It was fine. I stayed 5 nights never had any real major problems. The shower head pressure was slightly off. But the bed was okay. The breakfast was kinda average. Instant coffee was average. The gym here was great. Used it a few days. Plenty of space. Overall it was just okay. Wouldn’t return.

We specifically chose this hotel for location and being pet friendly. With the exception of a sticky spot on the carpet in the living room, the room was impeccably clean. The staff was cordial and welcoming, and the breakfast was fine. The room was very quiet in spite of the close proximity to I-85.

The ice machines were not working. There was a McDonald's 8 minutes away for walking. The reviews did not match the description. Not really a place that I would of stayed at if I known the only food establishment was walking distance when we used Uber. Takes too long to get to the aquarium (over 30 minutes because of traffic).

There were two cleanliness issues I noticed that I found concerning: 1. There was a used towel hanging on a peg behind the bathroom door, and 2) ehen we pulled back the covers to get in bed, the sheets were rumpled as if slept in. They did not look dirty, but they were definitely not changed bafore arrived.

The breakfast was subpar, not as many options as other La Quintas. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom that made the room smell funny and hard to breathe in but the room was clean. Overall not a bad stay but has room for improvement. Raj at the front desk was super friendly and gave good service with a smile.

While the customer service staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be given the situation. The hotel itself was an unsanitary environment. There was blood on our bathroom wall, there was miscellaneous body fluids on the sheet and bed skirt. I looked at two other rooms that were no better. Housekeeping did come change the sheets and got the blood off the wall but with the soiled linen and water. I will NEVER be staying here again. I have emailed the general manager and have yet to hear from him.

Need better pillows, They were flat as bread. Reception staff was very nice & was on good spirit & positive mood all the time. Also gave some extra pillows upon request. Breakfast can be little better with some addition of juices & fruits. They were all gone by 8:30am. Overall a good place to stay.

The beds are TERRIBLE. The room was nice and clean but the mattress was awful, literally felt like I was sleeping on a thin cot. Mattress sinks in when you sit down on it and you can literally feel the boxspring through the mattress. These were the worst mattresses that I have ever slept on in my life. I was in pain all the next day, will never stay here again. Also pictures made it seem like breakfast would include eggs, sausage, etc but was just a continental one and although it started at 7am the staff did not have everything set up until 7:30.

Beds were horrible. They were super hard, i could barely sleep and woke up with terrible back pain. Not soft at all, barely any padding, just flat. Also the air conditoner barely worked in my room. Anytime i would try to turn the air lower so it could be colder the heat turned on. I teied to go to the front desk and they said i had to keep it at 72 because if i turn it lower then the unit would think it was cold outside and switch to heat which didnt make sense. I ended up tossing and turning all night because i was sweating in my sleep. Would not stay here again...

Checking in and out was an ok experience. The staff was good for the most part. However, I placed my room deposit of $100 and have still not received my refund for it and it has been a week now. I've called management as well as my bank and was told that the fault is on the hotel and not on the banks end. I have never had an issue receiving my room deposit back at any other hotel besides this one.

It was a nightmare, we went through 5 rooms before we were put in a clean room, 2 rooms out of the 5 we know had someone else staying in them, the other 2 had dirty towels and stuff everywhere, then I booked through Expedia and I was also charged by the hotel which I have not received my money back yet.

The location is deceptive- it is not in the heart of Buckhead/ Midtown. The area is suspect/questionable and hotel is located behind a highway. Random people hanging around and in the parking lot. Police presence was visible; someone's car was stolen/towed. Breakfast is limited and options are few. After 7pm, keycard is needed to enter the property. Won't be returning, not a pleasant/comfortable stay due to location and property surroundings.

This hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway and only 15-20 minutes from Midtown. It is close to lots of retail/dining areas. Publix and Kroger grocery stores are around the corner. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent, at best…belgian waffles, eggs, and sausage were the consistent hot breakfast options. On Friday night around 11:00 PM, the fire alarm went off so we evacuated the hotel for about 15 minutes. No emergency, no fire…but also no explanation as to what caused the alarm. Overall a good stay. The beds were comfy and the sink/shower water was hot with good pressure. We would return.

Stayed here for one night for the second time in the past year. My first visit in September 2023 was wonderful. My visit was 4/1-4/2 - the first room in which I was moved in, the TV did not work, they changed the room - there was no water in the washbasin, an unpleasant smell from the sewer. In the morning it turned out that there was simply no breakfast!!! There is absolutely no food!!! Just an apple and a boiled egg! no yogurt or hot breakfast.
