Very modern and clean. Very short walk to the beach. Outside common area was well maintained and hotel provided games and bbq as well. Able to walk to restaurants and convenient store.

The room and pool are very clean. The beach is a short walk away. Only bummer is that unless you purchase a chair at the beach there is very little room to spread your towel and hang out.

Absolutely loved this resort! My original stay was for a week, but I extended that by a day, just for the fact there is so much to do. Pros: The pool is nice and actually very deep • pull out l shaped sofa is great and comfortable • extremely fast and reliable Internet • smart TV in living area and bedroom • a 2 minute walk to the beach • access to shottlecock, bean bag toss and ping pong right outside your door. • full kitchen with oven, pots, pans, cups, utinsuls, microwave and dishwasher •super soft dining table chairs • no need to carry a key to access your room --------------------- Only two cons for me is the glass shower door barely passes the toilet when opened and there is no bathtub, and there are only 8 parking spots available, and one is handicap. I left the property several times and always came back to an available parking spot, but I definitely can see where that would not always be the case. Overall this is my new go-to place when I vacation to Sarasota and it should be yours as well.

Great location at the quieter side of Siesta Key beach. Private beach access with lounger hire. Hire costs were maybe a little bit expensive. Free car parking and laundry facilities availability. Regular free trolley bus transport into downtown Siesta Key available.

Nice location for the beach. The beach does not offer any services however except chairs/umbrellas. The pool at this property is shared by several other properties. Was fine, but crowded. Loved the ping pong tables and bocce ball on site. And the courtyard with artificial turf was nice also. Room was perfectly clean. Kitchen was nicely furnished. Was also nice that there were some beach things to use (coolers, chairs).

Everything about our short visit was outstanding. Check in very smooth. Call ahead to verify arrival. Room was spacious and clean. Kitchette was complete. We stayed in the “Getaway” suite. Courtyard has table tennis, bocce ball, grills and lounge areas with fire pit. Very well maintained. Resort also has laundry and ice machines. Beach is only a short walk away, and instructions given at check in for beach chair rentals. The beach is simply beautiful. You will not be disappointed if you stay here

We stood in the retreat suite and it was perfect, with full kitchen. We were able to park right in front of our unit which is so convenient. Less than 5min walk to the beach and a heated pool which is shared between the surrounding small hotels. The pool is open until 10pm and every evening after the beach we had to jump in and it was never crowded. No room service but no dog deal. Would def stay here again!!

Misleading information. There is NOT a private pool. It’s shared by 6 motels and small. There is NOT a private beach. The beach is run by private companies that you must rent their chairs from or sit on the outer perimeter or in the water. Misleading and dishonest.

There was a private entrance to the ocean roughly 400’ from the entrance and a clean, warm pool with plenty of lounge chairs. The people were very friendly and the staff were great. We had a car, although if needed there was a trolley that went to a shopping and dining spot with a ton of restaurants.

Great place to stay. Very clean rooms. Close to beach. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Property is still being repaired in some areas but was being done with as little inconvenience to guests as possible. Very impressed with every aspect of our stay there.

The property was pretty clean, I heard it was remodeled after last year hurricane. The list I didn't like is pretty long: 1.Our room was very tiny, one queen bed fit in, with no space left for anything else. 2. Swimming pool: it is shared with 3 other resorts, so we couldn't use it (only once in very early morning) 3. Beach: you will have an access to the tiny strip of beach, 10 feet wide, shared between the same resorts as a pool. The location is around 5 minutes walk, for me is not beachfront resort. As a summary: I won't recommend this property. And I don't think it is cheap considering the factors I have mentioned above.

Good quality price near the beach. However the beach section is very small and not as clean as the public beach nice and warm pool. The room was nice convenient and clean, bed a little to firm for me. I would certainly go again in the future.

I absolutely loved my room here. It was clean and safe and easy to access. Parking was never any trouble and it was an easy walk to some great dining and a short drive to even more great dining. If you like German food I highly recommend Schnitzel Kitchen. Also Shebeen Irish Pub and Big Water Fish Market. Look them up! If I was coming back to Siesta Key Beach I would come here again. It would be hard to convince me to try any other place. Only knock is noisy intermittent buzzing noise of the air conditioning which is more than normal but that wouldn’t deter me. I got used to it and slept good.

Being that the place is small. There needs to be hook for jackets, bags etc at door. The bathroom sinks are ridiculously small.A small shelving unit in the empty space would be useful for toiletries. The view from the back window is sad. A lost opportunity for a patio and a back exit. eedneeds

Spscious room and very clean. The kitchen very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable with extra pollows. Beautiful beach very close by. Pool steps away from the room. All and all a wonderful experience.

Everyone in the office is great and helpful right down to the cleaning staff! Especially Jen in the office. She is over the top accommodating. Wonderful customer service!! Couldn’t be happier here at our stay! The beach access is just a short walk with beautiful powdery sands and clear blue waters! Highly recommend!

We had a really good experience at Captiva Beach Resort. The room was clean and very nice. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. The outdoor shower area was a little messy however. There was a fountain in the area, but it was not working, and it was filled with stagnant water that was breeding mosquitoes. (I emptied this out fairly easily, but I should not have to!) There were also numerous visible electrical cords running alongside the walkways in this area. I didn't feel they were dangerous, but very unsightly. Overall a decent experience, and I'm sure we will be back. But with a little more groundskeeping effort, could easily be five stars in my opinion!

I highly recommend staying here. Jen runs the place and was an absolute doll. She was very accommodating on any request we had. John checked us in and then proceeded to help us girls carry our things to our room. I was on a girls trip. The beautiful beach is only 4 minute walk. Our room was spacious and very clean. The frounds were beautiful and the pool was very enjoyable after going to the beach. We love the free trolly and the Hopper can be called for a free ride to all the shopping and restaurants.

I had reserved a king size room. When we checked in they said the room wasn’t available due to plumbing issues. I wished they would have called us so we could decide what to do. So they put us in a 2 bedroom suite (which was nice) but only for 2 days. Then we had to move to a queen room which was terribly small, for 2 days. Then we got to our king room for 2 days. Would not recommend this place!

We stayed in Siesta Key for New Year’s Eve. Upon arrival, we were shocked at how much hurricane damage was still in Siesta Key. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a very nice front desk staff who explained they had only recently reopened from the damage. Property is right at the beach (maybe 100 yards to the sand). Extremely clean in the room and on property. This property is at the end of the beach, but it was a short drive to Siesta Key Village.
