Parking is free and they have free breakfast. They offered pork free options so that was nice! The staff was nice and rectified my issues as I was given a king room when I booked a double queen. Of the 2 downstairs elevators 1 was broken. The gym was very small and had limited equipment. The room hallways need the carpet cleaned.

This Hampton is quite nice and centrally located. Unfortunately, they charge a $12 gauge parking fee. When asked why, I was told they do it because all the other hotels do it. I find that a lame reason and a reason to nickel and dime customers.

The hotel was great! Price was good, the rooms were great! My only qualm, was that the HOTEL CHARGES to park in their own parking lot! Front Desk claimed cars get “booted”. Parking should be included with the room rate offered, or even DISCLOSED as a factor in the hotel description. (WHICH IT IS NOT.) I will pick a different hotel next time I am in Atlanta that doesn’t charge to “park”.

Hotel is old and rundown. The workout room was the size of a large closet with some workout machines. The machines were too close to each other. It would be awkward for more that one person to be in there at the same time. Elevator was rundown and paneling was coming off. Closet in the room consisted of hangers behind a curtain. It was not a great place to stay at. I would not return.

The property is very well located and the most budget friendly hotel in the area that is also civilized. There’s a great deal of construction around the hotel, which makes navigation difficult. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The room was very clean. The shower was large and the water pressure was good. The water was hot. The parking was under the hotel that was convenient.

All the staff we encountered were super friendly and nice. Love the bottles of water provided at check-in and the later check out time. Our room was very clean. There is construction going on around the hotel but it didn’t wake us up. My only dislike is the sliding barn door on the bathroom. But thats just a personal preference. Location is great for Atlanta. It felt safe. Close to amphitheater.

My recent stay at Hampton Inn Atlanta Buckhead was a bit of a mixed experience. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick and seamless—shout out to Henry, the night auditor, for being courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the initial room assigned had a very strong odor of urine, which made it uninhabitable. I returned to the front desk, and Henry quickly reassigned me to another room—again, great customer service on his part. However, the second room wasn’t much better. I found hair on the bathroom floor, in the shower, and even on the bed, which was disappointing and concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. While I appreciated the ease of check-in and the staff’s willingness to help, the lack of proper room cleanliness was a major letdown. I hope management addresses these issues, as they impact what could otherwise be a solid stay.

There were roaches in my hotel room went to the front seat to speak about it and the front desk looked up my account and told me well you already paid for your entire stay in advance and no refunds will be giving…he didn’t offer me another room or nothing, also when I first got into the room I lifted the sheets and there where pee stains and blood stains…I left the room after one day and went else where…

Great location, pet friendly, wonderful staff, lobby and breakfast area clean. But, First room with mold and peeling paint, second room just not clean, too tired to move to a third room. Dirty old french fries under the air conditioner, sheets appeared clean but stained bed cover, floor dirty. Needed to wipe the room down and use own blanket.

No closet or dresser; no chair for desk. Room was very dark (only 2 lamps). Ice machine only worked on first floor. One towel had blood on it (that wasn’t ours). Floor needed vacuuming upon our arrival. It would’ve been tolerable for one night, but we were there for 4 nights. Will never stay there again.

The only downside was the room temperature - the air conditioning was set to 49 degrees! It was 54 in our room when we walked in. The room was well appointed and clean, though. Front desk was very kind.

Rooms had very limited lighting, no closet space, nor any drawers. In fact there were racks installed by the mini fridge where a drawer could actually go, and the TV could not support any streaming options (ie: Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc). Not pleased with the lacking amenities and did not at all expect this from a Hilton hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was phenomenal. The convenient shuttle that was available to me at anytime I needed to make a quick stop was so great. Also the front desk staff was always available to answer any questions I had and there was this one particular guy (cant remember his name) he had dreads, dressed very professional and exceeded his level of customer service. I woke up to see about getting a shuttle ride at the last minute and he made sure that my needs were taken care of immediately. PLEASE REWARD THIS EMPLOYEE. I’m from Michigan and work in retail and this hotel I recommended most definitely. The only minor thing that I didn’t care for was the maintenance of the furniture in the room can be updated. Another plus was the location was next to a lot of restaurants, nightlife and my favorite place Publix😂🙌 thank you thank you to the staff at Hampton Inn buckhead. Myself and son will be visiting again soon.

We had a rocky start when checking in, but the stay ended up being fine. We were a late check-in and found that the property is by a very busy/loud night club. We were given a room key to an already occupied room. Thank goodness all we found was personal belongings and not a mad person. After being startled, went back down and got another key/card and the door knob didn’t open. A third time to front desk and the lady came to show us it was tricky and had to be pushed up not down. After that fiasco, the stay was decent. Breakfast, cleanliness, staff were all fine!

The overall stay was okay. I just did not appreciate how we called multiple times to try and ask about early check-in and no one answered the phone. Also, how check-in was shown on the site to be at 3 PM, but when we got there we were told that it was at 4 PM and the manager just didn't update it on the site. There was also an extra $100 holding fee that WAS NOT presented to us before hand. It was no where on the website under the policies. Also the room smelled old, not a very fresh smell.

We check in 2-22-24, the evening clerk didn't greet nor give me a receipt. The room 404 was clean but the AC unit stayed at 69. The heat didn't work at all. It was freezing in the room. We check out on 2-24-24, the lady clerk was very rude and told me that my receipt will have to be emailed. This piss my daughter off and she went inside to get one because that same lady had just gave her a receipt for her room. The same lady told my daughter that all of sudden her computer is down and that she will have to wait on a receipt. Then she also was very rude to another customer for asking for some sugar. It was a quiet and clean hotel. I wont recommend nor come back simply because of the rude lady clerk.

Upon checking in we learned that the room we had reserved had been given away so we were downgraded with no refund. We also had a surprise $100 refundable security fee we had to pay for that was not mentioned in booking, and also was not utilized at other Hampton Inn properties we had stayed at the week before. The room had so much moisture in the air that the bedding felt damp and the bathroom walls were slightly peeling. For what we paid the room gave the appearance of a very cheap motel. There was a party taking place from a group that had most of the rooms/conference spaces and you could hear it throughout the entire hotel, including in the room. Would not recommended; spend $30 more and stay at a cleaner place where your room is guaranteed down the road.

This Hampton Inn is always a great property; consistently clean, great team, yummy breakfast, pet-friendly, perfect location. The ONLY reason for a reduced star is that the city of ATL is widening Piedmont Road, an entire lane of road is blocked, curbs torn up, construction is estimated until YE 2026, and NOWHERE on the website or in details about the property is this hardship mentioned. It absolutely affects traffic, entry & exit of property, visibility of property access, etc. It’s very hard driving in or out when workers block the lane or hotel driveway with equipment & barrels, and if you have never been there before, you would not know where to access the driveway.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The location was perfect. Blue martini right next door for a fun night out , small mini mall in walking distance, and Lennox mall close by. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Everyone was nice however, the evening shift at the front desk and the van driver Mr. E were absolutely amazing. The van service would take us and pick us up within 3 miles from the hotel. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!

Great location for shopping around, getting something to eat and finding the Marta train. The rooms are average and get the job done for staying here. Free parking is a major plus along with free breakfast.

Good value for the price I paid. When I entered the room, the toilet was malfunctioning. I reported the issue to the front desk, and they handled it immediately. By the time I returned to my room after dinner, it was functioning well. Room was a little small. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great---lots of options!

I was greeted with the smell of marijuana when I first entered the hotel. The bathroom had a roll-in shower but no proper drain system so the entire bathroom floor got soaked every time someone took a shower. There was no overhead light or lamp in half of the room, and when I asked for a lamp, I was first told they didn't have any extra lamps. After insisting, a desk lamp was delivered to our room. Towels in the gym were not regularly stocked, and the breakfast setup was not sanitary. The coffee was good, though, and most of the staff was helpful. There seemed to be a lot of friends of staff hanging around the reception area a lot of the time.

Hotel is a bit run down. One working elevator with a hole in the floor. At breakfast, the lady kept yelling at everybody to keep “her spoons” out of the meat and eggs serving containers. It was not a nice way to start the morning.

Hotel location is great, clean areas are 9/10 but the morning experience with the breakfast was awfull. Breakfast hour is supposed to end at 10 am. First day at 9:25 am I asked fore more waffle mix and the lady in charge said if is empty there’s no more. There’s more people arriving to breakfast and start to ask for more food refill and she had to bring to the room more food. She was mad! The second day I arrived a little more earlier and arrived at 9am. The same story, no waffle mix and she said the same with a really bad and rude attitude. More people start to arguing with the manager and front desk. Imagine your vacation begging for breakfast in a hotel with breakfast included.
