Good, solid hotel. A bit older, but still looks nice. Room was big and comfy, didn't find any issues. Shower head was pretty good. Parking a bit expensive for being in outskirts. Garage was small, bring sedan or compact car. Plenty of spaces, even tho they were on the smaller size

There was a lot of dog hair on the carpets and on the dofa in our room. Please train the staff to clean the rooms better especially of pets were in there in the past. Outside of that we had no.other issues. We will come back again.

Property set in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Room was a great size for two adults and two kids. Room decor was very modern and nice but definitely showed signs of wear on the couch, desk chair and side tables. Tub/shower in need of updates as the bottom of the tub was peeling and the top had rust. Parking garage was super tight but that’s to be expected in the city. Overall we had a good stay, however next time we might try a newer property.

All I can state about this Hotel is that it was NOT worth $150 each night of staying there. That hotel was basically normal. It wasn't ANYTHING luxury about it. Cracked walls outside the window seals facing the perimeter's busy highway. You could barely see the streets or anything!!!! IT was just normal. It wasn't nothing great about Atlanta and I'm from Florida.

The stay was excellent. The overall experience was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only negative I have is that the TV programs become unavailable and the wifi does turn off after a certain time. I believe 1am-6am. So if you plan on late night binging, consider it not possible. Otherwise the breakfast is great, the staff is friendly and the property is gorgeous.

Excellent stay in a beautiful hotel and area! I would definitely stay again. I had a corner “worklife” room and it was huge and with a beautiful forest view. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was great. Large bathroom as well. The restaurant was convenient and offered a nice variety of freshly prepared foods. The hotel lobby decor was lovely and contemporary and comfortable. The location was very convenient and easy to navigate. The valet was helpful and convenient.

Weekend stay , this is my go-to hotel when staying in Atlanta. The rooms are clean, comfy, and the elevators are very efficient. Only wish the AC would put out better at night as it seems they reduce the flow at night. Overall this is a quality hotel

Showed up at 2 in the morning. They gave my room to someone else. Told me to take an Uber to another hotel, offered to reimburse me for everything. They charged me for the room I couldn’t use, plus parking for a night I wasn’t there, plus a deposit that has not been refunded yet. Bonus points for refusing to reimburse the Uber because i would’ve needed a ride anyways, says the guest relations manager. Follow up bonus points: the hotel they sent me to also charged me in full for a night. Each individual manager was oddly dismissive of the issue. Would not recommend. So far it cost over $800 and I could not stay there. Great work IHG 🔥

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia from July 3rd to July 6th while attending the NAM (National American Miss) pageant, and everything about the experience was fantastic. The hotel was clean, quiet, and felt very safe—important when you're traveling for an event like this. I really appreciated how walkable everything was; the location is excellent with nearby shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. Despite being so close to conveniences, the area still felt calm and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay. We stayed here to participate in the Weekend to Remember marriage conference. It was a great weekend of rejuvenation, and the hotel made relaxing very easy. Our room was clean and comfortable, and there was sufficient dining options nearby such that we could walk to much of it. The staff was very helpful, which is a credit to them because they were packed with conference attendees, as well as other guests. We really enjoyed our weekend at this hotel.
