Property is fine. Not sure why our room had the heat setting on so when we checked in it was HOT.. The room was fine other than that. You also have to pay $20 to park for 24 hours. Wish they just had an overnight option since we aren’t staying for 24 hours.

Pool is in the center of the hotel. Even though the pool hours say it closes at 10, there were people in it yelling and screaming well after. Had to leave early due to a family emergency and was charged an early departure fee of $134 even though I had prepaid for the room. I only notified the desk of our departure as a courtesy. Clearly I should have just let it sit vacant until our checkout day. Took an act of Congress to get anything done regarding a reversal of the early departure fee. Worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had.

Very clean property in a tremendous area. Adjacent to several top food options…and is just a quick drive to downtown. Staff was helpful for the entirety of our stay. Might be time to upgrade the elevator, though. :)

If you need a place to sleep for the night look elsewhere, unless its an emergency situation. The food was tasteless and cold. They had a few options but what they offered they ran out of. Nothing was stocked. The kitchen folks were nice just understaffed. The front desk made it seem like it was a chore to serve you. The elevator down to the parking lot was out of order the entire stay. So we had to cut through the pool/courtyard. Out the building back in the building, down the stairs and back out again to get to the car or walk all the way around the building. There was hair all over our room. In the tube, on the table, the couch had several nasty stains. The carpet has a slight oder and it feels like your walking on a dirty rag. the knob in the bathroom tube fell off! Trash was left on the table stands near the elevators. Parking is limited and $20 a night (not bad) but its through another company not the hotel. The hotel deposit is $75 a night for incidentals. For what? I dont know. Y'all should've paid me for staying here! Over all never again.

Staff, entrance and halls were clean and friendly. The suite we were in was not clean, noise from AC and outside were terrible was unable to sleep. We were there 4 days and it was never cleaned. Had to get rid of our trash. There was no TV in one bedroom. Which I understood about however not sure why a new one could not be brought in. Parking in the lot was not free $75 per day!!

When i first checked in the room i was given had an odor to it. I styed there one night and the odor i believe was mold which I am allergic to. Terrible condition of this room. I was moved to a better smelling room that had an ice maker in the freezer that did not work and a dishwasher that never shut off and was not mounted in its proper place. The staff was very nice but the building needs alot of work.

We checked in on a Wednesday And checked out Sunday, never got house keeping. Breakfast probably was the best besides checking in. Elevator near parking stinks so badly, maybe animal pissed in it or number 2 carpet needs to be pulled up out of that elevator. Room was ok, need to deep clean carpet especially if you have allergies. And saw tiny black ants here and there.

Where do I start? The hotel could not find our paid for reservation, I was not informed about the $150 deposit ahead of time. That was fine but inform me please. The $24/a night parking, on top of the afternoon staff that checked us in being very rude as if they were better than someone, the younger guy that was there in the am was great very professional & understanding. Once i got into my room 2 hours after check in we had a lot of cleaning to do thank God i brought my cleaning supplies their was smudged brown stuff on the toilet seat very nasty sure hate to see the housekeeps house. l We had to go buy towels because most of them that were in the room were nasty. I went to sit on the bed to see the comfort level and if i didn’t know any better i would have thought i was sitting on a prison cot. There was no box spring under the mattress it was just a top mattress sitting on a bed frame. The dishes in the dishwasher were so dusty we couldn’t use them as if they were there for years. Had to go buy paper products. On the morning of checking out we asked for late check out, the front desk said it was fine. Not once but twice did the house keeper come into the room before 11am. She knocked once and then used her key. This hotel charges too much for the BS we had to deal with. We won’t be back. No Thank you!

Hotel was in a nice area. Close to a lot of attractions. The staff i encountered were very friendly. Mario, Will and Joyce. Had to be moved to another room due to ants and new room the cleaning staff might need a training. New room had crumbs in the cabinet and sticky counter. I didn't wanna bother Will because he was there alone and it was late so just pulled my lysol wipes out. They need to come up with better parking. Its $20 a day. Also theres a $75 a day accidental fee that i didn't know about til check in. Overall id stay again if i was in the area.

When we checked into our room, we noticed that the shower gel was not available and we had to call and go down to get one. We noticed roaches in the kitchen area which is disgusting. The shower was not draining properly and no action was taken despite informing the front desk. We wont ever stay in this hotel again.

The location of the hotel was great. It was close to everything within Midtown/Downtown Atlanta. Unfortunately, the hotel was located on a very busy street and outdated. The room was a decent size but was very hot. It was super hot outside so I was hoping to come into a nice cool room, but that never happened, even after turning the AC down to 65• (so bring a fan if you stay). The bathroom door was broken and exposed wood was showing. The couch/bed was horrible. Ir was flat, outdated and very uncomfortable that my child couldn't even sleep on it. The 'free' breakfast was mediocre and not the greatest. I wouldn't say it was a horrible stay, the front desk staff was great, very friendly and kind.

Our room was very spacious and clean. It felt like a small apartment with the dining table, small living area, and kitchenette that were separate from the bedroom and bathroom. Our only complaint dealt with breakfast. We were told at check in breakfast started at 6:30am, which was convenient because we needed to check out early. When we went down at 6:40am a member of the kitchen staff was rather rude to us. She told us we couldn't be there because it wasn't ready as breakfast starts at 7am. We tried to tell her we were going by what we were told at the front desk and she repeated it started at 7am and dismissed us. We went back upstairs and came back after 7am and everything was the same. No other items had been added to the offerings we saw when we there earlier. We were disappointed at the unnecessary treatment, the inconsistent times provided by the staff, and that the delay put us behind. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Not what you would expect from Hilton. Hotel had a nice setup and family suite was spacious. However, there were bugs in the room, and the A/C was horrific. For whatever reason, they decided to build a cabinet around the mini split wall unit. Doing so completely shut off the units ability to breath and blow air. They did this in both of our rooms. Top of the cabinet was loose so we had to take it off just to get a little bit of air to come out. Still did not cool down the room. There was no bathroom exhaust fan, so the room heated up even more if someone took a shower. At least the staff was kind enough to get us a portable fan to help us be able to sleep.

Great location (close to Buckhead Theater). Rooms clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Only complaint is price of parking per night (pay through an app) and walls are very thin (could hear noisy neighbors). Overall nice stay.

My family and I stayed at this location for four nights. The rooms were clean, but the AC did not work efficiently in one of the rooms. The air coming out of the vents were slightly cooler than air from the fan. This was/is unacceptable because the room never cooled off.

Well, looking at some reviews, won’t really make you want to book the place. But I’m glad I listened to my heart and went for it. I was satisfied with my stay there. The room is diverse & spacious enough to make you feel comfortable. It was clean and cozy, they serve breakfast every morning. Most of the staffs are nice. Honestly, Chris & Moray are Awesome. The Manager is cool too. I’ll definitely stay with them again, on my next trip to ATL! Thank you guys for the good Service. <3

Not what I expected from a Hilton brand. Room was not prepared and toilet was clogged in first room. Moved to a second room and it was not prepared and the AC was not working properly. The room temp was 80 degrees at some points during the stay.

There was a stain on my sheets. I contacted the front desk and asked about changing them. The young lady told me I had to change them myself unless I want her to change them. I informed her to change them. Then she calls back stating she didn’t have a key to housekeeping area. My heater didn’t work. Neither did the elevator. The staff didn’t offer to fix any of the problems. The older lady who works over night was nice and walked me down the stairs. I was informed that I would receive a discount, still haven’t heard back from a manager. The receptionist Wyatt stated the manager wouldn’t be back until Monday. I also asked for the General Manager’s information she stated she didn’t have it. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The property is in a good location. However, there a few negative items that made our visit not so pleasant. When we arrived on June 22nd, their system was down. They didn't have a room ready. We had to wait a while to get one. I booked for a double bed suite but they didn't have one so the sales director offered us one with a king bed. He promised us to give us Hilton points as a form of a refund since we paid for a larger suite. We have not received those points until this day. I've left messages and no calls have been returned. We didn't get a key to our room until the next day in the afternoon. Other than those issues, the room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Although convenient for my stay, I would not stay at this property again. My review is overdue; my visit occurred in June 2024. The front desk was friendly and accommodating in getting us checked in early. However, the staff in the dining area were not friendly. A half hour prior to the end of breakfast, there were minimal options left for breakfast; most serving stations were depleted limiting options. Several customers encountered the same problem. The kitchen staff was very nonchalant in attempting to replenish stations when addressed. However, the milk was restocked. Know that breakfast is complimentary at this property and the kitchen/dining staff failed to keep breakfast available up to the closing time. I haven't encountered this at other hotels that offer complimentary breakfast. We decided to dine elsewhere. Lastly, the linen on our bed showed some signs of aging. A family member in another room encountered the same problem and reported it to Housekeeping. Our room was a suite which was comfortable for two people. However, due to the above experience, I would not stay here again.

The employee who staffed breakfast for the majority of our stay was absolutely outstanding. She singlehandedly made sure that the food was delicious, refilled, and kept clean and orderly every morning. The area was safe and close to a lot of dining and shopping areas. It was also a 7 minute drive to a Marta station where we were able to park for free and take the train into Atlanta. Will definitely be staying here again!

The location of the hotel was great. It was close to everything within Midtown/Downtown Atlanta. Unfortunately, the hotel was located on a very busy street and outdated. The room was a decent size but was very hot. It was super hot outside so I was hoping to come into a nice cool room, but that never happened, even after turning the AC down to 65• (so bring a fan if you stay). The bathroom door was broken and exposed wood was showing. The couch/bed was horrible. Ir was flat, outdated and very uncomfortable that my child couldn't even sleep on it. The 'free' breakfast was mediocre and not the greatest. I wouldn't say it was a horrible stay, the front desk staff was great, very friendly and kind.

The Homewood Suites was what we needed. The bed was sooo comfortable! The amenities were nice. Breakfast was delicious- a step up from most “provided” breakfasts. Our room was very spacious and clean. It felt like a small apartment with the dining table, small living area, and kitchenette that were separate from the bedroom and bathroom. Our only complaint dealt with breakfast. We were told at check in breakfast started at 6:30am, which was convenient because we needed to check out early. When we went down at 6:40am a member of the kitchen staff was rather rude to us. She told us we couldn't be there because it wasn't ready as breakfast starts at 7am. We tried to tell her we were going by what we were told at the front desk and she repeated it started at 7am and dismissed us. We went back upstairs and came back after 7am and everything was the same. No other items had been added to the offerings we saw when we there earlier. We were disappointed at the unnecessary treatment, the inconsistent times provided by the staff, and that the delay put us behind. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

Front desk service was excellent! Josh was a pleasure. Breakfast left a little to be desired as they were running out of utensils, juice, and food in general with at least an hour of breakfast to go sometimes 2 hours. Or might check out and they cannot accommodate. However when I dl asked for a quieter room they were able to put me on the top floor.
