PROS: It's a very nice and modern new property. There is abundant shopping and services nearby. Parking is easy and spaces are plentiful. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good. CONS: 1. While they advertise free parking and free breakfast, there's a hidden $5.00 per day "amenity fee". I consider that to be deceptive. 2. The walls are super thin. On one side of me I could hear someone's conversation even though they were talking in a mormal tone. On the other side of me I could hear talking and laughter and phone alerts. 3. The elevators are very slow. 4. Housekeeping is basic. They never wiped my vanity or emptied the ice bucket. They didn't consistently refresh the coffee and tea supply. It was just basic make the bed, empty trash, and new towels. 5. The TV is weird and confusing. Channels don't align with the channel guide. Many features such as YouTube don't work at all.

The bedsheets was not washed. I had to get the sheets from the closet and sleep on the couch. I told the office about it and they said they would report it, but I didn’t even get a discount or anything not even half of my money back. I was very disappointed that no one even cared to make it right.

We had small insects everywhere in the room .... We went down and told them amd i showed them the video i yook of the insects and they changed our room . The new room had them as well but not as many as the first room .... Swimming pool out dated and not clean . The saving grace was the breakfast.

The bathroom door ( a barn-style door) didn’t stay closed. We had to improvise using the strings from the bag holding the hair dryer: One string around the faucet, one string around the inside handle on the door. Also, the bottles of hand soap were over by the toilet. On the other hand, the front desk person was terrific.

Everything about the stay was good, with one exception. The wifi connection was off and on throughout the stay. After several attempts to connect, we were finally given an access code. Other than that, everything else was very good.

My biggest complaint is the Phillips TV! Was unable to access netflix / youtube and the cast option did not work. Additionally, our shower rattled a loud deal once the handle reached a certain point, I reckon a loose pipe or faulty/clogged valve, could be a leak. Aside from that, the hotel was very clean and the bed/pillows were quite comfortable. The lady at the desk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful with shuttle information and the shuttle service met our expectations as well. Overall a great place to stay if you can tolerate regular channel surfing to find something suitable.

Good experience overall. New, clean, good breakfast, extremely comfortable bed. Poor shower water pressure, and walls are extremely thin which is a negative for me. For the most part employees were unengaged. Some say hello others nothing. Lady at breakfast area, wonderfully sweet!

This is a new Hotel so it is obviously cleaner than most, however, the staff was either too busy or short people because I had a problem with my TV and the front desk person said they would be right up to reset it and they never came up. I went out and then I left early the next morning but it is a matter of principle and doing what you say you will do. No call No show, when you say you will come right up is unacceptable. On top of that I requested a wake up call for a very early flight so I could get breakfast before I had to leave, and they said I was all set for a 6am wake up call and, no wake up call was made. This is a really important screw up, that could have caused me to miss my flight, but based on the no call no show I set my phone alarm as a back up and was lucky I did that or I would have missed my flight.

We had a great experience here. The hotel was super accommodating when we had an issue with travel. We were supposed to come in Friday night but due to a family emergency, we were unable to arrive until late Saturday afternoon. The hotel was extremely understanding, held our room for us, and we were able to check in with ease on Saturday afternoon.

Overall a decent hotel and I would book again. However, 2 things I noticed-first there was often no one at the front desk so if you needed to check in or something you had to wait a really long time. Second of all, they rented out parking spots in front of the hotel for a concert, which is fine. But when we came back from getting food, there was definitely some confusion over where hotel guests could park vs where the people renting a space could park. Other than that, it was a nice experience

The guy at the desk this morning (July 24th) was a real jerk. The printer didn’t work, I had to ask him 3 times to help me, and I seemed to really annoy him that he had to get off his cell phone to do it. When I asked him to put my IHG number in the system, he wouldn’t do it, gave me some bogus answer that because I used Expedia I wasn’t eligible. As if you don’t get your frequent flyer miles if you book through Expedia…

Great property with clean and neat rooms. Too bad all of the front desk clerks, especially the lady who checked me in were rude. Front desk hung up on me when I asked for towels. The tv says it has casting ability I logged on and got a connection alert but never was actually able to cast. Call front desk to ask what I was doing wrong. The guy who answered seemed as though I was bothering him and told me it doesn’t work then hung up. Bad customer service from the front desk consistently.

Great location for air travel with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Staff professional, courteous and friendly. Laura helped us over the phone, while we were at airport, to secure transportation to hotel. Laura also checked us in. Great experience.

The employee that checked me in was RUDE! Never had I been told that my Visa debit card could not be used for a hold for damages. He was unprofessional in his tone and I strongly believe he was talking about me to whoever he was on the phone with in his native language.I paid for 2 queen beds and did not get it. I go back downstairs to the same employee and told him that I paid for a room with 2 queen beds, he said his shift was over and he'd let his relief know to bring up a rollaway bed immediately. That never happened, my son slept on a couch!!

The staff in all areas were top notch. Very nice, accommodating and welcoming. The hotel itself and the rooms were very clean. Easy walk to the stadium with plenty of places to eat nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved the property. Fairly new. Very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel is in close proximity to some shopping and popular food locations. The major downside were the homeless wandering around.

This hotel was fairly new, so it was very clean. The location was great, only a few minutes from the airport. The breakfast was really good and I met some nice people at breakfast. The staff was really nice, and offered a late check out. It worked well with the timing of the shuttle to the airport. The area around the hotel was kind of run-down and busy. The main road was busy.

New build hotel. Clean and comfortable. The hotel is next to a Starbucks and a quarter mile from the mall, Target and Walmart, and two-story Whole Foods. It is an area in transition as the hotel is also right next and across from gentlemen's’ clubs advertising “nudes”.
