We had a wonderful stay here everything about the property was great one minor gripe was the amount of glass being allowed in the pool and also security didn’t do enough to Stop it a huge family arrived one day eating drinking in the pool if you have pool rules stick to them . Get rid of wristbands

Hotel room was SO clean and the staff checking in was very friendly! Room was updated with a full little kitchen and a nice sized bathroom. The pool area was recently updated and very nice. There is a beach right by the hotel with a very nice path, however the hotel beach is a bit narrow, crowded and you have to pay for the chairs. We did go during peak season, but we ended up driving to siesta key’s main beach to get a little more space and the nice sand/water (you also have to pay for the chairs there). Other than that, the property itself was beautiful, hotel was very clean and updated, and we enjoyed our stay!

5 star! What a great resort! Perfect location, new pool was wonderful and the rooms were clean! The beach towel service was a plus also! We will definitely be back to this resort. Didn't get to use the grills or shuffleboard, next time we'll have to plan a longer stay!

Rooms are very nice as was the pool, in fact, I would say fantastic. Very close to a beach also. The only issue was availability of any type of on-site food or beverages, of any kind, on the hotel grounds, the pool or the beach. There isn't even water for purchase or a vending machine.

Two pools, one has lots of shade, quick access to beach, excellent staff. Room had kitchen, dishes, etc. daily maid service, enjoyed our stay. We are older and appreciate the little things like pool/beach towels exchanged any time.

People at the front desk were very friendly. Room was immaculate, bedding was clean, mattress was clean, towels, fridge, couch, floor, and walls were all very clean. They had everything you needed for the kitchen and they provided a sponge and dish soap. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. The beach was private with white sand and Jake, the beach attendant was the best. Food and shops within walking distance such as pizza, ice cream, seafood, and a couple bars. A 7/11 was across the street too. It was peaceful going to sleep, I could not hear the neighbors or anything outside. The only downside to the whole resort, was there were no beach bars, or places to get drinks on the resort campus. All in all 5 stars, thanks!

At first glance, the room looked fairly clean. In the middle of the night, we saw cockroaches in the room. There were even ones in the bathroom vent/light. We packed our bags and left immediately.

Overall quite clean but some mildew in corners of bathroom that’s probably pretty hard to eliminate due to local climate. Room nice and great value… quiet, great beach proximity, nice and helpful staff. Only negatives are worn out mattress that either needed flipped or replaced and such extensive property lighting that it was impossible to get bedroom dark.

The efficiency was absolutely beautiful and had everything we might need. Unfortunately the king bed seemed to slope on both sides so was not as comfortable as it looked. They have maintenance available 24/7 but we were only there 2 nights so didn't think to say anything until we left. We would definitely stay here again though!

Everything was great. It was the cutest bungalow style studio. It has everything you needed, awesome little kitchenette, little indoor atrium, comfy bed, etc... The bathroom was tiny but clean. I would def stay here again.

Great location and really liked the layout of the hotel. Easy parking. The bed was too hard for me, and I am one who likes firm mattress but this one was hard. The beach towels were a bit small for being beach towels but appreciated that they had some to use. Snorkeling was awesome and a very short walk away. The free trolley takes you to Siesta Village and trolley stop is a short walk from hotel. Overall it was a great place to stay and would go there again.

Location is great but I do not recommend to stay in a room that has another room on top of it since acoustic insulation not very good. I guess if you chose a king suite you will be fine. Walking distance to a beach and nice pool.

Overall experience was great. The only two drawbacks were, no curtains on picture window just blinds which allowed light from lights outside at night. Would like a little more privacy. Also larger bottles of shampoo and conditioner would be nice

The hotel is basically an upgraded motel. The pool is very nice but there was constant construction on the street, the private beach is small and next to a very rundown area, and the manager was very rude. I had an emergency and had to leave, she was very rude and said under no circumstances would they be able to provide any sort of refund, that I should have known about my emergency three days prior. I would not recommend this location. The room was fine but it’s not worth the price at all.

We had such a great stay! We loved the trolly service which was free and brought us to the village and the beach area was wonderful. Our only complaint was that house keeping was not reliable. Some days they did a more thorough clean and made the beds, and other days they just dropped off towels. But over all we had a great time!

First time on siesta key, loved shelling and beaching all day! Loved walking at night to restaurants and shops. Overall this is a great place to stay. The new pool is awesome with plenty of shade! I would recommend this for families and couples.

The area was very quiet and clean. The beach is less than a two minute walk with a very accessible area. The pools available were so fun and the times of operation were very flexible. You have lots of food options nearby that you can walk to and there’s a trolley stop right by the hotel. We will be back soon and I will be recommending this stay to friends!

We loved the fact that it was so easy to walk from the property to the beach. That was the main reason we stayed here because of the close proximity to the beach. Only took 2-3 min. at the most to be on the beach.

Really nice place very close to the beach! Also, nice to have dining options we could easily walk to. Staff was very nice and accommodating to our late departure. They are still recovering from last years hurricane and doing some new construction was made things look less nice but it'll be great when all done. Definitely would go back!

Property grounds and rooms very clean, quiet and private. Employees kind and polite. Complementary coffee, dvd rentals and games was a nice feature. Beach 1 minute walk. Nice pathway. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Older crowd. I prefer siesta key beach over crescent beach but still nice.

This vacation was a real treat for us! The location of this hotel at the south end of Siesta Key was ideal for us. We stayed in the "cozy studio" and it was very clean and quiet. Great location, steps from the beach. The folks at the front office were SO NICE and helpful. We would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed this property and the hospitality of the front office. We enjoyed an outdoor entrance and easy access to the beach. Places to sit outside at the property too and easy walking to rent bikes, eat,etc.

Love this gem! Great place to get away and enjoy a peaceful weekend with the most beautiful scenery. It’s perfectly located with a private beach access, a gorgeous newly renovated pool, and some of the best hole in the wall restaurants. We didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!!
