , but air conditioner was not cooling and room was so humid, we couldn’t sleep. Room needs a dehumidifier and/ or a/c needs to be repaired. I informed front desk at check out, no real apology was given.

You can see Hibiscus Suites has invested in remodeling its old units. Nice appliances in the kitchenette and a fair sized refrigerator. Nice granite counters in bathroom They should have done better than the cheap rec room style furniture. There was no comfortable chair or couch anywhere. The TV only had Roku, no live news or anything. Its on a busy road but its quiet inside and very close to Siesta Key. For the price i expected a continental breakfast but no.

It was quiet for the most part and accessible to many places to eat however most things did not work or worked poorly. The stove top did not work at all, the wifi connection was spotty, there was a point where the wayer stopped working, and the lights hardly worked or you had to push the switches hard and wait a minute for them to come on

Hosts were great checking in had items stolen and also fighting neighbors called support and they weren't the most helpful . Ultimately was refunded after about 2 hours of time and multiple phone calls. Very nice people at the hotel. Some policies and procedures need to be reviewed . Like a secured laundry facility so that transient or homeless people can't steal from your dryer. (Shouldn't have to sit with laundry to keep it secure)

The evening manager was fantastic. There was a mix up with my reservation. He was so attentive and made light of the situation and resolved the problem. The next day, he made sure everything was good with our accommodations. We really appreciated the great customer service.

Just over the bridge from the Key, stores with in walking distance. Room had a full size refrigerator! Two burner stove pots and pans and local super market not far, no need to eat out every night. The building has been upkept suprisingly very nice , and the staff was very helpful if anything came up. The area is a little older but overall you cant beat the value here. Oh yeah the pool was nice and hey have a grill you can use.

Great little hotel close to the beach, but not so close as to be over-priced. Easy 15 min walk to a public beach access in one direction and 10 min walk to several restaurants/groceries in the other direction. Very clean and updated room with a full size refrigerator and small kitchen. The pool was the best part. Comfortable chairs and never crowded.

Clean rooms nice size two.TV .nice small kitchen very comfortable beds. Close to beach but definitely not a place you can sit outside n enjoy peace n quiet. Even by pool. It's very noisy since on main road n lot of car traffic ... Better options around town ... But in pitch I would return ...

Adorable property!! A block away from the bridge to cross over to Siesta Key beach. 7-Eleven 4 minutes away to get ice, beach necessities. Didn't use the pool, but there is parking in front of the rooms. The room itself very comfortable, full kitchen you can cook and it has all items needed to make and serve a meal, full size fridge, good hvac unit to cool the room. Sleeper couch in living room and queen size bed. Super cozy, cute and very comfortable. Would love to return next time we are visiting Siesta Key.

The kitchen had just what you needed for simple meals. Pots, pans, utensils, plates and bowls. We even had access to a grill. Pool was warm and clean and had plenty of seating to enjoy the sun.

I think that this place was highly overpriced! Had no breakfast, three outdoor grills for possibly 75 suites, had no safe for valuables. Shower tub fills with water, takes hours to drain. But, not totally bad. The pool was heated and clean. And it did feel like a safe environment.

You can see Hibiscus Suites has invested in remodeling its old units. Nice appliances in the kitchenette and a fair sized refrigerator. Nice granite counters in bathroom They should have done better than the cheap rec room style furniture. There was no comfortable chair or couch anywhere. The TV only had Roku, no live news or anything. Its on a busy road but its quiet inside and very close to Siesta Key. For the price i expected a continental breakfast but no.

Lovely well-appointed apartment with separate bedroom and a sitting room/kitchen. Everything you needed to cook your own food (small induction hob and a combination oven/microwave, pots etc). We only had 3 forks on arrival but quickly rectified. Despite being situated on a main road and our room being roadside, it was nice and quiet inside. Only downside was the pool being situated right next to the road - though it does get the sun for the longest there.

Very clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced! We had a wonderful weekend here with our dog Pepsi. We enjoyed the free coffee in the mornings, the kitchenette so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal, and everything is very close by. We had our car, but they offer a free “Frog Hop” transportation service — you just tip the driver — for those who need a ride somewhere. This was the perfect long weekend getaway. Thank you, Hibiscus Suites, for a great stay!

Enjoyed my stay. Suite was roomy & was stocked with all the essentials needed (dishes, eating utensils, & beach chairs/umbrella upon asking). The Host was very pleasant. I definitely would book again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hibiscus Inn. The property and room was extremely clean and was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The staff were very nice and accommodating to our short notice of needing to find somewhere to stay for the night. Would highly recommend!!!
