Older hotel but everything was clean. Nice breakfast. Good stay.

First of all Hali at the front desk was absolutely amazing!!!!!!! The free breakfast was amazing!!! My bed was so comfortable!!! We stayed Tuesday through Saturday!!! Burger-FI right next door was Amazing!!! OUR ROOM WAS A PET FRIENDLY ROOM AND VERY CLEAN , A/C worked amazing!! Nice shower (indoor gym and elevator) the neighborhood is rich neighborhood ( tons of popular places to eat and shop ) I loved this hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The only thing I didn't like at all was the ridulous pet FEE of $50 a day!!! That will prohibit my stay in the future. I have a small 10 pound well mannered dog. There should be weight size considerations. $50/ DAY IS NOT PET FRIENDLY. THATS HOTEL POCKETBOOK FRIENDLY.

Hotel claims to be pet friendly but charge you an additional non refundable pet fee charge of $75.00, and then they complain about your pet barking.

Overall, I had a good stay at the Comfort Inn and would stay here again, depending on the price compared to other hotels in the area. Positives: • The hotel is very clean, which is always a top priority. • They offer room service every three days, which is great for longer stays. If you need service before that, you can simply call the front desk and they’re happy to assist. • There’s a gym onsite and complimentary breakfast is included. • Coffee and water are available throughout the day, which is a nice touch. • Two out of the three front desk staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and professional. Areas of improvement: • The side door is often non-functional, forcing guests to walk around to the front, which can be frustrating. I understand it’s a security feature, but I have seen housekeeping staff propping it open and leaving it unattended, which felt like a red flag. • The breakfast is very basic. If you’re not into a slice-of-cheese-on-a-folded-egg “omelette,” you might want to skip it and grab something elsewhere. • The gym hours are limited to 5 AM to 11 PM—which may be fine for most, but it’s worth noting if you prefer early or late workouts. • There’s a restroom downstairs that is supposed to be for guest use, but each time I asked to use it, no one could locate the key. • Lastly, there’s an older woman at the front desk who, unlike the others, was not particularly friendly, and her attitude is the main reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

This is an older property but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Dog friendly which was very nice. What sets this place apart is the friendly, extremely helpful manager/front desk people. Service does make a difference!

Room was neat but property is old. Limited front staff. Back/side doors should be locked with entry only with room key, but even late at night, the doors were unlocked and anyone could get in. A/C and heating were old, no electronic digital setting of temperature. However room was clean and had USB charging capacity. Liked that the floors were not carpet.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff were extremely helpful. Ryan went out of his way to come outside and help guide my trailer truck into the hotel parking lot. He even offered assistance when I got test to leave the next morning.

If you have respiratory allergies, stay away. Overwhelming mold and mildew smell in room. My children and I smelled it as soon we opened the door to the room. The room has new furnishings and does look nice in appearance, but you can see where they tried to paint over mold and other damages. I have taken pictures and videos of the cover up. The white clerk at the desk tried to refuse us a room switch, pretending to be sold out. Tried to insult my educational credentials and 19yrs of expertise in the medical field with over 12 of those years as a professional traveler. She lied and said the room smelled like bleach and suggested turning on the A/C to circulate more dust and mold through the air. Absolutely not! I have tried to be as patient as possible. A lot of these buildings need to be checked by Environmental Health for code violations. I’m not buying these 5 star reviews. Save yourself the drama and stay at the Hyatt Place down the road or in the Avalon area.

Very, very disappointed. We were supposed to stay several days. Stayed 1 night and immediately checked out the next morning. It was dirty,m and very musty smelling not a good experience at all.I was able to cancel the remainder of our stay, with the exception of 1 day due to not. cancelling 24 hours ahead

Staff was very friendly, and the bed was comfortable but I would not stay again. My mother saw a cockroach in the bathroom, the a/c was noisy, and they only had 2 washcloths available despite me booking for 4. After seeing the cockroach we did not eat breakfast there. Some of the furniture was updated but the room was dark and needs an overhead light.

Stay was ok until i seen bed bugs crawling on the bed the next morning

Entire floor smelt terrible and the room smelt musky. The bathroom was not clean to the point I wondered if it been cleaned at all.

The hotel’s location was very good, a lot of nice restaurants around. The hotel itself is half updated. There were blood stains in our bathroom and on the bed. There were food crumbs leftover from previous guests on the couch.

Convenient hotel with breakfast included consisting of waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon and/or potatoes, cereal, yogurt, apples, breads, oatmeal. In the room there's a mini fridge, microwave, single serve coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Spacious room, hot shower, shampoo and conditioner. Friendly reception. My fiancé did find that there was a funky smell in the room. All in all it is a good deal.

Bed comfortable & friendly staff. No issues. Will stay again

Quite a bit of deferred maintenance. Shower drain pulled out, damaged lamp shades, messy/dirty joints in bathroom. Scuffed/dented furniture, stained upholstery, dirty/splashes of something all over air conditioning vents. On the plus side, staff was pleasant, bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is okay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The property doesn’t appear to be maintained very well. We had to switch rooms cause it smelled like smoke. Our new room had a booger smeared on the wall, the toilet doesn’t flush very well, and the sink water sprays all over. Oh well, it’s just one night.

Asked the staff for clean towels at 9:30 am and they said ilthey had no clean towels

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate their guests. It was clean and safe and the rooms were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

When check in report that tv remote didn't work was treat rude by front desk never the problem was fixed n time to check out housekeeping interrupted my sleep by. 9:30 when check out is at 11am. Customer service needs improvements.

Clean room, plenty of amenities for the pricing, and the proximity to the conference venue bringing us into Alpharetta were all nice.

Nice property, nice area but a few sketchy individuals roaming around at night,which was surprising since the area is so nice.
