We booked one night for a quick trip. There is no onsite parking. You either have to park ridiculously far away, or pay $45 for valet. Trust me, add $45 to your hotel budget and just stay somewhere with onsite parking. The hotel definitely needed maintenance.

I didn't like the fact that there is no free parking. $40 a day tax for Valet parking or self parking for $30 a day. The room itself was basic. No stay over service. No pool or hot tub . They had a basic fitness center. The "breakfast buffet was a joke and over priced. The food was ok. My husband had Burger and fries, I had a Caesar salad with microwave chicken on it. Over priced but convenient. Our valet was awesome. A big shout out to Cain. The staff was awesome 👍. Lower ring corporate experience.

The room was fine, and parking was convenient even though it was pricey. ($24 per night.) Unfortunately I had very noisy neighbors who decided to rap until after midnight. Gym was decent and facilities clean.

The advertisement of this property as Very Good and the description were misleading at best. There is no 'restaurant' only a bar that serves very overly fried food and a $20 breakfast. Very expensive up charges on everything. The lack of attention to rooms included failure to refresh basics such as cups for coffee and condiments. Staff were ill- prepared to answer basic questions about the area. As a Hilton Honors member I am beyond disappointed - Garden Inns have always been something I could count on but this will cause me questions in the future.

My first room was extremely hot and never cooled down, and even the hallways were uncomfortably warm. Some outlets didn’t work, the refrigerator was broken (causing food to spoil), and I wasn’t able to change rooms until 10 p.m. (on Day 2) The second room had the same refrigerator issue, which was frustrating. The TVs were also not smart TVs, which meant I couldn’t use them at all since I don’t watch regular cable. While not broken it was disappointing in a time where everyone streams. The gym was one of the main reasons I booked here, but all three treadmills had loose belts that were unsafe to walk or run on. On top of that, the property itself was in poor condition — broken wall trim throughout the hotel, mold on the walls in my room, and carpets that were stained, dirty and had large wet spots. The staff did eventually help with a room change, but the combination of heat, broken amenities, unsafe equipment, and poor upkeep made this stay a very negative experience. Their technician who helped through my stay was the only positive experience.

the first room i got on the first floor was so dirty and had tons of gnats and mosquitoes after being given another room on the second floor i noticed the room had stains on the leather headboard, hair on the walls, the air conditioner made a loud knocking noise and the floors were slimy. i wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here at all! luckily i was only there for 1 night.

The front desk staff was super nice and helpful, but the room was super dirty and had mold and a bathtub that wouldn’t drain and leaked, and house keeping wouldn’t come on the days you would ask. When you wouldn’t ask they would either just open the door without knocking, or knock every single hour even after we told them no. The bathroom had black mold on the walls and ceiling Valet was excessive as it was $45 a day and one of the guys, who always wears a beanie wouldn’t Ever do his job and always had attitude. He would watch you pull up and not even come help with baggage or come get the key/ he was super rude and shouldn’t work in customer service

This is an absolutely disgusting hotel. I had to stay here for a work event, and I actually considered leaving and paying OOP for a different hotel. The rooms are musty, old, and mold is growing out of the outlets. The air conditioner is as loud as train, and the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. This hotel is akin to a Super 8 Motel - truly. I felt physically ill in my room due to the poor ventilation and (what I assume to be) unchanged air filter in the AC unit. The bathroom had mold growing out of the corners, and the bathtub faucet dripped slowly all night. There was rust in the bathtub, and to top it off, service was horrible. Everyone at the front acted put out if you had a question or even wanted to buy an item from the kiosk. Drinks at the bar are astronomical - even for Buckhead. Do not stay here! It’s horrible!

We requested a room on the first floor and it was very moldy. There was mold on the ceilings and on the pillow. The carpet was wet to touch and even our stuff got moist from staying in the room. The room also had a strange smell.

Location was good but the room itself was pretty old and dirty. We found a cockroach by the sink, our tissue was out even after room service, and the pillows were not comfy at all. Barely had a good sleep unfortunately.

The property seemed “tired” with small, but noticeable issues of age. The water in the shower never got hot. The carpet on the edges of the steps was frayed and repaired with duct tape. While the room was spacious and clean, it didn’t feel luxurious.

Pretty unimpressed with my stay here. On arrival, my room had no toilet paper. I tried calling the front desk multiple times but kept getting a busy signal and eventually had to walk downstairs to the front desk. The hotel itself seemed fairly dated and had really poor hallway sound insulation that impacted my sleep the first night. I also encountered broken elevator buttons and a broken towel rack in my room’s bathroom. To put icing on the cake, I returned to my room midday to find an Atlanta police officer resolving some sort of dispute with a guest and hotel staff members in the hallway. I’ve stayed at Hilton Garden Inn hotels before that were fine but this one stood out as being pretty meh.

Room was nice but I got charged for valet that I never used. I self parked across the street and never left my key with valet. When I called to talk to them about it the woman was rude and told me to call back the next day. I called today but they told me to call tomorrow. If I don’t resolve it tomorrow I will call the bank to dispute.

The check in was horrible! Put my card on file for the valet parking , and security deposit was told $75 but the card reader kept saying $175 then I ask the agent what’s the charge for? He said for the room nightly rate… informed him I paid through orbitz he then told me “I should’ve told him that from the jump” and that I needed to cancel with because they never paid … long story short after lie after lie he told me he straighten it out only to find out the next morning he charge me the $175 then charge it again for $191 ….all for 1 night stay…. He lied and said he was the manger! Then when I met with the great agent Christian who trying to get me refunded also said the last agent is not a manger! Valet was rude also , but like the desk agent being great on the other shift the valet team in the morning shift was great! So my suggestion if you checking in, double check the screen before for the price you paying and you should be ok. Hopefully you get the crew with Christian and will avoid all of this.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Top notch customer service! My boxes for a Conference arrived much earlier than I did but there was still no charge or any complaints. I highly appreciate it! The bed was comfortable and very clean. The faucet of the sink is a little short for the sink basin and the handle of the shower faucet was real iffy. Could have been just in my room though. Not a big deal after I figured out that you had to turn it 360 degress twice to get hot water. I highly recommend to not accept a room close to the elevator. I was on the highest floor (6) and the engine of the elevator has a very loud humming sound. I sleep with earplugs and still woke up from it early in the mornings

The staff here are so welcoming and friendly. Michelle was very helpful during check in, as I was having issues with the key card. The rest of the staff was also great. I loved that I could walk to Publix, Target, the mall, restaurants (20 min or less) I loved my experience at this hotel and Atlanta and am looking forward to my next stay!

Check in was horrible. I had a bad experience with the reception. They were sitting down when I walked in did not assist me. Did not tell me about the amenities and I end up calling corporate. Also, the receptionist yelled out my room number, when giving me my key, which was a violation of my privacy.

The staff had that Southern Hospitality that everyone talks about in the South. They were super friendly and very accommodating. Everytime I go to Atlanta, I stay in this hotel. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. I love how it’s in a prime location and walking distance from so many places. They never fail to disappoint.

The hotel was okay, average. It was clean. Breakfast wasn’t all that and definitely not worth the $17 or $19. That should have come with the room. The neighborhood is great and close to dining, shopping, grocery stores, metro etc.

Loved it friendly staff breakfast was great but is not the price advertised. Saturday night is lively but there is security on site at the hotel and the neighborhood. 24 hour valet which adds to the safe feeling. Beautiful area

Reception staff were exceptional. Can’t say the same for restaurant manager….very moody! Breakfast buffet $19.99 was definitely not worth it. They advertised full American breakfast offering an omelette station….first we were told omelette station not available on the weekends then when Monday came sorry unavailable today with no explanation. Tuesday just simply no omelettes and what you see is what you get! Overall location was key factor for the rating. Rooms are in need of makeover.

Breakfast was cold and very expensive. I paid Expedia for the room and then they charged me from the front desk as well. No receipt as I left but were supposed to email. Never got it. Saw the charge on AMEX and called to question. Promised a credit but 5 days later had not appeared. Reported charge to AMEX to decline payment.

No continental breakfast offer- not even a muffin for free. You have to pay $20 dollars to have breakfast- all you can eat. Who cares? I just want a muffin and coffee- or cereal and coffee! And that’s a no, no here.
