Nothing included, everything is an upcharge -- including bottled water in the room. Parking is particularly expensive. It is a pretty hotel, but for what you pay to stay here I wouldn't consider it a good value for the money.

I booked this hotel because it was the only one with a pool available in the area and I called 2 days before booked and the check in and I was said that it was open and at my arrivals the pool was closed due to maintenance. I called asking specifically that detail 2 days before. And I pay way more expensive just because I want to have a place with pool. I could be booking in a less expensive one in the area!!! Upset about it!! Overpriced!!!

There were multiple things that went wrong. I have stayed here several times before and this was a terrible experience! First of all during check in. They down graded my accommodations. I booked a king size bed and they sold out so we had the ONLY option of two queens. Then when we were leaving to go shopping. The elevators were broken so we had to walk down 9 flights! Next we were having dinner at the restaurant. Terrible service!!!!!!!!! It took over an hour to get our food. Plus it wasn’t that good. Definitely wouldn’t recommend eating there. The following morning at checkout. I called for help with our luggage. After waiting 45 minutes. We made two trips to take down everything. Just terrible customer service. This place has really gone down on the customer service!!!!!!!!

Staff seemed disorganized. I had trouble getting through to In-Room Dining repeatedly. Valet lost my car and then after it was found because I had to go down into the garage, they spent too much time trying to ask me what I did wrong when I checked in. -it turned out the valet who took my car did not put a tab on the car fob. It was a frustrating and weird experience I have never had at any hotel.

I didn't appreciate the lack of notice about an Indian ceremonial wedding going on at the same time as my stay. Although it was relly cool to see at times i was woken up at the crack of dawn by drumming and the crowds of people that flooded the common areas of the hotel was a little much. I would have stayed elsewhere had i known. The pool does not have a bar it is 2 guys selling canned beverages unattatched to the hotel

It was pretty nice. Beautiful view. Not as clean/new as it looks in pictures but still a great place. The honeymoon suite is obscure on the listing but not very big. Staff wasn’t as responsive as I would like. Pretty good stay overall.

My shower and sink was clogged with hair. We had just gotten to the room and thats what we saw. Took two hours for someone to unclogged and then no one came to even clean the shower or sink. The express our concerns when we left and parking was given for free.Haha

My experience at this hotel was quite underwhelming. I had anticipated a distinctive and refined stay given the hotel’s high-end positioning; however, it fell short of even the basic expectations typically met by economy accommodations. To begin with, there was no iron available in the room, although one could be requested at no additional charge. The water pressure in the bathroom was noticeably weak, though the water temperature was at least consistently hot. Additionally, the room lacked a mini fridge, which is generally considered a standard amenity. Lastly, while two extra soft pillows were provided per person, there was no option to request pillows of varying firmness. A combination of soft and medium pillows would have greatly enhanced overall comfort.

The bed were horrible!!! Like sleep in a piece of wood! The staff were rude and disrespectful! I had to ask several times for towels and for them to unlock the fridge. I had to walk to the lobby to even ask for those items because absolutely no one answered the phone and when they did they hung up! Bathrooms were okay! The check in was absolutely horrible. This hotel is not what it used to be! The staff at the front desk was very snobby and matter fact. This one woman , I believe her name is Kristen , was very passive. She kept speaking over me and not allowing me to finish my sentences! It was annoying!! I was moved to three different rooms because they were stifling. One of the renovations was to move to pre set thermostats and it’s 94 degrees out! The thermostat only goes to 65 and the room stayed at 74 degrees! We had to wait outside of room until room cooled off and decided to go to dinner instead. The property has moved to a lot of black and dark colors on the doors and upholstery, it was very cheap looking! This used to be a great hotel and it has changed for the worst. The minute it’s renovated or the name changes, there goes the quality of the hotel! I remember this hotel being on the news as well for a death that occurred here in one of the rooms! It’s just not a quality hotel anymore and it doesn’t feel safe. I checked out the next day! The only great thing was the bellhop named Alex, he was amazing. But other than that, I will check into another hotel with a little more class and more welcoming and not under renovations!

Check in was outstanding, bellmen (Eric) great ,front of house very efficient Bar service was super, the young man bartender was a real treat, taught us how to smoke an Old Fashion!! Needs Improvement; Tried repeatedly to order room service via phone , rang with no answer for 15 minutes, finally ordered on line , slow delivery Checkout Called for bellman to help with luggage, waited 15min , called back , waited 15 more minutes , went to front ~deck, long line, finally went outside and Eric apologized and came directly back up to room, brought them down and loaded car ( he needs a raise!!)

Service and business discretion is over the top. I’ve used this hotel for sensitive business negotiations over the years and they never let me down. The concierge service is not matched by any hotel in the country, and I spend a lot of time traveling.

Property was beautiful. Majority of the staff were professional and courteous. Beautiful hotel. Very clean. However, the manager at the Americano restaurant was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was looking forward to experiencing the food at restaurant. After his rude interaction did not bother to try again. Overall, great hotel. This hotel is a hidden gem. I was convalescing, and the staff took extreme care with me. To say one thing negative, would be foolish. They have an old-school charm, like a Ritz Carlton. An incredibly well trained staff and kudos to April who made my stay just beyond incredible. The service was off the charts.! a little known fact that I found out, this is the hotel where celebrities stay. I think that says it all.
