Stayed 1 night

I was first checked into a room that the HVAC was making a high-pitched squeal. Upon my request I was moved to another room that was nasty but no squeal. The furniture had gross spots and the lamp shades looked like they had been in a fight. The bathroom had mold. I have pictures if anyone wants to see. The most disturbing thing of this hotel is the art in the lobby. Which is very dark and suggests voyeurism. Not a place I would recommend!

One of the worst experiences ever! No hot water, no WiFi, no ac which I informed staff when I went to room was told would be taken care of by maintenance.no one ever came., and refrigerator not working expensive food ruined... I asked about getting some of my money back but I was told someone from management will call me. The front desk rep was writing multiple people information for management to call back. Week later and no call back ....Awful experience!!! No one has YET to reach out so that was a lie as well! Definitely derived money back paid to much to not have ANYTHING what suppose to be offered at my stay! Plus a Hilton member which means nothing..would never recommend this location..

Received a blood-stained blanket (yuck). Saw a large roach on the wall by the elevator. Toilet was scary slow to flush. Apparently the power was partially out on the second (and thankfully final) night of our stay - no elevator, no a/c, no hot water, only emergency lighting, completely dark parking lot, a foul odor from the vent in our room, and an annoying clicking noise from the thermostat all night. Worse, the staff made no attempt to communicate what was going on (no signs, no one to talk to) or try to make the situation better.

I was very pleased with every aspect of the hotel. When we come back, we'll stay here. The one amenity we didn't have and I wasn't impressed with in the kitchen area, was the microwave. Not only did they not have one in the room, but the one to be used in the kitchen area was a dinosaur. I don't want to leave that a the last comment, because the hotel was great. It was clean, close to DDD foundation, secure and again, this is where we'll stay when we come back.
