You guys charge so much money to stay there and no free breakfast!!!! The parking is the worse… It’s ridiculous!!! I was told that it was twenty dollars a day which is a lot and not to mention paying ever time you leave and come back … extra 200.00 a rip off !!! Never as gain will I stay or recommend anyone. Hotel from hell

The Courtyard is conveniently located in the heart of Atlanta. The lobby was clean and has a pleasant fragrance, while the staff is super nice and helpful. My family and I would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in this area. Our room was clean, quiet, lots of lighting, and nice comfortable beds. While I was very pleased with this hotel choice, I will say the only downside is the parking. I imagine that all the hotels in the downtown area offer the same, but in all my travels I’ve never had to pay an additional cost for parking. Since this was an unexpected expense it has left me a little sour. All things considered I understand the need to charge for upkeep and managing of the shared parking decks in this area. I just feel this should be incorporated into the rate of the room versus an additional fee. The fact that I can’t “not park” my car, left me with no choice but to pay for parking. The property was very nice. I was not to pleased with parking options. Having to pay for parking at the hotel you already paid for to stay in my opinion is ridiculous.

Made me pay for parking, valet was $40. I had to walk all the way around the corner for self parking which was $24.

Easy check in , clean hotel, nice restaurant. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. You’ll be spending at least 8-40 dollars a day on parking if you’re leaving in and out. 45 for valet parking.

Went to use the pool, which was cold for an indoor pool, and when exiting we found that the handrail was able to be pulled out of the floor. Reported to staff, later attempted to use pool again and it was permanently closed. The elevators squeal loudly during use, and one of them missing buttons. The on-site bistro offered menu items the didn't have, and their staff wasn't the best. The food from there also wasn't the greatest for the price as some of it came out burned or inedible. The property had a nice couryard, but the heaters weren't on and didn't have propane to use. Won't be recommending this location to others.

We choose this for the indoor pool. It was. It was closed. They were doing construction and super loud every day at 7am. $40 a day to park. Our room was so small the luggage cart couldn’t even fit in to unload it. The room was also laid out terrible. The TV was behind a wardrobe closet so we could not see it from the bed.

Very upset with my stay. There was loud construction noise from 8:00am. Plumbing was horrible. Sinks and shower have bad drainage. Toilet overflowed. My friends and I came expecting to lounge by the pool. It was closed. That was one of the amenities we chose this hotel for. Very disappointed in my stay. Hotel staff was courteous and as accommodating as could be.

Staff was great and hotel was clean. However, pool was closed and elevators made a horrible squeaking sound when operating. Beds were uncomfortable.

The ppl at the property were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The gym was fine and the pool was a great amenity for my kids.

The room lacked cleanliness. The bed sheet had mascara stains, scum in the tum and a dirty shower head, mold in the sink, hair on the towels and ants! Or it’s says a microwave is available upon request but this isn’t true. They only provide a microwave downstairs in the market

Do not stay here!! Very dirty hotel

The room was unclean. They offered to move us to a higher floor but we had already unpacked so I asked if they could just clean it. We we came back it was still dirty. The phone was broken and only worked on speaker. The refrigerator did'nt get cold and they charged us an extra 35 dollars per day for parking and wherever we requested our car it did'nt go through so we had to wait for our vehicle instead of it being ready. The staff was also unconcerned. Always talking amingst each other or no one was at the front desk.

Clean room

The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Changed rooms and still didn’t get a clean one. TERRIBLE customer service. All around bad experience.

Horrible conditions. Bathroom was filthy and the wallpaper was coming of the walls. When we entered the room the sheets were dirty and the hotel constantly smelled like smoke. No warning stating there is no free parking on site. So my wife and I ended up having to pay an extra 200$ just to park the car we rented. Extremely over priced in their small market in the lobby. Probably spent 100$ just in water for my family. The clientele at the hotel was obnoxious and anyone could walk in and out and go up the elevator.

I stay because my firms Atlanta office is 89 feet away but I’ve stayed multiple times I’ve the last 6 months and the whole staff are super awesome. Front desk is always welcoming and the people working the restaurant are so attentive. Yeah more expensive hotels nearby but the service and cleanliness is great at this hotel. The AC blasts cold since it’s so humid in the Atlanta which is a plus and the place is very quiet since off Peachtree

The website quoted a price and it was rounded up to the next dollar. The room appeared okay at first glance. The tissue holder was loose. There was a stain already on the pillow that looked like a pen stain. And there was a visible mold stain on the ceiling. I feel that when I book through Hotels.com I’m given a subpar room often.

The room was not as clean as I would like. There was a bench on wheels and underneath it was a pile of garbage.

We arrived around 9:30 after traveling all day. When we got to our room and pulled back the covers there was crusty stain that looked like coffee on the sheets which obviously were not changed. I called and the front desk told me to come down to get sheets. I brought the sheets with me and instead of giving new sheets he tried to change our room since he felt bad. He gave new keys to the room right above. We moved all of our stuff up and went to open the door. The light turned green but when we tried to open it, it was somehow dead bolted from within. We brought all of our stuff back down to front desk and explained. He called engineering to have him take a look and apologized there were no additional rooms. By this time it was so late and we were exhausted I asked if we could just have sheets and change the bedding ourselves in the original room. They gave us those keys back. We went back up and changed the sheets. The next morning we realized there were stains over the blanket as well.

The mattress in my room was far too soft and floppy, lacking the support needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. It made it difficult to rest properly, and I woke up feeling less refreshed. I would suggest upgrading the mattresses or offering guests the option for a room upgrade if they prefer a firmer bed. Despite this issue, I have to commend the hotel on its beautiful common areas and the friendly, professional staff. With improvements to the room comfort, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.

Our stay was ok , very friendly staff , my only issues were that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly , the walls are paper thin could hear our neighbors all night long and the refrigerator was not working. We only stayed 2 nights other wise I would have complained.

The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The television was at a very strange angle in relation to the bed and sofa so that one had to turn your head to view the screen. The service at the Bistro was extremely slow, I waited 20 minutes for a small salad (for which I was charged an outrageous price of $18) and there was no one behind the counter to even take a breakfast order after waiting for 10 minutes in the morning so I left. Your signage on the building is also not lit, making the place look run down.

Like - All on staff were incredibly nice and willing to help. Dislike - I was first put into a room that had no air conditioning. After 45 mins, I called was was given the room next door. Unfortunately, although that room had adequate air conditoning, it was next to the washer and dryer that seem to be running all night. Plus, there are several restauarnt within walking distance, but it was raining and the hotel had no umbrellas available for customers to use.

Never had a working tv. Maintenance came in to fix it and it worked for about 30 minutes and then went back to “no signal.”

Stayed in a renovated room

Passing through Atlanta on the way to FL & decided to stay here with my husband & 2 kids. Nice hotel but the parking situation is rough, the rooms are a bit small & are not that clean. Average on my list.

Very nice staff.

The front desk clerk that checked us in was not the friendliest. He also put a hold on my bank account and another clerk had to correct the issue. Our room was not the cleanest. The pullout bed had a used eyelash on the bed and the bedding for the pullout couch smelled of urine. The parking staff and restaurant staff was very friendly.

This hotel is located in a nice, nice upscale convenient area. The room was very nice, clean, amazing view, etc. The hotel itself was beautiful, reasonably priced and clean. The first night I arrived, Feb. 16, the guy I initially made contact with was very rude, and unprofessional. Everything seemed like an inconvenience for him. He stayed with a frown on his face every time I saw him. His name started with an “M.” The food in the bistro was nothing less than amazing. The bartender who worked that night was awesome. She played good music and took really good care of us. The chef also came out to check on us, introduce himself, and made small talk. I really enjoyed it. The valet drivers who worked the night of Feb. 16 were extremely unprofessional. Using profanity out loud, saying the “N word” out loud and they all smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. When I checked out this morning at 5 a.m., the front desk agent was polite. However, he had on a durag, t-shirt, track jacket, and sweat pants. I get it, it’s overnight but please dress a little bit more casual. Lastly, he also said the “N word” loud enough for me to hear it. And he was watching movies on his HP laptop while dealing with customers/guest. As an HR professional, I don’t understand why Marriott would tolerate this type of behavior. It’s clearly been going on for a while because they were too comfortable with the behavior they displayed. Please get a new staff!

Staff very rude! Upon check in Skywyn- was saying anything kept walking away inasked was everything okay and he felt it was acceptable to give me a rude sarcastic response. Female was not very polite either unsure of her name. We asked Valet to clarify how service was paid and they were rude/dry and didnt answer the question at all. Horrible experience soon as i walk in the door. Finally got into room checked out everything tv just said no signal they said they would send someone up, nobody came and tv kept going in and out. Then valet lost our car keys made us miss out on other reservations which then caused us to be late to concert! Instead of marriott employee even trying to be helpful all she did was point the finger. Even if company is “third party” the sign says Courtyard Marriott and they made no attempts to even show empathy. Water in shower lacked pressure and even would just cut off and not work would have to turn off wait a few mins then turn back on. Nobody from maintenance ever came for tv nor water.

The people are always so friendly and helpful. This has pretty much become my default hotel for Atlanta trips.

We arrived at the hotel around 10:00pm and very tired. When we checked in to our hotel room, we found out that there were many stains on the mattress cover sheets! Further, the hotel front desk didn’t provide mattress sheets for the sofa bed. There was only one worn out blanket only. So, I called front desk to change the room or change bed sheets. They had me on hold for over 20 min! I went down to the front desk and waited another 10 min. The girl on the front desk didn’t help us at all. The room where they kept the new bed spread was 10 steps away from where she stood. What a wonderful customer service! Because of all of this, we ended up sleeping an hour later than we had wanted. No more courtyard hotel!

staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly

I booked for 2 rooms. At check in I paid for each room separately. The next morning I checked my bank and saw that 3 rooms were pending, causing my account to be 140$ less than expected. Due to it being a weekend, I have to wait till Monday to access those funds. A bit inconvenient. Staff was excellent. Everyone had a good attitude, and a helpful nature. Didn’t see any literature about your dining in house, and an extra blanket in the closet wouldn’t hurt. All in all a good experience except the billing process.

Place was clean. Staff was nice and accommodating. Location was great close To a lot of things in walking distance.

Great location

Perfect place if you need to be in Buckhead. Reasonably priced. Rooms a bit outdated but clean and great bed.

Good location for walking to and from

Keep returning to this hotel. Its location is brilliant with eating places, bars, shopping and other things in walking distance. It might not be the newest of Buckhead's hotels but its rooms are cosy and have character.

Very nice and great value/location if staying in the buckhead area. Very chill and quiet. Within a few minute walk to many restaurants.

This hotel is in a great location close to alot of different food with in walking distance. the service was great the bristro is good.

Staff at check in and bartender are just great. Excellent customer service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, Miguel at the front desk was top-tier. The only con was that they still had some construction going on and the beautiful pool that is used as the hotels display picture was unavailable due to the construction. It is in walking distance from local stores and places to eat very convenient location. They were very clean as well.

The staff were very nice and hotel was located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. One morning we woke up and the toilet and shower were not working as the water wasn’t running. We also found a previous guests sock left in the room. We wanted to get food at the hotel restaurant one afternoon but, it was not open. All in all the experience was pleasant but, could have definitely been better.

Why do y NOT have free hot coffee in the lobby?! This is one of the few in buckhead who doesn’t. The little coffee maker in the room produces doesn’t cut it

I was given to the opportunity to prepay for Breakfast, only to find out the only thing included was the Starbucks coffee!

It was good. Only complaint bar/resturant female did not acknowledge or say hello, even after we patiently waited for her to cash out others, for over 15 minutes even after she helped three other people. Decided Uber, only downside to being here. Everyone else was friendly and pleasant.

The staff and services were excellent. The food and service in the restaurant could use some improvement
