Pretty standard Marriott Courtyard. Room was fine in terms of space, furnishings, climate control, etc. A bit outdated/ugly, especially the stucco style walls and ceilings. Staff were friendly and helpful -- allowed for a late checkout and provided loaner umbrella. Fitness center was decent for a hotel of this type, pool is nice. Lobby area comfortable for sitting/working. Only real complaint is the $8/night parking fee. This hotel is not in New York City, or Chicago, or LA. It is not even in Atlanta. It's in a suburb. In an office park area. The parking area is enormous. It was never even close to being half full. This fee was not disclosed in advance (maybe it's in the fine print somewhere) and is ridiculous under the circumstances. Come on.

Wonderful staff, from the front desk, to the dining room, and housekeeping. Very accommodating and friendly. Worked hard to ensure it was a good stay. Clean rooms. Pool was lovely. Very convenient to Emory.

Property under extreme renovation. Room was adequate. Communication was not good...expecting a pool and more food choices but no indication until I arrived that pool was not available due to wait for city inspector, initially assigned handicap room with minimal furniture and dead roach on bathroom floor. Requested a different room which was granted but told it was a palmetto bug that comes from manholes.Not up to my expectations a or info on website.

Parking lot was well-lit and there was a police car stationed overnight. Someone was also at the front desk all the time. The lobby was clean and the cafe gave a more lively feel while staying quiet.

Room was unclean bed sheets were looked like they were not changed. Bugs in the room due to unclean floors and food under the couch. Me and me wife were killing bugs while my kid was asleep. Could not tell if they were small bed bugs or roaches but the bug had blood in it. Definitely will let the front desk know. Last time we were here we thought it was nice but no more last stay.

This hotel was amazing! The check in was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was well maintained and our room was immaculately clean! This was hands down one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long time! Will definitely stay here again when in the Atlanta area!

Have stayed here 2x now. Great for a weekend or short stay. Front desk staff are super courteous. Clean rooms & bathrooms (something I’m super critical about!!) Rooms with king beds are arranged a little odd especially if you want to watch TV. But the shower makes up for everything!! Wish I had those shower heads & water pressure at home. Hands down the best shower! And last very decent prices!

I was unaware at booking that I had not reserved a room that would have a microwave. we were there to visit Emory because of my husbands health. Never knowing when he might feel like eating something, an in room microwave is essential. Charles and his associates were so kind to me, and brought one to my room. We are repeat visitors because of their splendid staff.

Michael Emory at the front desk was rude which was a bad start. The room was v cold, I couldn’t turn off the AC/ heat which was noisy. The shower too a long time to get warm and the pressure was low. We were on the fourth floor. Each aspect would have been ok but all together. It was a B minus C plus experience

This property is under renovation and the noise level in our room was ridiculously loud. It sounded like they were drilling and removing floor tile on the level above. We were told that we could expect this from 8am -5 pm daily. Renovation construction was not mentioned on the website nor when we first checked in. When we complained and asked for a room change, the front desk person was unhelpful, snippy and told us to find another hotel if we didn’t like it. He intimated that he “honored” the Travelocity room rate and that we shouldn’t expect anything more.

Gary at the front desk was dishonest and disrespectful. He lied about the breakfast policy over the phone, falsely accused someone else of his wrong doing, and was demeaning when confronted. I will be submitting a formal complaint.

I had an appointment a Emory Health and could walk to the office, very convenient. I was disappointed breakfast was not provided. We had to oder and pay for breakfast at the cafe in the lobby. My order took longer than it should have to get.

The staff is great and the food is adequate. The property is very clean. Our handicap room was on the 2nd floor, so a fire alarm would have been very difficult. A walk in shower would have been better than the tub, but there were safety bars.
