Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park

Nice. Hotel wanted $75 for early checkin. Manager allowed early checkin without charge because my room was ready.

We enjoyed everything about our stay!!!

It was a nice stay. Was in a very nice location.

The band that was playing in the park was so loud it was 68 decibels in my room

Lots of broken stuff. Two exterior doors didn't open even with keyboards. The three ice machines I found all were broken. I gave up on the ice...how long am I supposed to look for a working machine? Especially when I am not convinced there is a working machine. It just felt like the hotel was in decline. I had stuff delivered from Walmart and they would not keep it behind the counter, but in a table where everyone can steal it. Fortunately nobody did. I asked why they wouldn't hold it behind the counter and they said for liability reasons. Whatever that means. I had two small boxes shipped to me at the hotel. They would not hold that either for liability reasons and instead sent it to the fed ex office where I had to pay $15 handling fee on each box. This is a really bad system. I never stay at nice hotels and thought I was in for a treat, but I was disappointed.
