This was a nice property. The room was good. Staff was mostly good but the initial check in was poor. They were indifferent. They didn’t acknowledge us when we arrived and didn’t give us any property details after we checked in. We had to ask for info including our room number. The pool was nice but closed a little early. They have an onsite Starbucks (pricey) and a “bar.” The bar was very small and not staffed.

We stayed over a long holiday weekend and stayed in a first floor room, very close to the pool entrance. The whole experience was great! We usually stay at boutique hotels and resorts so this was our first time staying at a Courtyard and we were pleasantly surprised. The bed was harder than we would have liked and had to ask for extra pillows, but to be fair, we're a little spoiled when it comes to our sleeping situation. The pool was awesome and we loved being able to walk straight from our room to the pool. The price for the stay over the holiday weekend was great and we plan on returning on our next trip to Atlanta. The only thing we would change is letting us know the time that breakfast is served during the week versus the weekend. We missed breakfast on the first day but it wasn't a big deal. There's Starbucks served, I'm set. The location is perfect for foodies as there's a ton of restaurants close by and it's easy to get to highways if you need to get around Atlanta. It was a great weekend and we'll be back!

Great stay, easy check in and check out! No parking fee and very reasonable incidentals fee! I loved that it was a Starbucks in the lobby, their bistro was closed during our stay so I can’t speak on that. Everyone was very friendly, we close to a lot of shopping and food.

The property smelled like weed outside when we were bring our bags up to the room and you could see/smell people smoking weed on their balcony while swimming at the pool. It was not an enjoyable hotel stay unless you didn't leave your room due to the smell to weed inside and outside the building.

Dirty room. Water bottles left in sofa bed from previous guest. Dirty blankets, pillows were old and lumpy. Blanket for sofa bed clearly wasn’t washed there were tons of long hairs on it. Sink didn’t drain and almost overflowed. Absolutely horrendous left a night early that’s how bad it was

Staying at the Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center location was the best choice I could have ever made. The rooms were so clean that you could eat off the floor, and the beds were so comfortable that it felt like being at home. I would definitely recommend that my family and friends stay at this Marriott Atlanta Perimeter Center. location

This was a great property and have some good food places around not too far like a 7-15 min drive you can be at the mall shops and dining. Only 20 min from truist park and great staff. Only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t change the sheets and clean the room while we was there only but they did come and give clean towels and wash cloths.

My husband and arrived to the hotel around midnight due to our flight being delayed twice, once we arrived to the hotel we were assigned a room on the 3rd floor. We made it to the room and it was filthy. We had to go back to the front desk to get another room this was totally unacceptable!

The stay was good. Clean room, awesome view from the 4th floor, and great water pressure. What i did not like was the amenities. I know the Courtyard is about money and business travelers as i was told by staff. I was on a pleasure trip and paid out of my pocket. I do not have a company paying for my stay. I think that is poor business practice not to offer complimentary water. Why no microwave? What if i want to reheat someone i bought from the Bistro?

Property was okay and quiet. The only issue I had is…the property is old school where every room has a balcony with sliding glass doors and whole wall of glass. If you are on the bottoms floor facing the parking lot, although the doors won’t open except maybe 3 inches it is still a solid wall of glass someone could shoot through or break through and then they are in your room with nothing you can do….

There were no glasses in the room. Just 1(!) paper cup. Shower is too tight. Bathroom counter way too small. Mattress not as good as other hotels. Overall pretty inconvenient leading to disappointment.

Everything was great about the room- we had a small balcony, which is not often a feature of suite rooms, and space was clean and comfortable. I did not find the bed to my liking (woke up with backache) and that's the only reason for the 4-star.

It was a quick stay. I was having surgery early next morning. I had left my pillows in the room. Called late the next day after I got home from surgery. To my surprise they had my pillows . Room & grounds looked clean . All workers I came in contact with were very polite. I would stay again.

Wonderful gathering spot for our family birthday celebration. Close and convenient to dining, city attractions, highways and shopping, but tucked back off main road for a quiet, restful stay.

The room was adequate, but the bistro/dining area was not clean. The food was terrible - mostly reconstituted frozen prepack at outrageous prices, and during my second meat there I discovered they had an ant problem. Insects and general uncleanliness of common areas seem to be a theme of this property; litter in the hallways, smell of smoke near the doors and elevators, and smudges of something on the baseboards...

Staff was very nice. Check in was smooth with a friendly smile, loved that. Room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Didn't like that bottled water cost $4.50 per. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Will stay here again.

Perfect place to stay, north of downtown Atlanta. Lovely amenities, sparkling clean pool, delicious breakfast with Starbucks coffee. Would definitely stay here again. If you like Cajun food don’t miss Louisiana Bistreaux five minutes away. Chargrilled oysters for $2 apiece during happy hour M-F until 6pm.

Fast, friendly Front-Desk service. The breakfast bacon, egg & cheese Brioche was delicious & efficiently served. (We did not have dinner, so no opinion). Nice comfortable lobby for visiting with family. Since 2019 this Courtyard was renovated throughout, lovely modern decor. Comfy beds & “loveseat with footrest”, I’d like to buy it !

Bed was very comfy and had great pillows. The room is spacious which was nice. I only did 4/5 on cleanliness bc there was a spill on the couch that hadn’t been cleaned. I rated comfort 4/5 bc the towels were horrible scratchy towels you’d use in a prison. Breakfast was not included but the Bistro food very yummy. The staff is wonderful and friendly and the hotel has great location.
