Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead

TV in the room had static, breakfast was supposed to be open at 630, the staff started putting it out then, so we never got to eat what we really wanted because we had to leave for a graduation. Only one gentleman was friendly on the morning staff and the cereal dispenser didn’t work…these sound petty but when paying for quality, you want that quality. And it was $45 to park your car in a really shady, scary, cramped parking garage that anyone could have walked into off the street.

I had a lot of problems with this stay at Embassy suites i will be contacting corporate office I had a random guest walk in my room that the front desk gave the key. No apologies the lady at the front desk that I told about it did not want to do a incident report

The staff was great and helpful, everything was clean in our room, but it was older and you could tell, some of the room had paint peeling and worn out fixtures in the bathroom. The parking garage is really small and uncomfortable as well. Breakfast was great, loved the omelet station and staff.

There room was clean. Breakfast would have been better if they hadn't burnt my omelet. I called the front desk for towels and washed cloths (they had no wash cloths in the room) and waited over an hour and the towels and wash cloths NEVER CAME BEFORE I HAD TO CHECK OUT. GOOD THING IB LIVE IN THE CITY BECAUSE I HAD TO WAIT TILL I GOT HOME TO WASH MY ASS!!
