The pool for the kids was -17 degree and they are all sick and this is horrible. I went to the front desk for someone to come and turn the heat on but no one was capable of doing that. So disregarded and caught off guard. It was bad enough that I had no idea that the pool was only 3 ft. I can be reached at 770-881-5411 and thanks

Beautiful hotel and room. Check in and out was smooth as was using the attached parking garage. Slightly inconvenient that the garage doesn’t attach to the hotel itself so you have to go down to the bottom floor and through the main lobby after parking, but no big deal. Room was clean, great layout. Tv in bedroom didn’t work but not a big deal for us, we also didn’t try to ask to get it fixed as it was a quick stay for us. The tv in the living room worked beautifully. Good breakfast buffet and the bar/restaurant attached Hank’s had good food. We will definitely stay here again on return trips to Atlanta. Great location as well.

Close to Truist. Bedroom TV couldn't get a signal. Service in bar area for late dinner was poor. Had one lady trying to handle orders, serve drinks and check out people.

Loved the location of the property super close to the braves stadium where we were able to walk to the game. Pedestrian bridge was closed but still worked out! Hotel was clean and room was in perfect condition. Only gave 4 stars because although they have plenty of breakfast options food was ok, and wish they had bacon instead of just the sausage links lol. However, it’s included with stay so that’s a win. I went to the gym it was clean, and I thought the pool area was nice and cozy. I would definitely stay again.

great staff and hotel but the parking deck doesn't seem safe. Its not lit and there's always some questionable people loitering around. I felt uncomfortable leaving my luxury car there overnight but luckily nothing bad happened.

The hotel is very nice and very clean, however there was a horrible smell in the hallway on the 3rd floor at night. It was really bad. Kinda smelled like sewage. Breakfast was good just need to add a little more choices. All in all it is a nice hotel. Just don’t book on the 3rd floor. Highly recommend this hotel.

The first room we were in had mold visible on the ceiling and it smelled of mold immediately when you walk in. We were moved to another room where the heat didn’t work so we froze until maintenance came to fix it. The shower and sink water had a strong chemical bleach smell which made me uncomfortable but I had to shower of course. Guest services was accommodating and I appreciated the free parking. I don’t think i’d ever go back to that hotel though because I usually travel with my young child and It’s a hassle when I have to switch rooms or deal with problems back to back.

The entire building and rooms were up-to-date and kept extremely clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was great. And the price was pretty on point . This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at in a while.

We felt very safe at this hotel. The best part was accessibility to Truist Park. The room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay but I thought it was overpriced. The room was clean but the toilet paper holder was loose, the pocket door from the bedroom to the bathroom looked horrible, and the back of the bathroom door looks worn.

Checking in I was met by Gary at the front desk. Very professional and polite. Had an issue with parking and he asked the manager Emma to explain the policy to me. She was very nice and although the third party site I booked from didn't mention pay for parking, Emma was able to work out a solution that was acceptable to everyone, and did it with a smile. Tiffany was also at the front desk and even laughed at my jokes while we were finalizing the transaction. Also, ate a late night snack at the bar one night and again the staff was wonderful. Finally, the manager(?) was serving donuts one morning in the lobby and brought a smile to my Mom's face as he was so gracious and polite. We were in town for a funeral of a very very close family friend. Our stay was not for enjoyment, but your team certainly made a difficult time easier. Now, the reason I did not give 5 stars was our room (308) had several items that needed to be addressed by maintenance. The doors separating the sitting area from the bedroom were off the track so we couldn't close them. The toilet needed adjusted because it ran constantly and the sink stopper was missing. Finally, the shower faucet dripped unless you turned the handle very very hard to the off position. All small things, but after the third or fourth one they added up. Again, we had a good stay under difficult circumstances but your staff is top notch.

The hotel is very clean, the food is good and the staff friendly, what more could you ask for? Sierra at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were there for a Braves game, and Sierra gave us good advice that made our stay perfect. We will definitely be back for future games.

When checking in, the young lady in duty didn't greet me nor did she give me proper instructions regarding the parking and elevators. The room was handicap accessible which I didn't request. The toilet didn't flush properly and the bathroom sink was clogged. It also had a musty smell throughout my stay.

My check in was very unwelcoming. The front desk staff neither greeted me or looked up from her keyboard. The only thing she was give me a few minutes. There was no line and no one else around and she was not on the phone. Once she was done typing she answered a call and then said name? I have my name she told me to insert my card and then handed me the key cards and pointed to the direction of the elevator. She did not tell me my floor or room number. I honestly have never experienced such an unwelcoming check in. I've worked in hotels for over 15 years and have never seen anyone check in a guest in this matter. It's a shame because it's a beautiful hotel but the staff seemed to be very bothered as if we were interrupting them at almost every encounter. I won't be back for that reason alone

We stayed here to attend the Braves game. Check in was at 4 but we arrived early and were able to check in by 11:30. Everyone at the front desk was nice and helpful! Would definitely stay here again. The walk to the game and after was fine. There was a lot of police presence after the game to assist in getting across the walkways!

Overall stay was pleasant. Room was clean and looked recently updated. Breakfast was great and had so much to choose from. Only con was that the crosswalk was closed due to construction and we had to take a detour walking to the Braves game which didn’t feel safe. Especially walking back after the game in the dark.

We stayed at this hotel mainly due to location - close to The Battery and Truist Park. It was a very easy, safe walk. We did have to cross a couple of busy intersections but the crosswalks were well marked and had electronic signals. We did have to walk through a short overpass area but experienced no issues. The room was clean and there was be plenty of space (King suite). We will definitely stay here again.

Please consider a painted pedestrian crossing along the walk path to the Cobb Galleria or the mall. You need to cross the street to get to the sky bridge and cars simply cannot see the pedestrians or simply ignore them. A painted cross walk along with two signs on either side will go a long way to provide safety to the pedestians

The hotel is perfect, no complaints about the property or staff. Everything was great, if you pick it up and move it off the main drag lol. Walking back and forth to the Battery was a bit scary with cars flying by and under the overpass smelled bad (urine).

Absolutely GREAT hotel! Beautiful suite, nice breakfast, quiet room, convenient location to the Cobb Galleria. However, please know that the Galleria is currently under construction. So, the walkway across Cobb Parkway which leads to the second floor of the Galleria leads to locked doors and a construction zone. We were still able to use the walkway, but had to walk around the complex to get to our seminiar entryway. If you enjoy walking like we do you will be happy to know we got in 10,000 steps walking to and from our seminar while staying at the Sheraton. Hopefully, next year all of the construction will be done and the convenience of staying at the Sheraton will be magnified by less steps. This hotel was an AWESOME place to stay! Yes, we will return!

Pros: The rooms are quite nice and all the staff I interacted with were excellent Cons: When they remodeled, they didn’t do the bathroom. Really bad move to penny pinch here, as toilet and shower were circa 1995 lol Breakfast eggs and sausages were trash. Why skimp here as well? Better not to serve this garbage. Scrambled eggs were bad but sausages were like plastic and no taste.
