Nice location for the Battery activities. We had issues from the very beginning, the parking is a joke because they sell the spots to the baseball game goers and if you're a late check-in, you don't get a spot to park. Then there's no elevator in the parking garage so you have to carry your luggage down the stairs. When checking in this wasn't mentioned to us and we had to park on the top level because the baseball goers took all the lower level spots. I was charged $60/day and website says $30/day to park. In our room we had a toilet that wouldn't flush properly.

This hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to truist Park. You also need the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. We attempted to order room service during our stay but we're told they don't offer room service. However, there is a room service menu so maybe they will bring it back. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay again

The hotel was very nice. The check in staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel is a little dated but overall was clean and pleasant. There is a sports lounge on site but it was closed because of it being off season for baseball. It would’ve been cool to hang out in there. The breakfast buffet was delicious even if it was a little pricey. ($19 per person!) The parking garage was convenient to park in and the walk to The Battery was short.

Only reason for 3 stars is because of the parking situation. Its crazy to me for a place to have parking, but make you park in the parking deck to pay $30 a day.

Location was fabulous for the Braves game. Parking was convenient but 32$ per day. Rooms were clean but needed some maint and touching up. While we were there pool was closed - sanitation issue. Front desk clerk was super rude about the pool situation when I asked. Breakfast buffet is $18.75 per person daily until 11.

Overall OK. Property showing its age both inside and out. Was not a fan of their barricaded parking lot and required $30 fee to park in the garage next door, as well as overpriced breakfast. Our room was very musty and was clearly smoked in in the past, and the AC unit leaked water to where the carpet immediately outside the bathroom (walking path) was soaking wet. I did enjoy the property being quiet (Braves were not in town) and the walkability to the Battery dining options.

The checking was easy. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was tidy but in need of updates. Bathroom was disgusting. Black mold ball over shower. I was afraid to touch anything being mold is my worst allergy that I receive shots for. In room coffee pot disgusting film. And mold so was completely useless. I was sneezing and coughing all night from the mold in room because of the black mold around air vents. This place needs a good cleaning

My family recently stayed at this "4-star" rated hotel in Atlanta Georgia. It was one of the worst hotels and experiences we\'ve had. I would rate this hotel at 1.5 starts max. We walked into our 8th floor room and immediately saw a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The bathroom itself was a nightmare. Broken ceiling light which did not work, a huge crack in the shower floor, mold and areas needing a major caulk job including the bottom of the toilet area. The room had chunks of baseboard missing, falling paint, a broken curtain, and deep scratches in walls in some locations. We arrived late in the evening after a long day of sports and it was too late to book another hotel. The entire hotel needs fresh paint and deep, deep cleaning: the hallways carpets in dire need of replacement on every floor. Their only option for breakfast was a pathetic $18 buffet -- no other options for small children or elderly adults not wishing for platefuls. While the outside of the building seems impressive from afar, your inspectors must be blind. We usually value the ratings, and can\'t believe we thought this would be a pleasant stay and accommodations. This wasn\'t the fault of the staff at the hotel. They were lovely and did what they could, but the hotel itself is falling apart. We won\'t be staying there again.

The cleanliness of the property was great. It was very convenient if you are attending an Atlanta Braves game or concert at the stadium. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the stadium. My only gripe is that I think there should be a sign about checking in before going to try and park in the garage. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Except for Sylvia, who was a ray of sunshine, the staff was diffident and only heloful if asked. No one offered us cookies upon arrival and there is no one to help with luggage, if needed. There is a $30/night charge for parking and no valet. Cleaning staff did not make the bed the first night and the kleenex and conditioner were empty from the beginning of our stay until the end. Dirty dishes were never removed and one night the bathroom floor was left uncleaned. The barhroom itself was a bit rundown. Suite size is large and bed very comfortable.

Excellent location, walkable to all of the fun in the battery. Nice clean room with plenty of space to make ourselves at home. Only odd thing is the interior rooms are pitch black in the morning. Sort of discombobulating, but also helpful to sleep off all of those stadium beers from the night before.

The room was great. Comfortable bed and roomy. Very walkable to many restaurants if you go through the parking garage. The worst part about this hotel is the room we were in has a balcony off the atrium. There was a party going until midnight. That wasn’t bad enough but at 6am the staff started setting up for breakfast and they were slamming cabinet doors and hitting pots. Felt like they were trying to have a band with pots and pans. I’m sure there was no need to be so loud. So unnecessary and very rude. I would definitely stay here again but would definitely ask for a room that isn’t near that atrium.

The location to the Battery and Truist Park is amazing. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. The only negative was there were no USB ports in the room to charge things, but we had other charging options so it was ok. Overall this place was excellent.

I booked a suite with a "balcony" only to find out the balcony overlooked the indoor lobby and the room had no windows! The concierge was very helpful in switching us to a room with windows (and no balcony) but I believe it misleading to not inform guests that these balcony rooms don't have any windows. The suite with windows was great and we had an excellent stay after switching. Super convenient/walkable location for attending a show at the Coca-Cola Roxy theater, Braves stadium, and surrounding bars and restaurants.

We were just there for one night, but the room was very clean. Plenty of room. It had a living room and two tv's. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels and wash clothes. The staff at the front counter was very friendly and helpful both checking in and checking out. We will definitely stay here again.

Wasn’t a big fan of the rooms that are interior with no way to see outside . AC wouldn’t cool under 72 and they said it was the thermostat and gave us a box fan. Also there was a letter on the doors that said stay at your own risk.

Reserved a 2 queen bed sweet 2/3/25 for my second stay at this facility. Was changed to a King with a pullout due to apparent air condition problems. Although the new rooms air conditioner worked, room was run down. Ceiling falling, wallpaper peeling off the walls, rust stains in bathroom, furniture beat up, and phone was inop. Not what i expected for $600/night. Customer service was top notch and second to none as usual. Still had a great time and the Braves whooped the Giants.

The staff at the front desk, house cleaning and breakfast crew were all delightful and very personable. The suite we had was perfect for our needs. I liked the separate living area - sitting on a couch rather than a bed to watch TV. Doubletree is a real treasure and great value. So convenient to the Battery and Truist Park. Definitely our choice when attending Braves' games.

We reserved our room 9mos in advance. Upon arriving after published checkin time (3pm) only to be told our room was not ready. We came back an hour later. Room still not ready. “Oops we are overbooked”. We were put in a smaller room than we reserved. There was a used Qtip on the bathroom floor. Wonder what else wasn’t cleaned ? The front seat did not care. They did give us a voucher for breakfast. That is not only insulting, it’s disgusting. We would never knowingly eat in a place with such lousy housekeeping.

The location was very good for a Braves game. What I didn’t like was the service was so-so. The pull out bed had no bedding or pillows. When I went to the service desk and ask I was given sheets and was told pillows and a blanket would be brought to the room in a few minutes. Nearly 45 minutes later I went back to the front desk and was told there were no pillows and to wait a few minutes and I could get a blanket.

BE AWARE! The hotel was nice. There was a small amount of maintenance needed in the room, but still very comfortable and functional. The biggest inconvenience was being charged twice for our reservation. We were charged once by Expedia, which was expected. And we were also charged by Double Tree Suites by Hilton at the Battery. Which was not expected. The hotel was contacted about being charged twice on three separate occasions. Excuses were made but nothing was resolved by the hotel. The hotel front desk kept saying a manager named Jordan Ross would be calling. We never received a call from him. After contacting the hotel the third time, Expedia was contacted. Expedia refunded our charge within minutes. Watch your credit card charges if you stay here as their customer service is in need of improvement.

For a 4 star hotel it was giving 2 stars. I understand there are likely a lot of changes going on and perhaps there were things going on behind the scenes that guests were unaware of. But Ive never stayed at a hotel where everyone working there seemed so MISERABLE. Just so unhappy, it was genuinely sad. The front desk was regularly empty and youd have to call to get someone to come up and help you. Lots of people just waiting around to be helped. There was a bald gentleman working at night who was very kirt and seemed quite rude when speaking to guests. The hallways smelled horrible, the shower fauced had a HORRIBLE squeaking noise and the room was so dusty and seemed like it hadnt been cleaned in a while. Also it should be noted that the incidentals are not $50 total but $50 PER DAY stayed. That would have been helpful to know before. The phones in the room didnt work to call down to the front desk or room service so anytime anything was needed tou had to go downstairs to get help. Again, I would imagine for a 4 star hotel to be this way something must have happened or be going on, but regardless of having empathy and grace for the staff, it was a pretty poor stay, especially for what was paid. One positive is the cookies were good :). But I definitely would not stay here again.

Weird stay. At 10am (one hour before checkout) housekeeping kept knocking repeatedly on the door until I finally got up and opened and they just walked away and said they’ll come back later…? (No internal checkout checklist??) During check in I was not told anything about my included resort credit. After investigating I was told the resort credit could not be used for parking nor breakfast, just amenities..? Amenities that are included in the stay anyways. Super confused about that. You’d think at $400 a night and being a Hilton honors member I’d at least would get breakfast or parking. When I checked out at 11am through my Hilton honors app and left the lobby, their concierge chased me down on the sidewalk to inquire about my checkout. I was so embarrassed in front of other guests. I let him know I had already completed the checkout through the app and he seemed puzzled. Any doubletree hotel Ive ever stayed in would offer cookies on arrival. I didn’t at this property, in fact I inquired about it because I have always enjoyed this special service, and I was just told that they’re on the desk in a box at the front office. When I grabbed one they were gluten-free packed up generic cookies. Not that this is a big deal but I always thought that was a nice service detail. Just not a valued stay for me at all. I could’ve went down the street to another hotel and stayed for half the price without all this nonsense.

Great location! We flew to Atlanta to see a show at the Coca Cola Roxy and this hotel was in the perfect location it was a quick 5 minute walk to o the venue and tons of bars, restaurants and even a convenience store within 5 minute walk. It was fun to hang out in the area during the day especially since there was a Braves game that saturday and battery park where the braves play is also right there. We will definitely be back!

We were only there one night and chose this hotel to be able to walk to The Roxy for a show. Everything was comfortable and clean. People at the desk were friendly, polite, helpful. It was a 5 minute walk to the venue. Warm cookies when we checked in made a great first impression after hours on the road. Would definitely stay here again.

The buffet breakfast was about the same that I got at my last stay at a Best Western but the breakfast there was complimentary. Doubletree presented me with a bill for over $22. I've also stayed at Embassy Suites. Their breakfasts are not only made to order but they are also complimentary. Doubletree should be at least up to Best Western standards and make it's breakfast buffets complimentary.

The property has no onsite parking. There is a deck they share with the battery. The parking is non negotiable and 30 dollars per night. They do not have a shuttle service to local events. There breakfast waiter wrote himself a 15 dollar tip and I didn’t notice until the next morning which I had reversed.
