The front desk staff and valet staff were very polite and helpful as we arrived. Ricky went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. We’re very happy with our room- it was clean and spacious and very comfortable. The shower was one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel- strong pressure and good products. The bar had good drinks and breakfast was really good. Location is great for down downtown activities. We’ll definitely stay here again, Ricky is the best!

Room was great, staff were friendly. (Avoid the buffet breakfast though). Useful to have a gym but could have used a bit more equipment.
