This Quality Inn offers free airport shuttle and $10 per person shuttle to cruise port. Walkable restaurants within 2 blocks. Comfortable bed, but the carpet leaves your feet or socks black. If not for that we would stay here again.

We could hear noise from the street. If your room is upstairs you can take the elevator but have to go downstairs 4 steps. There is a handicap elevator next to the elevator but it didn’t work.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle from/to airport and shuttle ($10ea) to/from cruise port. Lots of restaurants nearby.

The pool was great but insides the room were so dirty that i took my shoes off and my socks turned black in 2 minutes. The floors were covered in dirt. There were roaches in the room too. Other than that the stay was fine

I enjoyed the price & how there was LOTS of restaurants & stores within walking distance. Also loved the pool & free breakfast. My only real issues were my rooms cleanliness & the Internet service. My rooms floor was FILTHY!!! Walking barefoot for 10 minutes in my room & my feet were BLACK! And when I tried connecting my laptop to the wifi it simply wouldn't register no matter what I did. Mostly the price for my stay was the best for what it was. Would definitely book again.

Not safe at all. Filled with people high on drugs. We stayed one hour and checked out. Room was filthy roaches in bathroom. Linen dirty. I could go on and on but I’m sure nobody cares. Feel like we should be refunded at least one night of our two night stay due false advertising. Your pictures and descriptions were not even adequate. Nowhere in walking to eat on super busy road. Unbelievable place.

Very old structure. Well maintained. But has that cheap musty hotel room smell. If you can get past that. Or you can spend $50 more and stay at the other less expensive chain hotels near by. It surged the purpose for one night. Great location.

The room had a foul odor. The beds were both sunk in. The carpet was sticky throughout the room. The shower water barely trickled out and would come to a complete stop. I would not stay here again.

It was a good experience. The room was clean, breakfast was good, staff were very attentive and friendly. I gave it 4 stars because the A/C kept going on and off during the night and the setting were fixed. the sound was very loud at night.

I'm a little surprised that this property got so many good reviews. I would be remiss if I did not mention the lovely lady who serves the breakfast, she was working very hard to be sure people were cared for and she is very friendly and kind. But I will look around before I book here again. You're right on Dale Mabry, lots of traffic and noise, street people all around, the door to your room opens to the street so there is some concern for your safety, it's an older, smaller building. I couldn't connect to the Internet, and when I tried to call the desk for help, the phone in my room didn't work. Water pressure in the shower was dreadful, older bed that squeaked, pillows were small and stiff, towels were old and thin and coarse. I was only there for one night and got through it, but I will see if I can't do better next time.

We checked in rather late to this hotel the staff was really nice and yes, the rooms were clean. The light in the bathroom was out, so it was very hard to shower and the showerhead did not work very well. The doors are on the outside and the hallways are lit very well, so it makes it very hard to sleep because it’s not totally dark in the room. I do feel for how out of date it was. It was a little overpriced, but we also did an extremely last minute booking.

This was undoubtedly the worst hotel/motel stay I’ve probably ever had. First of all, this is a completely no. Smoking property yet I saw a staff member smoking right outside the entrance to the main lobby. Secondly, I had an issue with the light in the bathroom the first night and was told there was nothing that could be done, I’d have to wait until the maintenance man came around 7am the next morning, he got to my room around 8:45am. Thirdly, the water didn’t work the morning we checked out of the room. I called at 6:15 and was told the plumber was going to show up in about 30 minutes. I called back at 7:45 & was told again the plumber was showing up in about 30 minutes. I called the last time around 8:45 and informed the person answering the phone that my son and I had about a 6.5 hour drive ahead of us and we haven’t been able to shower, brush our teeth, wash our face, etc. I was told again that the plumber was about 30 minutes from showing up. The staff was completely useless and no help whatsoever. The manager, Ms. Gaines, needs to be embarrtfor calling herself a manager. She bumped me (before I knew who she was) as I was entering the lobby for breakfast and didn’t have the decency to apologize. This was a horrible experience and I FO NOT recommend this motel to anyone.

When we arrived, the front desk girl working that day did not greet us friendly. I guest she was sick that day and feels terrible. The first room they assigned smelled like cigarrsmoked. I called the front desk to change the room and the same girl who checked us in was not apologetic and just told me she'll send someone up. Then when i asked for more towels, they did not Send new towels. When i asked for pool towels, they ran out. Overall stay is a 2.

Linda at breakfast was very friendly. The shuttle driver was nice and awesome! The front desk worker was so rude and did not answer the phone for over an hour. We had to get a taxi from the airport even tho they “offer” free shuttle but did not even answer the phone to provide the services. The water pressure was terrible and the hotel outside of rooms smelled so bad like sewer smell. The only positives were the breakfast and shuttle service to the cruise.

Terrible customer service. Called day before arrival to schedule airport shuttle and was told they stopped the service the same day as my arrival. I booked in May and they announced in July the shuttle service was terminated August 1st. Contacted hotels.com about it and they contacted quality inn letting them know they needed to honor it. Hotels.com assured me I would be picked up from the airport on the 1st. Contacted quality inn to schedule and they told me again I would not be picked up when I informed the receptionist about hotels.com she became very rude and told me I needed to call back later to talk to the manager. I called multiple times the following day to be told the manager was too busy to talk to me. The final call I insisted he get in the phone. I told him I would happily Uber myself to the hotel if he could comp the shuttle to the cruise port the following morning he said it was not possible. He would pay for my Uber but he hung up without getting any details. I Ubered myself to the hotel from the airport and the manager told me he would comp me to the cruise port since I did that. Great but why was I told no when I called him. The room AC was not working and the entire hotel just looks so run down and sketchy. I called the front desk but of course no answer had to walk back and let them know. They said a switch on the wall was shut off and it was working. The room cooled off in a few hours. They took us to the port in the morning, I would never stay again.

Quality Inn? The bed was comfortable, but the place was a shitbox. This is a very old and tired motel that shows signs of abuse and neglect. Our room had a cracked window near the door, screws pulled out of the walls, and mold/mildew in the shower. The "breakfast" included scrambled eggs that came from a plastic bag and were reheated - inedible! The waffles and coffee were ok. I cannot recommend this motel to anyone!

Linda and Trish, I believe, as well as the rest of the staff were so accommodating and nice. We were so impressed with our stay prior to our cruise, that we booked with them after the cruise awaiting our flight out the next day! Breakfast was well stocked!

The property itself was fine, they assigned us a handicap room which was not asked for and there was no door to the bathroom/ shower. Glad I wa there for only a night. However, breakfast was pretty good and the person running the breakfast, Linda was very nice and friendly

The fron desk staff was awesome. I lost my phone in an Uber. They were exceptionaly helpful contacting Uber and helping me out in the meantime while I was without my phone. The breakfast staff person "Linda" was so friendly and helpful to everyone!
