The property was a wonderful stay for us! The pool area and tiki huts by the pool were a nice addition … The staff at the Big Tiki were friendly . Loved the chairs and cooler for the beach!

The property, staff and location are great. There is no need to rent a car, as you can walk to many restaurants and bars. What is not great about the location is that there is no drugstore on the island. Also, the beach nearby does not have restrooms or dining options. Please also be aware that the pool area is a party vibe, with loud music and people drinking and being loud. Not an issue except that it goes past midnight on some nights.

A block from the beach, and right next to all the shopping and dining. Parking costs $10/day, but parking here in the area is difficult and expensive anyway. Nice property. Clean, well kept, comfortable bed, nice pool, beach chairs and cooler in the room and buggy available at the office.

The staff was very nice and on top of any issues that that occurred, which was not anything that severe all in all I would recommend . The pool area was excellent also . Very nice property and great people.

PERFECT LOCATION. Right across the street from the beach, it also came with beach chairs, towels, a wagon. Cooler anything you need for the beach included in your room. Plenty of dining options. Shops, literally, you don't have to go anywhere but in walking distance in this strip.

Stayed a week in February and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Our room was poolside, had a coffee machine, and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable, and the room clean. Ice, additional coffee, and bottle water was available in the hotel office. Free bike rental and beach wagon are also available (had 2 beach chairs in the room, along with a cooler). Hotel had a cute tiki bar with happy hour specials and a DJ in the evening. The most enjoyable aspect of the hotel was the pool with great company, the other guests were friendly and fun to hang with. Awesome location to the downtown area and easy walk to the beach. Would recommend and stay here again.

The hotel was centrally located. Just a walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. Parking is onsite is the worst. You have to pay $10/day for it and there’s no guarantee you’ll even find a spot.

Everything and everyone was amazing. Rooms are nice and the pool is awesome. Great food. Close to the beach. Tiki bar was fun. Live music. We will definitely stay again!! Loved the stay!!

Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant. We checked in on a Wednesday and went to the pool the first few hours and by the evening our room was full of big and small cockroaches. We had to pack up at 11pm and leave as it kept getting worse, we had to go to another hotel near the city to get some sleep. At that time we needed to cancel the entire stay of 3 nights, we emailed that night and called twice the next day. The manager still hasn’t responded, we also contacted hotels.com. We are really upset because this was our yearly trip to the beach, we have two young kids and had to come up with a whole other plan while spending the money on this place too. We asked for a full refund and have had no response. The health of our family was our main concern as the bugs were overwhelming. We hadn’t even unpacked food and supplies and they still were all over. The ceilings in bathroom were also wet and the whole place was an overwhelming smell of mold. Really bummed.

Perfect location for a beach vacation. Two min walk to beach and two min walk to restaurants/grocery store. Rooms are updated and beautifully designed and decorated. Fridge, a/c, microwave and coffee machine in each room. All you need are your clothes! Would highly recommend this hotel and definitely will be back next year.

Checkin was easy. Room was big and comfortable. Clearly old and needing some TLC though. The fridge had one front corner “leg” missing that caught us by surprise every time we opened it and it almost fell on us. Also…the biggest problem is the absolute horrible noise from room to room…you can every conversation from the rooms next to you, the people out front downstairs etc. That made sleeping difficulty and isn’t that the most important thing?

We’ve stayed at this resort several times in many different rooms over the years. I love the layout and ease of walking everywhere. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Having the tiki bar so close is a great addition. Our room (frat room) this trip was not my favorite- it is outdated and not up-kept like the others. The ceiling fans were all squeaky, the shower/bathroom wasn’t the greatest setup. The other parties we traveled with had amazing and well updated rooms. I understand the recent hurricanes caused the first floor to get updates/renovations- hopefully once completed the second floor will get some attention. Overall- I love this resort, but likely will not book the same room again.

Our room was in the corner of the tiki bar right behind the stage where subpar singers played. Music was super loud inside our room but luckily it turned off by 9. But what can you expect when you get a really cheap rate for a hotel 2 minute walk from the beach.

The room itself needed update and worked on. We order 2 bedroom with put out couch, the couch was horrible, no one could sleep on it . Told lobby said would switch out mattress, never did, had to go buy air mattress, no lights it was so dark. The cabinet broke . No towel said 6 people, 4 adults and 2 kids! Kids don’t bath?

The room was small but had everything you needed for a couple who was on a quick beach vacation. We walked everywhere except one uber ride to a restaurant. The location is the best in Siesta Key Village. You could not ask for a better location. Beach towel service lacked a little to be desired and had to change out the dehumidifier quite regularly but other than that, I highly recommend.

Check-In not a good experience cause the young lady after starting Check-In w me and took my id, stopped on two occasions to help other guests who came in after me. Overall a 30minute check-in, ridiculous. Prior to arriving, i calked to ask about hurricane damage, front desk told all rooms renovated. After arriving found this to not be true. Property quickly renovated after hurricanes but only the damaged ground floor rooms and outside common areas—-and a nice job too. Found my room to have no functioning smoke detector. Called front desk, reached same person who checked me in, replied w someone will look at tomorrow. My insistence for safety, someone came to room within the hour. Another day i had no water from bath faucet. Called, and young man said he would research and call me back…never received a call back. Had water that evening. Another day, loss electric in bathroom and half of sleeping room. Owen was fantastic! He immediately investigated the power outage and took quick decision to accommodate my needs. Several days of rotten egg gas smell coming from shower drain. Called front desk, not resolved. Stopped housekeeping staff in 3rd day of smell and they got rid of smell immediately. In conclusion, weak front desk except the wonderful Owen. Fantastic Housekeeping as the place is clean. I will stay here again cause it has a nice pool, great location, and i loved porch outside Room 233.

The front desk and housekeeping were unprofessional. I had two reservations back to back and I was told twice they were linked. They were not. My husband and I stayed for the weekend and were very happy about everything! Owen, at the front desk, was most impressive. He went above and beyond to assist us and offered so many great options. Management should recognize staff such as Owen, who will keep vacationers returning to the property. We also needed assistance finding an electrical outlet to plug in our work laptop by the pool. Boris went out of his way to help us find a socket and assist with getting set up.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Always a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Had a medical emergency with my wife and called an ambulance. She ended up in the hospital all Week. The staff checked on Me every day and asked about my wife. Highly recommend this place to stay

We Loved our Stay at Siesta Key Beach Resort & Suites !!!! Every staff member was friendly & helpful including Lee, the Operations Mgr, Sinbad, bartender at The Big Tikki Lounge, and all of the front desk staff we interfaced with. Our room, pool & hot tub area were all very clean. Awesome amenities are provided for the beach including beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon to haul it all in !!! The beach access is right across the street and the beach is Gorgeous !!! The white sand is like flour !!!! The Big Tikki Lounge is a super fun Tikki Bar at the resort with daily live entertainment & happy hour 3-5 !!! The hotel is in Siesta Key Village which has tons of restaurants, bars and shops all right next to and down the sidewalk from the resort. Everything is very close & walkable !!!! We did NOT want to leave and missed the resort and Siesta Key Beach & Village the minute we left !!!! We can’t wait to come back again !!!!!

Best location on Siesta Key. A block from the ocean. Surrounded by restaurants, shops, live music. Clean room and friendly staff. Nice pool. Hot tub actually worked great. Our room was across the street from the Tiki Lounge, so we had no issues with noise.

Loved this space. It was clean, location was the best for walking to beach and walking to shops. The tiki restaurant was not stellar. Very short-staffed and lacking communication. We never did eat there because nobody would serve us. Would have been nice to have a vending machine.

Great location and nice place to stay all the key activities in the village walkable, and beach just across street. The tiki bar music is a bit to loud during day, might be an issue for young kids who go to bed before 9.

We usually stay at a different property when visiting siesta key village but after staying here this year we will definitely book here in future. All the staff in particular Lee & Rachel were very helpful and friendly. We loved the tiki bar with the entertainment (Casey in the key). We were with friends and can’t wait to book for next year !

The property was beautiful! the service was top notch! I'm very picky about beds, these were so comfy. Pool was really coral.. The restaurant food was the best we ate the whole time. Definitely recommend!!
