The hotel is currently in transition from a Marriott to a Wyndham Hotel. The hotel didn't even have a sign on in when we were looking for it. Parking is easy in the nearby garage (about $40) per night to park there. We could only find one floor with a working ice machine. Breakfast is mediocre and costs $20 each. However, the location in Buckhead is fantastic and the cost for the rooms were very affordable. The beds were very comfortable, however, no cleaning during our two day stay. Having a fridge in the room is very helpful and the room is spacious.

Wasnt aware that the hotel charged $75 per night added to the payment giving online for the security deposit, alot of the ice machines was out of service so i had to go to different floors, The tv wasnt turning on took maintenance a day to fix it , housekeeping Only came one day to clean the room out of the four days we stayed. Location was nice and safe. But overall, this hotel do need adjustments.

We had a bad experience here and would not stay again or recommend it. The Valet was never there when we needed them and we missed our reservations AND had to run for our flight because of lack of staffing. They closed the bar/restaurant early and left us stranded with no food/drink options. The keycard stopped working and they gave us an attitude about reprogramming them.

The pictures that you see are not how the actual property looks. The pool water was murky, and there were no umbrellas around the pool area. It is poorly maintained, as the lounge chairs were torn and covered with bugs. There were containers, black and mild wrappers, and stuffing in the area. The hotel lobby has been updated a little, but the rooms are out of date. There is a gap between the door and the floor, and someone could peek into your room. Our sliding door got stuck and would not close. Our AC did work (thank the heavens!) I would never stay here again. The breakfast buffet was not available, and they wanted you to order off the menu.

The rooms were so small and old. The hotel smelt like mildew through out. Said it had a whirlpool and pool and it only had a pool. And it was so DIRTY. We checked out early and went to another hotel

Just finished off the last night of a trip here. Newly changed hotel brands so no liquor license yet but the food in the restaurant was great. Very friendly staff. Cool facilities. Would host an event here.

The elevators were not well maintained and didn’t appear clean. People were in the parking deck smoking weed each time my family left and returned. Staff were very accommodating.

The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes and weed. We checked into our first room and the mini fridge was leaking water, and must have been for a long time because the dresser was covered in mold. They switched our room quickly and the next room was fine. 6am there was a crazy man walking up and down the hallway ripping the room numbers off the walls, singing and dancing, screaming. We called the front desk and asked for someone to check on him. He continues to terrorize our floor, we didn’t feel safe leaving our room, we had our 2 small children with us. Then he must have pulled the fire alarm, alarms going off telling the whole building to evacuate. We called the front desk 3 times before they called the police. Horrible stay, we couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

When we arrived they gave us a room that was already occupied. Had all kinds of trash liquor bottles and a funky smell. They gave us another room. We called and asked for extra towels and never received them and The tv didn’t work. The facility was not clean and smelled weird.

The rooms need updating. Also, the parking cost needs to be clearly stated BEFORE booking. $45 is a hefty extra charge when it is not expected. We booked a king and got 2 doubles—we arrived too late to want to deal with going back down with our luggage to the lobby to sort it out. Also, the alarm clock went off at 6:10 AM. We did not set it. I would think this should be checked by housekeeping to be sure it won’t go off unexpectedly. The beds are not the most comfortable and need to be replaced. Definitely time for an update.

There aren’t microwaves in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby every time you need to warm something up. I felt that was very inconvenient. The breakfast was $29 per person and hotel staff stated that it was due to the hotel being downtown. Housekeeping staff were great.

So let me say that the room itself is nice. I reserved a room for 2 nights so that I could focus on finishing my next literary work. When I checked in, the staff was wonderful. However one of the main things I needed was a working television. I like background noise and something to watch while writing and the first night, I had to use my iPad to watch my shows because the TV did not work. The next morning I called the front desk and they sent a technician who advised me their systems were outdated and that they had not updated yet. After hearing that, they switched my room and immediately same problem. Had to pack up again and go to another room and the TV worked for two hours then same thing. Smh. I ended up leaving and checking into another hotel because I couldn’t be creative there and focus with no sound or shows. It may not make sense to some but, at the very least if I pay for two nights, the TV should work.

My initial room had a broken AC. Maintenance worked on it for over an hour, until after 11pm, but it still wasn’t working. No other rooms with a working AC were available. It was a miserable, hot, sleepless night. The room reached 84. The front desk lady was very nice, understanding, and accommodating. The next day she gave me a new room but that one too was at 78° with a broken AC. Finally the third room was working and cool. While the alternative room for night two was appreciated, my first night with no AC while in a southern state in the summer time was awful.

The problems started at check in with the guy said our credit card declined, twice. So we had to call Amex because there is no way it should’ve declined. Amex said the transaction was canceled on the hotels end. He also didn’t tell us there was a fee for parking or how to get in or out of the garage. We were put in rooms on the 8th floor where the AC was not working. I asked for someone to come look at it and no one came. The next day the whole hotel’s AC went out. I explained that our air had not worked the whole stay and the technician came and took out the filter and said it was fine. The next day after I ran the peachtree, my room was 82 degrees. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund so I could go to a different hotel. The lady explained that only the first 4 floors had air and asked if moving to the 1st floor would be okay. So we tried that. The air was better but not awesome that evening. The next day we went a few places and when we got back to the room they evening it was 80 degrees again but the hotel staff had put a note under the door that the air was out and they were working on it. Around midnight the room started to cool down and the AC actually worked the next morning and we packed to leave in the cool. Also, the restaurant staff was less than friendly and tried to close 30 minutes early every night. The food was subpar at best. I stayed at this property a few years ago when it was owned by Marriott and the difference is unbelievable.

My stay was okay, overall room service took forever to come to my room, I would have to call about 3/4 times to remind them what I called for .. for almost an hour ago. Also they didn’t tell be before hand that their will be a $75 charge PER STAY as an incidental fee … I feel like that should be told before hand and not as a surprise when I get there … but over All the stay was 3/5 stars for me .

The stay was pretty ok. My room wasn’t cleaned and I stayed from Friday to Monday. The do not disturb sign was only on the door Sat. morning . After returning Sat afternoon, I saw the housekeeping staff in the hall way. I asked if I could have my room cleaned, she told me I had to call front desk. I went to the front desk when leaving out for the afternoon to ask for fresh towels for the room . When I returned , the cleaned towels had been put inside of the room, on the floor next to the tv stand. Rude … and the room still hadn’t been cleaned

My room was not cleaned for 4 days I was there . The balcony looked as if it was gone cave in at any moment and there was mold. They have 1 velvet person at all time, which made me almost miss my flight because I had wait 45 minutes for my car. The hotel needs new management and some major.

Our room was not ready by the time we arrived at 4:45 pm, it took almost one hour to get in. I understood that there was overbooking and the staff was very sorry about it, however that was not a 5 star check in.

Nice quiet room with nice views of modern buildings in Buckhead. Able to walk across street to Lenox Square Mall with great shopping and eateries including Cheesecake Factory. The surprise was a $45 guest parking fee!!! The room was great value for size and location

Property was great, staff friendly, restaurant had superb food and service. Conveniently located to Lenox Mall and Lenox Square. Relaxed place to stay for a short visit to Atlanta and you want to be close to shopping, sporting events, and attractions. Also to save money, self parking is an option, but Valet service is good.

I liked the property but the restaurant didn't open until 5pm and was supposed to close at 10. I went to order at 8:50pm and they said they were closed. And they said it's because they hadn't been busy. I asked them what about folks who checked in late and were hungry. So they allowed me to order. I didn't like having to beg a restaurant when it was an hour before they were supposed to close. That messed up the vibe

My room would not get cooler than 74 degrees. The dining area with a bar, doesn’t have a bar. It’s only open during select times and you have to go to another room to buy alcohol and then walk around to the “restaurant”. The food was DELICIOUS and the restaurant staff were AMAZING.

Overall i enjoyed my stay. The restaurant could be better. My steak and egg breakfast was horrible. Steak not seasoned, no steak sauce for the horrible steak, just to give it flavor. We spoke to the manager and he apologized for not having the sauce, but didn’t take anything off the bill for that horrible steak. Other than that nice place to stay

I would personally like to commend Ketty and Driss at the restaurant who always welcomed me so warmly and professionally when I came for breakfast. They always made sure I had what I needed and were attentive.I would also like to commend Victor and Rafael at the restaurant when I came for dinner who were also welcoming and professional.
