No WiFi, cable went out for a few hours, wasn't informed that if we needed an airport shuttle we needed to notify 24 hrs ahead...we weren't there 24 hours and just got off a boat without service so this was extremely inconvenient. Remodeling is being done and starts around 8am, and construction materials are all over the place, I'm talking about old drywall chunks in the walkways,so if you are bringing luggage there are speed bumps everywhere, and no elevator for second floor, luckily I had a strong man with me since we had two large suitcases, pool looked nice and clean, employees were friendly and updates are nice, just make sure your windows are locked when you get to your room because ours were not!

This location is very convenient to the airport. And the rate for stay and fly parking is great. The hotel is ok. The electrical plug in box did not work, and 1 of the bathroom outlets does not hold any plugs in. The hotel was fairly clean with plenty towels. Walking distance to several restaurants. Free shuttle to airport.

I booked a king room and I chose this hotel as it reported that it provides an airport shuttle. Upon arrival I was told the shuttle stopped running for the night but I could wait at the airport until 4am when it would resume service. After arranging transportation and arriving at the hotel there was noone at the front desk. I heard noise from down the hallway and located the staff to check me in. The room was not a king and was in poor condition.

Front desk lady is amazingly helpful. Rooms need more lighting. They were very dark. Pool was freezing, and needed the tile on the side walls cleaned. Very black with pool scum. No closets or places to hang up clothes. Could have used a water fountain or two to fill up water bottles. They did have a fruit/water pitcher in the front lobby, which was nice, but a fountain of cold water would have been helpful. Breakfast was nothing special, cold cereals, yogurt, breads and bagels, and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches.

We arrived before 3pm and there was about 30 ppl in the waiting area. They would not check in anyone prior. There is no elevator in this hotel. Rooms are clean except shower. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast has options but all prepared foods. Many restaurants within walking distance.

The Hotel took forever to answer the phone to get a hotel shuttle. The cruise shuttle is $10 per person. We had a small lizard in the bathroom and the tub didn’t drain well. Room was very dated and furniture was very worn.

This motel is convenient to the airport. They offer a free airport shuttle, and a $10 shuttle to the cruise port. Both shuttles worked very well. There are lots of nice restaurants close by. Public buses are convenient. The motel offers a ‘Taxi’ service which is actually a limousine service with very high non-declared rates. The bed and bathroom were very clean. I had black beetles in my room though. I’ve stayed 4 times at this motel in the last 10 years or so. I think I will be moving up to a higher end hotel…also close to the airport. This motel is looking old and tired.

They were renovating the hotel, so the wifi wasn't working. That is a big thing to a traveler trying to do some work online. Also, it was pretty chaotic and messy, with all of the work being done. I should have been notified of this before/while I was booking the room. Cleanliness was fine. Staff was pleasant. Location is great.

I needed a hotel near the airport for an early morning flight. Room was clean and basic for price. However, in the morning there were roaches in bathroom and in bedroom under the chest of drawers. I rang the front desk at 5 am several times, with no answer. I would not recommend.

The lady at the front desk was very nice, but what sucks for her is that she is the face at the front desk. This place is horrible, and pictures will truly fool you. It is so outdated, no bed covers on mattresses, the toilet barely flushes, and we open the drawer and there was a German roach crawling out of it. We had just checked in and checked right the hell out. I failed because I did not check the reviews, but I did after the fact and realized this place is infested with roaches. Month after month, year after year, there are complaints about roaches. So clearly, they know it's infested and they are still renting rooms. Do not stay here. I will truly just spend the extra money on a nice hotel. I am done with Wyndham hotels. They have went down hill.DO NO STAY HERE!!

The bathrooms were very unsanitary , hair all over the walls and bottom of the tub when it was supposed to be a newly cleaned checked in room for me. Bathroom was 1/10 , bathroom tiles look like they haven’t been cleaned/scrubbed in months. Floors were dusty, the door to come in/out of the room was very flimsy , did have a latch lock but still very felt like it didn’t shut properly. Only 2 small lamps in the room so very dim lit. The TV is very old and small. Would not recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, sanitary place to stay.

I would absolutely not recommend this place. The lobby area is filthy and I should have realized the room wouldn’t be any better. I was right. Furniture was banged up and stained. Bedding had stains on it. Some upgrades like floor and bathroom has been done but definitely not enough to help with condition. Walls had places all over that looked like stuff had been banged against them. Overall the whole property was low class and dirty. I will not stay here again.

More of a roach motel instead of a La Quinta. I am only speaking in terms of the building itself. The staff were fine and the breakfast was good. The price was close to $300 due to the metallica concert when it should’ve been priced at no more than $80 a night

The hotel is a little old, but clean. Odd thing - there is no closet or place to hang clothes. The walls are very thin, so you can hear people on each side and above talking and walking. It's in a good location. The free breakfast is just pre-packaged foods.

It’s good for pre cruise stay. The room did not have closet/hangers to hang clothes. No ice machine nor place to get drinking water but they do have vending machine and they offer water bottle but our room was outside the main building so it was very inconvenient. Their shuttle was a plus but confusing where the pick up place was located. Will not stay here again.

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues during my stay that made the experience disappointing. First, I was never informed that housekeeping had to be requested before 11am, so I went without it. I had to repeatedly walk to the front desk just to ask for fresh towels and extra blankets. At one point, I was even directed to the employee laundry room to grab the items myself, which felt very unprofessional. The hotel didn’t have connecting rooms available for my family of four, which I understand may be due to ongoing renovations but it still made things less convenient. After a long drive, we were looking forward to a good night’s sleep, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable and made loud creaking noises every time someone turned over. The pool also had an overwhelming amount of bleach. I smelled like chlorine for the rest of the day after just a short swim. The only real positive was its proximity to the airport. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay at a La Quinta again based on this experience.

Erica, Front Office Manager, was amazing. She greeted me with a warm welcome at check in. The entire staff was professional and accommodating. The lady that manages the breakfast area made sure that the breakfast items were replenished requently. Overall it was a great stay.

I tried to call to see about an early check in, and the phone just rang for over 5 minutes. Check in staff was rather rude when first swinging by to check on a possible early check in. Was informed it was $55 to check in two hours early (more than the half the nightly rate!). I confirmed that checking in ANY time before 3 this would apply. When we returned at 3, same staff member tried to say we would not let her finish speaking (untrue) and we could have checked in at 2. The room is super basic, not even a closet, has mismatched and damaged furniture. Cleanliness was questionable at best. The shampoo they provided (minute size) was nearly empty. It served it's purpose of somewhere to lay heads on a quick overnight trip on a budget over a holiday weekend.

Our first experience was with the hotel shuttle that never showed up at the airport and we had to call repeatedly for one. At check-in, the staff was rude. We were placed on the second floor with no elevator nor option for help with luggage for those with disabilities. The room was dirty, sparse, looks as if it has not been updated since it was built sometime around 1902. Furniture was broken, beds were very uncomfortable, floor was sticky... I literally have nothing good to say about this place. You could see light around the entire door, making me feel even less safe than I felt near the homeless encampment we had to walk by to get in the front door. Having breakfast at the restaurant next-door because there is no way we would think about eating anything in that lobby. Had the nerve to charge us $100 for incidentals, even though there are no incidentals to be had… Even the drink machines took your money and provided no drink. They did not care. For over $200 a night, I expected the hotel that was advertised when I booked… If Expedia considers this something to be placed in their top 10 list, I will not be using Expedia again.

What I did not like was when I came into the hotel the night shift clerk she was very unprofessional very rude was not nice felt very uncomfortable speaking with her . She was not friendly to use.She checked us in and wanted us out of her way, she did not want us to bothered her.

What I did not like was the night clerk was very unprofessional not friendly did not say hello welcome nothing was very rude it seemed like we bother her she didn't care how we felt it was just check us in and get out of her way that's how she felt about us when we checked in I was very uncomfortable with the night shift clerk . Morning clerk was very nice polite and friendly.

We stayed here for a business meeting and was surprised it was SO close to the airport. Would consider it again if flying. Needed a dog friendly room. Hotel is more a MOTEL style so parking areas and surrounding area is alittle sketchy. Room didn't have a closet so no hangers and no hooks. Was hard to get towels to dry, hang work clothes etc. Besides that room was big and staff was nice. Did use pool for a little while. Mall was almost walking distance.

It is very close to airport. The lighting in the room was poor.The breakfast choices were limited if you did not get there early. The milk for the cereal ran out so they removed the cereal. The egg sandwiches ran out. There was only one person on desk so did not answer phone while serving customers. Used Veterans shuttle service from airport which transports on first come basis, so a long wait. Pillows lumpy, sheets pilled. IHOP handy next door. Staff friendly. Nice pool.

Stayed one night due to airline delays and the hotel was reasonably priced and a nice place to stay. The breakfast was Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and some yogurts and Danish. For the price I did not expect a huge offering for breakfast. The unit was clean and I had no issues. Plenty of parking and I felt safe there.
